This place is poor quality, loosely run by a disrespectful, distrustful, and lazy staff. When asked for specific product and or where to locate said product, the staff nigglingly point you in the vague direction.. they are sexist in which when in the store they tell guys that they are not allowed any kind of bags or backpacks whatsoever all the while allowing women to walk throughout the store carefree of any kind of stereotyping or harassment... they will profile almost immediately apon entry of their dirty and poorly maintained shack that they call a store. I would give them zero stars if I could.

I was at this store tonight around 9.25pm and bought a lot of Christmas stuff because their was signs posted 50% off Christmas decor,gift bags,etc but when I got to the register she said ribbons and other items weren’t included in the 50% off.Their are signs posted right in front off all the Christmas items.This store is famous for that.Cashiers aren’t very friendly.I had an item that was marked down and the cashier pretty much accused me of marking it down and wouldn’t honor the price..

I enjoy this location. The interior has been remodeled and resulted in a definite upgraded ambience. The staff have a sense of humor when necessary. All the basics are available. Note to those individuals who need basic auto supplies such as oil, etc. You can find them at this store.

I live around the corner from the store and go there often. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The store is always clean and smells good. Most of the time I can find what I need but with the pandemic I may not get a certain cleaner I was looking for, no reason to fault family dollar. As a single guy I can say that I can find almost everything that I need to survive here without having to go to the bigger stores. I've frequented this store for a few years and will continue to do so. It's hard to beat

I had been there a few times and the staff they had was horrible. This morning I was very surprised how nice and cordial the manager and cashier were. They made sure I found everything I needed, offer me coupons. Thank you for the good customer service.

The manager of this store Vicky is very rude and should treat people with the same respect she excepts from others. Not accusing people of stealing. I have had one to many bad experiences with her. Needless to say I WILL NOT shop there anymore. I hope corporate looks in to her more!!!

I got refused service tonight from this family dollar because I brought in my loving 6month old puppy in to pick up an ice pack. Their are no signs posted saying no dogs I checked twice and asked management to show me a sign and their was not one. It makes me mad because I go here all though the week and have brought her in several times and no one has said anything to me

Good selection of foods and a surprisingly wide selection of toys, basic clothes and pet supplies - all for great prices. Mustve been load day though...as the aisles were kinda crowded with products that shouldve been worked by noon...

This store always has empty shelves vitamin aisle has been wiped out for 2 months the manager of the store obviously doesn't know what they are doing also when the line is 5-10 people long another employee needs to open a cashier they come out look at the line and just go back to what they are doing I hope corporate sees this the store manager needs to be replaced I decided not to shop here anymore

I boycot shopping there! The managert Vicki is ignorant and rude to custumers. She will yell out loud that you need to leave your back pack behind the register counter....treats custumers like thieves. Corporate needs to investigate how she profiles custumers.

They sell stuff for really good prices but the staff... on day I was buying containers for slime and he said “is that for slime” I said yes then he said “ slime is so old that was like in the 90s”

Its as alright i guess..sometimes i come out of there disapointed or upset bcuz the staff and manager seem to always b on there own thing ignoring customers or being plain rude talking or conversating out load about anything that has nothing to do with the store.

Vickey there is very rude an they don't keep there counter at register cleaned off a sincere got onto the bottom of my purse an I let them check my purse an I called to tell them there is a sincere on my bag she called me a lier an hung up I will be reporting this to corporate
