Ordered $300 worth of canned and dry goods. Took two days to go literally across town. Every box looked like it went through a tornado. Loose cans were randomly thrown into boxes with no packing material. Absolutely zero care was taken in packaging. Nearly every can was damaged, some were BADLY damaged. Also ordered dried beans. They were shipped in just the bag - no box. $72 worth of the order (9 packs of same item) never even showed up. They could not have done a worse job. No excuse for the carelessness. Total disappointment. Will NEVER order from Walmart again.

Made a quick stop for a return which i thought would take a few minutes but actually tool about 20 minutes. There was 4 people in line in front of me and 4 more lined up behind me. Literally stood there for about 7 minutes with no one behind the counter. Myself and another asked staff what was going on and people just scrambled around trying to look busy. We asked again and someone came over and I was attended in another 6 minutes. For as many staff that I saw standing around thus couldve been avoided.

Walmart is a fantastic store where you can find practically anything you need. I absolutely love this place for its wide selection and affordable prices. However, their customer service leaves much to be desired. The long lines, especially at night when they close self-checkout, are unbearable. Waiting in line feels like waiting for a Disneyland ride. Overall, Walmart is great for shopping, but improvements are needed in their customer service efficiency.

It's a VERY clean store. Everything is in its place. No puddles on the floor or black marks, like I've seen in other Walmarts. The customer service is helpful and polite. The atmosphere is calm and I actually enjoyed shopping here. They have a lot to offer with the small shops that are located inside.

I usually don't like to visit other Walmart stores while out of town, but this was a necessary stop. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The store was gearing up for the next seasonal product, and the floor looked great. Since my husband does all the shopping, the use of Scan and Go is his method.

Only had 3 check out working. Had to wait for service to get approved to buy 2 blk markers. Then my change was given back in 20 one dollar bills. I know it spends the same but having that in your wallet.

Your typical Walmart. This store, in particular, is very organized. You will not find a lot of items out of place or on the floor. It's well stocked and very clean. Self check out is still available. Therefore, you will usually only have about 3-4 cashiers available to help you. There's plenty of parking available. The online pick-up area is by the auto service department, and they're very good with having your items ready and bringing them to your vehicle in a timely manner. The last time I placed an online order, it was brought to my car in less than 5 minutes. I would recommend this Walmart.

Super friendly Walmart. Every employee we saw had a smile on their face and was ready to hello in any way they could. They also have a ton of fun Halloween decorations, so window shopping with the kids is fun.We also had one of our Belgian Malinois Puppies with us. Everyone loved him.Came back today and had an equally pleasant experience.

I shop here often, and it comes to needing something that's locked I go elsewhere. When pressing the red button for help even asking an employee verbally, they will take long or just don't show up. One day they had the wrong keys and didn't even try to get someone for the right ones.They are more focused on fulfilling online order's and side pick-ups, like there's no management.

Manager here is a tool and very I unprofessional along with auto service staff who have zero customer service skills knoedge or common sense. Zero courtesy shown here and phones never answered. Order online NEVER CKRRECT and management gives no care. Secret shopper reports must be done and prevent anyone from experiencing the worst personnel seen in over 68 stores hands down. 👎

The store is ok. Just suffers from a bad layout. For the numbers of people that pass threw the front end gets crowded. Even with most of the checkouts and self checks open, the lines were long. The in-stock looked good, so you should be able to find what you need. Just be ready to spend more time in line then you do shopping.

Careful with the electronics department. The employees are swapping out products.Bought $100 Jlab earbuds, when I opened them in the car they were the $30 ones inside.Went back to return & explain what happened. Manager straight out refused refund, didn't even offer to exchange.

Decent prices and the drive up is convenient and way faster than Target's. But shopping in-store usually sucks. There often aren't enough cashiers, a lot of things are locked up that require long waits for staff to come unlock, their labeled prices often do not match prices at registers, and they will not allow returns for holiday items regardless of return reason. Plus they won't even price match their own online prices.

I have a unique situation where I cannot always shop on my own or at all. I depend a lot on personal shoppers and Walmart may not always get it right but they always fix the issue and every live employee I've come in contact with is absolutely just awesome and always willing to improve or make things right. Especially at my Beaumont CA store there is an associate named Jasmine. She is exceptional I wish I could go into more details but I'm not privy. Jasmine is so great. Jasmine is incredibly professional and informative. I honestly wish everyone in retail dealt like she does.

This Walmart nestled in the Pass area with Mt San Gorgonio behind it is the best one I've been to. The employees are courteous and efficient, the store is clean, the restrooms are clean, and there's no music blaring. That's probably the best thing, right there. Heck, when I go in here at 7 AM, music isn't playing at all. And that is a beautiful thing. It's just a place where you here people working and buying, and you're not forced to listen to some junk you never want to hear again lol

I been sittin here in the pickup area with a grip of other cars for over 15 minutes without seeing a single employee. We aren't allowed to pickup inside anymore so it's wait or nothing. Its always slow here but today is a new record. Also I came in an hour before closing the other day to exchange an item my roommate got the wrong thing of and the security guy says the returns people already left and they usually always leave at least an hour early...wth is that? Either you're open for business or you're not. I worked for Walmart for years and I know it sucks, but ffs where is management in this place? They sosed.to pretend they care.

I only go to this Walmart for last-minute things, but every time I go, I have the unfortunate luck to need something that's behind glass. today, it took me about 45 minutes of ringing that buzzer to get someone to open it for me. I understand because of theft things have to be locked, but get your employees to open them quicker instead of gossiping all the time.This place freaken sucks

OMG! Called the store to get information regarding an item i'd liked to return that i placed by mail, called the store number 8 times, pressed for the store operator, no answer, the store human resources, no answer, there is no customer service number i can press. Worst phone service ever.

First they give us self check out. Then they lock up all the shelves so you need an associate to follow you around to get anything you need from a locked cabinet or shelf. Then they turn the door greeter into the receipt police. Then they shut down the self checkouts, but don’t bother to remove the glass and locks from the shelving. So, you don’t trust us to check ourselves out, take items off a shelf, or walk out the door without getting our receipt checked but you won’t hire enough people to run the checkouts or unlock the shelves for shoppers to buy merchandise. Walmart has become the WORST place to shop in town!

I was coming into town from Texas and stopped here. It's a typical Walmart, but the employees are very friendly. Howard the security guard went way out of his way and was very helpful and a pleasure to talk with.

Middle of day and they have 4 cashier's and 2 self check out registers, all lines are backed up beyond belief but managers are standing around doing oh that right manager things (nothing ). Customer service line has 1 person in it and a line of like 10 people waiting in line. Place is so mismanaged it's sad..

What a scam!! I see a lamp listed online for $15. I get in the store and it’s priced at $30 I even used the Walmart app in front of the store manager to show her it was $15. They say that price is only honored for online orders. I ask I if can just place the order now and walk out with it and they close out the pickup. Nope! I ask if they can just honor the price shown online. Nope! Can’t use common sense apparently and just want to scam people. Feels like a bait and switch to me!!

All the 5 stars for this store are either employees or purchased reviews. Especially the one about how clean the store is and all the photos. I go all the time, and it's never that clean. FAKE!! And also the one stating every employee had a smile during their visit. I have never once had a kind experience at this Walmart in the last 7 years. I go in, get what I need, and leave. Only paid reviews look so fake to give 5 stars and write a fake positive review.If I could give -5 🌟 I would. I swear everyone who works at this location looks like they are on drugs or ex-cons. Always on their phones calling or texting people and can't take a second to help customers. Hearing their drama over their phone conversation while working isn't even the worst part. They don't know how to fix a price if it's scanning wrong. They can't help you find anything. Do better walmart. At least take the time and train your staff. And the undercover security are so horrible at trying to blend in. We can spot you a mile away! I just spent $150 on a bag of stuff, not trying to steal things. I wouldn't have to walk the whole store if the app actually showed the correct location of an item or the staff were a little more helpful. 🤔 please bring a target to town!

This store is clean and well stocked so that's not what my review is about. My friend came in around opening time last week and we were shopping and had finished. I was still browsing some things in the store when my friend went up to the cashier to check out and as my friend was standing there an employee started yelling sir, sir, over here". My friend did not respond and the checker came over and in their face said "sir, I'm talking to you, I can help you over here'. The issue wasn't so much that they were rude and loud that everyone heard but the fact that my friend is a woman. A woman who is going through chemo and lost her hair and because.of that was wearing a cap. She was humiliated and was very upset. Rather than make a scene we left but hoping this will remind people that cancer is bad enough and the chemo side effects are not by choice and words spoken during this time can have a big effect on the one going through this ordeal.

My girlfriend and I use the self checkout. This is the only store we go to. After shopping here someone used all of her money off her debit card and gift card. It was $700 between the two cards. This is the only store we haved used either card since the 12th of this month. If you go here do not use self checkout might have a card skimmer and it will take your card info for theft. We contacted Wal-Mart was told it was a possible skimmer and to call corporate.

Definitely a super Walmart with everything you could ever need. Parking is a nightmare, check out takes forever, and the store is massive so don’t expect to get in and out of here in under an hour.My question is, what’s the point of having items for sale if everything is locked away and nobody has keys, or more conveniently, the area is unstaffed? More often than not, I leave this store swearing to myself that we will never go here again; because I end up having to leave this Walmart to go directly to another store to buy what we originally came for at twice the price, but at least Best Buy and Kohl’s will actually be able to sell you what you want without the ridiculous hassle of needing to track 5 people down in hopes that someone has that magic elusive key.
