Worst ever. Sometimes open, sometimes not. I've been waiting days for a rx. I called twice, then I was put on hold, right at lunchtime. No one answered to phone. Terrible customer service. I don't even want the Rx from there. That's why all the other Walgreens Pharmacies have long lines, hopefully they are getting the work done. I always want to leave great reviews, but the truth must be told.

There are ALWAYS long wait times at the pharmacy both inside the store as well as whenever I have called in. But today was the last straw because I waited for an 1 hour and 4 minutes before I hung up. Unfortunately, I'm going to have to change pharmacies because this is absolutely unacceptable. I believe the staff are doing the best they can, but they need to hire more support.

This location is understaffed, run down, and little to no customer service. The pharmacy doesn’t fill prescriptions in a timely manner and doesn’t answer their phones. The store doesn’t respond to their pages for locked up necessities in a timely manner, there is theft by homeless every time I’ve visited this store, and a lot of turnaround with their employees. Go a few blocks down to Rite Aid would be my advice.

Absolutely terrible. Started calling right after they opened. Was on hold 30 minutes and call was disconnected. Luckily I know how terrible they are here so I called on another phone. Was on hold another 30 minutes with that line too. Been getting a prescription here for over a year because its close to my house. Everytime we submit a refill its delayed. The staff there is friendly, but seem overworked. If you aren't already using this pharmacy, I suggest going elsewhere.

Pharmacy is really slow. Pretty crazy how they think that leaving on break when there is a line is acceptable. Y'all should hire a new set of staff that actually move with some speed and intensity. Actual staff that looks excited to be there and actually care about customers needs instead of their breaks.

2017 Pharmacy has been way understaffed for months. Prescriptions that should have been already filled, wait times, etc. We switched where we get our medications. :(Edit 2023, gave a second chance, our bad.The people are nice. The service is lousy.

The pharmacist, Mike, was extremely helpful. I went to three different pharmacies and called two others trying to find an answer to an issue with filling my prescription. No one was able to assist me or help me find a solution at the other pharmacies, but thankfully Mike could. He was very friendly and immediately helped solve the issue.

Like the other reviews have said about the pharmacy. They don't like answering their phones and put people on hold for 30 mins before hanging up on them.

number 0 that's what I give it. Way understaffed, if your going to have a drive thru tend it. If not close the sucker down. The top tier managing level needs to fix this pharmacy. Higher some people that know what there doing. PLEASE!

I've had several issues with this pharmacy including them not filling prescriptions I ordered and filling prescriptions that weren't requested. Also the delivery feature is terrible and takes days longer than normal

The pharmacy is just plain terrible!! Long wait times and lies can sum it up 👎🏻 They should hire people who actually want to work and that might help!!! It's not like I'm trying to fill narcotics either, just some insulin and test strips!!

They have the worst customer service thru their drive thru window. You can never just get in line and get your meds in less than 20 mins. They tell you they will be with you in a few and that becomes an hour or more that you're waiting in line in this heat.

Merry xmas ,i was at walgreens last night 11pm for a last minute photo gift . inspite of fact shldve done sooner and walgreens lil outdated equipment clerk Dawn once again went above and beyond her duties . walgreens i hope u know what a top notch clerk dawn is i have always thought all of baily rd store has a great staff and im in there about every single day . so thank you . tnx Dawn

The drive through was closed the last 2 times I went. A sign said closed lunch until 2:45 but it was already 3:20

It's OK except, there is no carts to shop with when you go into the store. It's bad if you have alot of stuff to get like 24 pack of water bottles and other stuff. You can't carry all that in your arms. I will have to go somewhere else to do my shopping now.

They have lots of makeup to choose from. And they always have everything in stoke. They never have things that they run out of. but the one disadvantage is that it's always busy lol. I give it a 4

It's been my experience that all wall greens pharmacys are not good. Terrible customer service. Mix ups and flat out lying to me about certain things. Lazy.

Tons of disgusting garbage everywhere in parking lotLots of used needles all over the place. They should be fined as its definitely a health hazard!

The pharmacy makes you want to hate the entire store because of how much the service sucks, for 2 cars ahead of you, you can expect the wait to be an hour or more is actually ridiculous
