Yeah i dont know about here just something about their customer service which i guess is difficult is keep up when theres only 1 person but the other day i went in there bought a couple cases of seltzers waters. When i finished paying i asked the cashier who was a older lady if i could have a bag since i will be walking up a hill with these 2 cases a bag would help out. She looked at me with so much attitude like bag? If you wanted a bag you shouldve said something before you paid. I didnt realize you had to pay for a bag i guess? Anyways she proceeded to say its too late now. I just dont like people telling me its too late now like im about to carry this stuff mad far you cant hook me up with a bag?

I live by there and wanted to sign up into their rewards program for future use, but despite not being the only cashier and not having a significant line, the cashier I encountered complained multiple times about me spending the time to sign up (around 2 minutes total, if that) and even reached around the screen and exited me out of signing up after I started even though I had explicitly stated that I wanted to create an account. When I was done woth my purchase the woman left me with a taunt of "Look there you saved nothing, same as it would have been anyway."This happened today and is the worst customer service I have ever had at a grocery store or a drug store in my life and the cashier was a lady wearing a cross. Likely won't return again, despite me living right next to there. Lower prices and nicer service at Safeway right next door

Customer service at this pharmacy is horrible. The pharmacy technician or clerk will give you the runaround and extremely unhelpful. There is a new pharmacy technician they just hired; a woman in her late 20s or early 30s with the frizzy, let-down hair is there to not do customer service, but to drive the customers away. She has this condescending tone and super unprofessional. I was supposed to pick up some antibiotics eyedrops for my mom (post operative care). The doctor already sent in the electronic prescription 2 days in advance because it's important and to make sure that they got it ready for pickup after surgery since it is very important for the eye to heal properly. I came to pick up 2 days after the prescription was submitted and it's still not ready. She then got upset at me for going there to pick it up and asked "WHO TOLD YOU TO COME HERE ? DID SOMEONE CALL YOU? We are backed up and will not have it ready until another 6 days or so. The way she delivered the message, the way she raised her voice, just nasty. Who talks like that? I normally just assume people are having bad days , but wow the level of unprofessionalism is just appalling. Now, my mom still has blood dripping out of her right eye and still no antibiotic eyedrops. Seriously, who hired this woman and if you hate your job so much that you have to take it out on someone, then quit or find something else to do.

One star is too complimentary. I was treated like a piece of human excrement by Ralph the manager. He was totally rude to me. He had an attitude like I was this horrible pain in his behind. He kept saying why are you in here shopping, we banned you. When I insisted on asking what I did he still kept saying yeah we banned you. You need to leave. Idk what happened? When are asked for proof of a ban on me he said no you need to leave. I decided against buying what I came in for. For obvious reasons. as I was leaving I said your wrong , Ralph. I will be calling corporate on you. He said have a nice day. I'm a regular customer. I was a regular customer. I work at the round table pizza and I usually came in during lunch break and bought a lot of snacks. F---- for Ralph and rite aid.

Just this morning I was in the store when I saw a Philipino man maybe in his 40's walk out of one of the back rooms into the store veith this blonde woman whose her left arm covered in tattoos. As I was walking through the isles I approached them to ask them they had contact paper? They both laughed and repeated, " contact paper"???? Then I tried to explain. This man said to me, "Oh, she doesn't know what it is, she's still young." First, she looks 25 to 30yrs old. Then this guy isn't too young to tell me that. They lack customer service. Those people live from the customers, but they laugh at them. No, I appreciated shopping there. Now that I know the back of their minds, I will not think about even visiting that place anymore..... PS. I've seen younger women with better looks being professional and more intelligent when a customer approached them.

I go here almost everyday after work to get a double scoop. After a day of hard work, a Thrifty's ice cream cone brightens my day. My only complaint is that sometimes the employees just plop a flat scoop on top of the cone and i get nothing inside. The best cone i ever got, the employee first scooped ice cream into the cone, and then plopped a healthy scoop on top. When i get hooked up like this, it makes me very happy, considering it costs 2/3s the price of a quart.Ps, my favorite flavors are mint and chip, pecan prailene (sp?), rocky road, pistaccio nut, mocha fudge, and black cherry. :)Mmm, now i want ice cream, haha!

The Rx Sucks I hate this place I have to go there for work Comp meds! The pharm tech tells me there's an issue with the Dr after 2 visits so I went to the Dr got another WRITTEN prescription only for the pharm tech to say oh we heard from the Dr now we need a approval from the work Comp insurer take in mind I put the order in in 12:26/16 it's now 1/8/17 and I have yet to revive the med there's no communication between rite and clients they only call you if your meds are ready so if YOU dnt call or go there you will just be waiting and your process will just sit CVS gives you curtesy calls when there's an issue with your med
