Have to say, I was really happy when I heard that a Five Below was coming here but on the whole I’m disappointed with the store. The people who work here are great. Always greeted with a smile and welcome. The store is clean, bright and rarely a mess. The problem with this store is that it is never stocked. Walk through here on any given day and there are ALWAYS empty shelves. My kids love to look for toys in Five Below but anytime we walk in the location it feels like your walking through the last days of a closing Kmart. Last couple of months I find myself skipping this location altogether and going to the Redlands Five Below or even the Palm Springs location. I don’t know what the problem is but I hope they get the issue fixed, FAST.

You guys need to tell the smelly white boy with glasses to cool it on the cussing. He’s surrounded by kids saying every word in the book. If you don’t care about your own kids cool, but how cracker you gotta be to act like that? Your people need to do better.

Shopping was good, employees are good but manager sucked MAJOR. My daughter was buying some stuff didn't have enough & wanted to take it off. The employee lady tried her hardest to help & kind. She called for the manager that took forever (10min wait), then had a attitude, told my daughter she can't do that & walked off. No help at all!

This was my first time visiting this retail store, and although the store offered plenty of nice things and at reasonable prices, it was a small store with more so impulse buying items. The self checkout lanes where very crowded side by side registers, that limited the access through the registers by other customers or the shopping carts. The checkout lanes are just simply not well laid out and narrow isle's.

10 cent candy bins were all low. Two separate items I wanted were out of stock. They have the same horrible self check out lines like wallmart does. However, they add an annoying survey your almost forced to take just to get the self check out to work.

Great customer service. Great prices and a good variety of stuff. The Beaumont Five Below has more in it than Ontario Mills and Redlands Five Below has in their store.

I Accidentally went in about 5 minutes before closing but the staff were friendly with their reminder of when they close. These later sunsets after being indoors get me all the time. Within those few minutes I happened to find a few t-shirts, candy, and some toys for the kids and still get out right at closing. The staff keeps the place nice and neat, will definitely stop by again on my way back home.

Store is clean and organized but they don't receive new shipments fast enough to stay fully stocked. They don't always have the same items available. Employees always greet customers and are helpful and kind.

So 5 and Below is a store targeted primarily for the youth (ages 8-17). I had never been into one until about a year ago when our girls asked me if I would take them to get a couple items. It basically was like if you took a Nickelodeon version of Hot Topic, a Disney version of Spencer's, the electronics dept of any drugstore/pharmacy, and the junk food/candy aisle at the 99¢ store and put them together- That is $5 and Below... Clean, friendly associates, self checkout only(thank God).

This place is like a mini pic n save. But in reality it should be called $5 and above. Many items are $10, some below... So it should be called $10 and below. Maybe we need to start a class action lawsuit for deceitful business practices for enticing us to go their thinking everything is $5 and below. Why lie to us, i trusted you.

This store has a variety of items under $5.00. And alot of these items are not bad or cheaply made. I liked the service and I liked their products. So I highly rate this as a great place of buisness to shop at.

This was our first visit to a place like this. Not everything is $5 and below, but for the most part probably 95% of the store is. The restrooms were nice and clean as well.
