Worst pharmacy ever. Always say something is ready or will be ready soon, when it’s not and you gotta wait forever. Prescriptions are always “out of stock” or “delayed” or some random hold where you gotta call them. Paid for same day delivery of my prescription, never got it that day. Literally the worst.

Natalie at the pharmacy is fantastic. She deserves a medal. I really wish that this Walgreens could hire more people so it wasn’t so short staffed.

Photos were never printed so I had to wait, they said 5 min when it actually took 25 min. They finished and the cashier was alone and had to call for another employee to help me but no one showed up after over 5 min so I took the photos to the cashier and an employee came out of no where and took them away from me. Then proceeded to take their time to package them but not after helping another customer while holding my photos in their hand Infront of other people for a good while. Then berated me for taking them. They should've been ready by 5:04pm at this time it was 6:29pm and I was very very late for work. There are some good employees but the atmosphere screams I don't care and is nonchalant and slow. Very disrespectful to the customer in that regard.

I wish they had a zero star option for the pharmacy. They will have you on hold for 45mins and then HANG UP ON YOU without picking up . And even if they do pick up and say hold on they STILL hang up on you . I’m on my 3rd 45 min call attempt and still have yet to talk to someone . My fiancé is also on hold on HIS phone on his 2nd attempt . My prescription was put in on THURSDAY . It is now MONDAY and still NOTHING . No update , no customer service , nobody to answer the phone . Never in my life have I seen a pharmacy more unprofessional. I hope they can get some more people in there to help out , this is crazy .

Although I was in a rush and I needed something quickly and efficiently done and I found this Walmart conveniently located from where I was in Pittsburg. get there early enough before the staff in the camera department leaves you hanging, Because anyone else left in the store will not effectively know how to handle your photo needs.

I wish I could give a 0! They are clearly understaffed, made me wait for 30 min to get my booster shot (noone was waiting for the shot ahead of me). It's super clear that if you're understaffed and cannot handle regular pharmacy and vaccination booth too, then do not be one of the centers!! Please note, you are only wasting people's time

The store and the staff are really fine. Problem is the people shopping inside are not always the best quality. The neighborhood around is little bit shabby and the parking lot almost always dirty but this is because the low end neighborhood around.

Worst customer service especially the pharmacy. They close whenever they want and they will close the window on you even if you were already in line before they closed which was not the normal time they close anyway.
