A serious game changer in the. world of customer service. I needed puppy formula a product I have no knowledge about...I called their customer service hotline and found I was givin the royal treatment ment for kings of kings...lol but really I was provided answers to all of my questions with a representative with a very pleasant attitude and a serious willingness to help get me what I needed...anything he was unfamiliar with wasn't an issue and I wasn't given an "I don't know" attitude that usually get unanswered. He personally called a person who had an answer to the questions he was unknolagable in keeping me feeling satisfied and well cared for. The item I needed was the last on the self and he had a team member within the store take it to the register with my name on it to ensure I get what I went out to buy...provided the name and small description of the team member holding the puppy formula and even after I forgot the brand name the woman I had to see already knew what I was talking about and gave me my item and I went home very happy. Tractor supply has always been a normal experience with nothing bad to report however this was the first time I personally needed lots of help and that's exactly what I received with what felt like a smile on their face behind the photo. Highly recommended retailer.

I'm writing this review here because Tractor Supply refused to print a review I wrote on their site (can provide the refusal and reason) on THEIR product. I have been purchasing these for many years now and discovered earlier this year the "Rolls" were less than a third of the normal weight {3lb bag of 18 rolls 2.7ozs about 30c per roll) and now weighed LESS than 1 oz, about $1.10 per roll ??????. I contacted tractor supply who told me quote (in writing) that they had NOT changed the product weight ???????? which is NOT true (look at a picture of an bag before 2023 and it clearly has the weight of 3lbs on it, the new bag, no weight at all on it????, so no way to tell how much you are paying for it ????? which in fact is approx $1 to $1.4 EACH (4 times the price). Do they think we are stupid ? lying to us, Deceiving us with despicable business practices SHAME ON YOU and this is only one example of MANY. I am working on an Instagram and TICTOK where I will provide all correspondence from Tractor Supply on this issue. They, after 10 years of loyalty, are NO LONGER a company I will do business with.

Good place to shop. But hate to say the one guy Ricardo I think it was needs some education on the parvo shots yall sale. Half was correct half wasn't. I hate to see someone hurt their dog on misinformation. He told this lady to give shots then in a couple weeks give another. The dog was a 3 year old adult. If anything. One shot would be good. Or consult a veterinarian

I purchased a pallet of pellets for my stove that were to be delivered. I haven't received a phone call and have been waiting all day. I called twice and still didn't get an answer as to when they would be here. Today is our anniversary. It should have been spent doing something more enjoyable. First bad experience with tractor supply.

Kim in the middle of nowhere thank you and your staff so much. AMAZING customer service. I bought a trailer from a different TSC location and had major issues on the side of the road. Kim helped get me the parts to get me on the road again with a sense of urgency. My family appreciates it so much and will always sing your praises. Highly recommend this location!!

Friendly, helpful staff. I am in there so often that the employees greet me by name. The prices are pretty decent. The parking lot is fairly small and not very inviting to trailers, so take that into consideration if you are stopping by to pick something up and you have a loaded horse trailer (especially a living quarters rig). Other than that, the location is extremely convenient and only a few minutes from the 15 and 58 freeways.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Their selection is pretty good. They have a wide variety of products useful for country, rural, ranch, farm, or just practical living, though they don't have some of the less common brands of pet foods. They have a catalog so that some items which are not stocked can be special ordered.

Bought 5 baby ducks and in less than 3 days they all died from the same illness I informed the store what happened and they said it was most likely avian flu and that I can go buy more for a discount, really go buy more infectious birds what’s wrong with this picture.

They don't change the price labels. When told,they do not honor the actual price listed and say they don't have enough staff to keep up with changing labels. For two months they haven't changed the labels,everytime I go in,it's a different price. False advertisement.

Great clothes, especially for men. Really appreciated woman checking us out mentioning the clearance rack in the other roon. Ended up being able to get a good discount on shirts for a very hard to fit son. Thanks for your input.

Great selection of farm and home needs at reasonable prices. This location has friendly and knowledgeable staff. We do a lot of shopping for horse feeds, supplements, and horse care items. Good choices for Standlee compressed bales of Timothy, alfalfa, and mix. Worming needs, poultice pads, etc. Selection is pretty standard across the board, but the employees will go above and beyond to help find what you need.

I went into tractor supply in barstow today for a few things it's was so hot in there I could only buy cat litter and leave. How could a company let there employees work in a place that is cooler outside at 109 then it is inside.

This place is great for many needs! They have several different animal foods and accessories for farm or house pets, stuff for honey bees, live chickens and ducks which I believe are only there seasonally and they also host farmers markets which is awesome. They have rentable trailers and many other tools for big jobs. Clothing for men and women along with boots and other wearable needs. Not to mention their house decor is adorable!

Great customer service. Went for a veggie plant but they were all sold out. We ended up grabbing a bag of dog food. Not to many people in the store but great spot if your worried about being around others.

This place is great, take the time to look at all their inventory, you will be surprised. There is three sections in this store check out back and outside out back, if your handy in your home this is the place for you. Someone always willing to help you find what your looking for, and have knowledge about the product

Everyone is very helpfull and as soon as you walk through the door someone acknowledges you and greet you properly. The few times I had to go to Home Depot I come out very frustrated due to the lack of help, there could be a lot of associates and no one even tries to approach yo to see if you needanything,( dissapointing).

The employees of this store are busy telling lies and meanness, they are cheating on me for the 5th time. They say I have a car, I drive for 3 hours, I get to the store, they say there is no, and I am sure that they take it out of the store, sell it more expensively, or is this national discrimination?
