Came here fully determined to purchase a brand new adult bicycle. After waiting almost an hour for assistance in the bicycle section in between asking employee after employee for help and getting none, I was made aware that their in-store stock did not at all mirror the information advertise on the website and after being left with only one option still walked out with nothing because the one model that they had was stuck open the top rack and would not come down no matter how violently the employee shook it. Very disappointed what this location.

This isn't a one star review for no good reason.YOU SHUT DOWN SELF CHECKOUTTHEN YOU HAVE 2 OR 3 PEOPLE AT THE REGISTERSWHEN THERE ARE HUNDREDS OF PEOPLE IN THE STOREI can't even BUY ANYTHING WITHOUT STANDING AND WAITING FOREVER AT A REGISTER. Therefore I WILL NOT BE BUYING THINGS HERE.You continue to do it because people keep consenting to it and waiting in line no matter how little employees you have.It's absolutely ridiculous. You can't figure out how to have enough registers open for how many people are shopping at your store?

What can you say about this place it's like an oasis in the desert you know what I mean you stop here you can get everything that you need and it's pretty good to go knocked one star off because bathrooms a little bit dirty and the shopping cart wheels are like Flintstone blocks you got to get somebody in here to repair these shopping cart wheels man what is going on honestly I should just put it to one star so that you actually look at this review because if I put four stars what you probably deserve you're never going to look at this review and see that the shopping carts are just so jacked up so in order to get the shopping carts fixed I'll put one star but you know you probably deserve like four

Got my oil change done here at this Walmart location. They checked my air filter, must have taken it out and then forgot to put it back in. Now I have to pay for a new air filter. Unbelievable.

Worst experience ever horrible wait times been standing here line not moving in forever self checkout is closed and the guy at register doesn’t look like he even knows what he’s doing 🤦🏽‍♂️ all lanes look the same someone in management needs to step it up

Some of the employees are nice, but overall the experience for me at this Walmart is chaos. Employees following you around the store, self checkout maybe 2 registers open, maybe two cashier registers open, lines down aisles, dogs walking, or riding in carts that we need for our groceries, checking for expiration dates or prices on food items. Big cameras in your face all over stores, then peoples asking for receipts as you walk out the door. By the time I get out of there I sometimes forget where I park. Walmart I worked hard for my money and deserve some dignity, you always accept my money fair exchange, UGH!

Fine. This time no 30 minute wait for medicine. It usually takes up to 30 minutes. You really need a register with a cashier posted there. I understand why you lock up stuff. Theft is just too much. Try a register in the area with a cashier. Get rid of your self-service lines. You are getting ripped off constantly. Your shrink must be ridiculous!

Not sure if you really want to come here. Slummy vibes. Employees are not only stupid(& comically so... No really they don't know anything) but also unprofessional. Not even the daytime manager guy with no hair had a clue or knew where anything was at after the guy barley wearing pants told me he'd know for sure. Do better Walmart. This one's sad.

We drove from Reno Nevada and decided to take a stop over at this Walmart. The overnight stay was peaceful and relaxing. There is a very active railway very close by and clearly heard especially at night. We stay at truck stops quite frequently so the noise of the train was tolerable. The store was clean and we were able to pick up some necessary items.

The Walmart in Barstow recently closed ALL of their self-checkouts and you now have to go through the regular check-out lanes. They don't have enough of these cashiers to handle the load of shoppers!!! The lines are long and slow!!! I now consider, and shop, elsewhere!!!

Decent customer service skills at this location for the most part, otherwise bring some patients, there slow at everything. I ordered a tv online for delivery. The transaction went through fine(charged 500 to my card) only to receive an email shortly after canceling my order for a return policy violation to which I'm clueless. I haven't returned anything to Walmart and most certainly haven't violated some dumb policy. I go into the store speak with cs and the manager and there like ummm haven't seen that before. Long story short I buy the TV on the spot and I love it 65 inch samsung crystal u700. Horrible online and in person purchase experience.

I have to use the delivery service because im disabled and you can't get a scooter here. If you buy meat they sent you expired stuff and always leaving out pieces of your order. When you try to call no one answers the phone.ive tried for 2 days to call. Just great. I don't want a refund I want my items. What good is a refund?

Worst experience ever. I needed to get into one of the locked cases. I rang the bell many times and still no one came to help me. I told an associate more than once that I needed help and all I got from them was that only one person had a key and that they couldn't help me. When someone finally showed up there were several people waiting along with me. Not one of them was any happier than I was.When I finally got to the checkout the associate I dealt with was obviously unhappy with her job.I hope they get better employees in the future and not the ones that think they are too good for customer service.UPDATEAnd now for more fun from Walmart!I have Walmart+ and frequently order my groceries since I don't have transportation a lot of the time. I usually don't have a problem getting my groceries on time but this time is different. I ordered my groceries yesterday and the delivery window was between 6:00 and 7:00 PM. They still weren't here at 9:00 PM so I chose to change the order to have it delivered today between 2:00 and 3:00. They didn't get here AGAIN. Called the store and got the runaround. Still nothing.This store is not what it used to be. Maybe they need to get new management cause frankly they are not getting anything right.

Review for those needing to stay the night. The gravel area across from the main entrance was expertly paved with gravel, very level, quiet place to rest after a long driving day, and went in to purchase dinner fixings. We travel across the country in a 30-foot Skoolie.

Customer service here was great. Cashiers aren’t the quickest but not that they get paid to be. Walmart pay continues not to work intermittently “thanks” to Walmart fraud department leaving a 1 star at every Walmart due to this reason until it’s fixed.

3 separate times I've bought small canned hams and all 3 were molded when I opened them. The expiration date was Oct 23 2028. The brand was Bristol 1 lb. If anyone wants to buy these look for black markings around top edge of can.

Richa, in the cosmetics department is, ALWAYS a delightful and kind customer service representative. She always has something sweet to say and makes you feel like family. She's my favorite part of going to this Walmart! I would absolutely recommend this location because of her and the kindness she gives. 10/10 thanks a lot Richa for making every trip to your location a good one. 💝

Online order drivers car broken can't deliver kept giving me different times for order to be delivered ordered yesterday morning..if you dont have a good running car you shouldnt be a driver ms kelsey . it's getting bad at Walmart should shut it down

Needed to get passport photo. Dealt with 5 different people. All lazy couldn’t be bothered to keep up with the order since I walked the department for 30 minutes. When asked a few giggles that it was done and another 5 minutes to get up and get my photos off the machine.

Thanks Walmart for giving us truckers somewhere to park and get supplies. Now,note to fellow drivers. Let's please respect their kindness and nd keep the lot clean!! I know the cart wheels lock up but it's really not a big deal to put them back where they belong. This is a rare find so let's not mess it up

Great for overnight but would avoid for long term stay. Spots were small and the whole town smells of cow manure.

Security appears to do nothing to mitigate people from loitering in the parking lot. Security seems to just hang out, drive around in circles or converse with others. There should be a city ordinance not allowing to loiter. If they don't have one, pass one. Employees inside the store need better training.

Did they not honor roll back prices at the Cash register. Had.to go to customer service. Watch your prices closely.
