I love ordering online and picking up at the Beaumont store. it always goes well just like it says. I placed my order online, pretty soon I get an email and I can pick up whenever I’m ready. I have a number to call to the store direct I pull up I park I called the number takes a minute or two but they answer and I tell him the color of my car they come out I show my ID they load my trunk. They tell me to have a nice day what could be better than that ?

Went into Petco on 3/10/24 to purchase some crickets and then a few shrimp and ember tetras for our fish tank.Can’t get fish without being interrogated and questioned on “how big is your tank” and “what kind of fish do you have in there now” etc.The kid gets my fish and shrimp and can’t even hand me to bag to look at them. We purchased them and get outside and take a look at them and the shrimp are DEVOURING our little fish and eating them whole.This just show that Petco doesn’t feed their tanks and so when shrimp are put in a small bag with small fish they just eat them right then!Do not get fish from Petco.Don’t know when I will learn to not get anything but over priced crickets from here.

Izzy, Isaiah and Rochelle were amazing. Super helpful and knowledgeable. They offered to priced match and let me know if we spent $75 dollars we get to save an additional $15 today. They help me and my family save $57 dollars.

Nice clean and full of creatures. The cashier was nice and held a nice small conversation with me about jumping spiders and brown widows. It's a great spot, and don't forget to sign up with PETCO PALS

Took my dog in for a de-shedding and a bath. Since the appointment she has been scratching and biting her skin. :(Used the app to do the car pickup.- after I shop and pay for everything it tells me they actually don't have 1 of my items in stock- I get to the store and wait 30 minutes still no delivery of my order so I go into the store. The associate asked me if I called the store when I arrived. I informed her that I used the app and followed the directions on the app. She said oh we don't get notifications from the app.-I swear everytime I shop the app has some type of issue. Just over always having to tell them it's not working and waiting for a manager override. I'm a Vital Care MemberNow that Beaumont has PetsMart I'm thinking of trying them out.

5 kitties in filthy cages, with hardly any litter that’s full of diarrhea, dirty water, and one with diarrhea who looks sick. I’m heartbroken for them. Trying to find who is responsible for their daily care. Shame on Beaumont Petco!
