Erin did an amazing job with my dog Sif. He is a big wooly Siberian Huskey and no easy task grooming him. He looked so pretty when she was done with him. He is a gentle giant and she was kind and handled him with care.

It was dogs first grooming experience ever after being rescued from the county animal shelter. Thanks to the great staff at the Beaumont Petco my shaggy dog is now a properly groomed dog. He looks and smells AMAZING!

I do not recommend taking your dog here for grooming services!!! Not worth it!! I took my dog here for a bath, which includes nail clipping, Im very upset with this girl Cassie who was taking care of my dog, she didn’t even cut all of her nails and that was one thing that really needed to be done also my dog didn’t even look like she was brushed at all!! Next time I will take her to a more experienced grooming facility!!

They gave back my husky in a fashion that she looked like she was ready to go get groomed. Charged us for all the extras. But told us she wanted to play, so they didn't brush her. Other places have no problem doing the entire job. Petco charges for the whole job and only does half of it. No discount given. Just excuses. We will never be back.

Every time we go, the price changes. The last time I sent my 17 year old niece and the cost was over $150 which I felt she was taken advantage of. I have a small Yorkie and a small/medium mutt puppy. Very disappointed. I will say the groomers are great with the dogs and meet the needs of the pet, which is important to me.

The groomers listened to what I was really wanting for my puppy. And took time to review my concerns and then even teamed up to make sure that I received the outcome I was hoping for. I only recall one of their names Pat, but the other person who was listening I felt really cared about the outcome. Very impressed.

My mom had been calling many times also left a message and no response. Then finally they answered this person named Lizzy says you can’t make appointments that it is by walkins only, when we come to find out there is appointments very unreliable. Then my husband goes with dogs inside and this same person is so unprofessional and very rude to my husband. Yells at him and says she has no time right now and wasn’t doing nothing. It’s so sad we always go to petco to take out dogs and they are always so nice and great customer service. We had told a lot of family members and co- workers to go there but now can’t say that anymore. Also sends a text message saying that we had a appointment when my husband had left he place this person is terrible. I hope they do something about this situation.

My Wire Hair Fox Terrior had a grown out coat due to COVID 19 and not going out. He came home subdued rather than excited as he usually did. Also he has razor burn between his rear legs and on his belly. This has never happened before. He was also heavily perfumed which bothered my allergies and he did not like as he rolled around on the floor for a day and a half to remove the scent. I think his groomer was Brian. This may be a one time thing and my dog may have been difficult to handle as the regular habit of grooming was interrupted.

Pat is by far the best groomer we have ever encountered. We have a Bouvier de Flandres which makes his haircut difficult but Pat does an incredible job. We truly appreciate her service.❤❤❤

I called to make appointment on Friday afternoon. The person I spoke with never asked for my phone number. I insisted she take Rocco’s name for appointment. When I arrived at said appointment on Saturday there was no appointment in place. Otherwise the service was great

Very rude. I was trying to set an appointment but the worker kept talking over me and answering questions i wasn't even asking. If he would have let me finish talking, he would have known that.

Overall I was happy with the results. Only had two groomers on duty and had to wait for drop off and for pick up, with the Pandemic, patience should be a virtue. Will use Petco again.
