They make very serious mistakes. I received a medication that didn't look familiar so I called and it was from 2 weeks ago from Urgent care. Then they lie and say I never picked it up. I picked up antibiotics from the same order and was unaware the order was incomplete. I'm trying to go back to Teplows, I only changed because of the drive through and it's opened late. Now they are holding my prescriptions hostages. It's been over a week and they are not sending all my refills to Teplows. The lines are long and the girl at the window is very rude. I have filed a complaint.

I just have 1 question. The store had a nice ride around cart to use. But. Now they no longer have one. EHY. I can't go in there and shop because my legs are getting weak because I had polio as a child. We need one at RiteAid so we can keep coming and enjoying our shopping. Please, I beg of you get a cart .

Arrived at Rite Aid to pick up a simple subscription. Took 30 minutes to be see. at the counter. We were i formed to return in 30 minutes to pick up our subscription. Upon returning a little past the 3 minute mark, it took an additional 45 minutes to recieve our subscription.Over two hours spent waiting for two simple subs.

Tupo took care of me again. I had a refill ready for pickup however RITEAID didn’t have my insurance information on file again!?! How many times does it take right aid to establish my Tricare & Aetna pharmacy coverage? I was glad Tupo was there to come to my rescue as she conducted research on my insurance status and information verification . Thank you Tupo for looking out for your customers by establishing their insurance credentials. Now if the other employees would do that for the customers…….please give Tupo recognition for her customer care.

I am mentally disabled and I was going through a very rough time. I needed my medicine quickly and Breanna and the pharmacist worked so hard on getting my medication to me when I was very sick. I can even say that they saved my life on that very dark day. Excellent work!

Absolutely worthless customer service. They never answer the phone, lines are always 5-6 people deep, and the general store is a mess half the time. Absolute waste of time unless you're desperate.Also contact their customer care line does absolutely nothing. Just another person saying they'll try to do better. I just waited 2hrs at their pharmacy for one of pill bottle that they told me was ready ahead of time.

This place is a complete joke. Monthly I have medication to pick up. Monthly the same people are rude. They do not care about their customers. They lie all the time. I’ve been put on hold for over a hour multiple times. This has been going on for a while. I’ve told multiple pharmacist and they do not care. I feel sorry for the older customers that do not even get their prescriptions filled on time because they can’t even stand up for themselves

The pharmacy is honestly the worse. I actually feel bad for the girls checking people out, 90% of the issues come from the pharmacist and the pharmacy techs. They are the slowest, and the rudest collection of "healthcare" providers I've ever had the misfortune of interacting with. Unreliable and have no regards to actually caring about their patients health. Worst then all that, RiteAid is gonna reply with the copy&paste reply they always do, showing that the lack of care goes from top down

I tried calling to see if my prescription was filled, no answer. I went in because I live close, saw the line of people and walked right out. Honestly, this place needs new management in all departments. Shelves are barely stocked all of the time and the pharmacy is atrocious and I'm being generous.

I have been a Rite aid customer for decades. Never had complaints, loves my shop. But in the last year,the service and availability of even the simplest prescriptions have declined to the point where I am going to switch pharmacies

Ever since this pharmacy took over Von's patients, the quality of this place has significantly decreased. Your staff doesn't answer the phone ever and prescriptions take way too long to fill(even the most simple ones). Your business is no longer reliable for this town. I don't know if it's a staffing issue or what, but management and the corporate office need to figure it out and help your pharmacy become like it once was. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Cashier was so rude not the first time he's been so rude. He is the reason I stopped coming to rite aid. I got some items on clearance and an item didn't scan on clearance, he was so rude and loud about it, so I took a picture of the item on the clearance shelf and showed it to him and he said someone must have put that tag there cuz it's not on clearance, everything on that shelf was, he didn't have to be so loud and rude and put people on blast like that. I wasnt being rude the guys name is Mark

WMy husband and I tried to go to the bathroom, and the African American guy lied to us. We asked him if we can use the bathroom, and he said someone n the bathroom has the key just wait. We waited 10 min to use the bathroom, my husband asked for the key and the guy said “I don’t know where is the key” and he turned away. Bad CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I really tried this pharmacy for three and a half months. But every time I call I have to hold for an hour. Sometimes more. Unfortunately Rite Aid just does not hire enough staff for their pharmacies. They occasionally make mistakes, which is fine except that I have to hold for so long that it's just not worth it anymore to me.

I have called the pharmacy a hand full of times and each time they answer super fast and say hold and then never come back. It’s extremely frustrating and unprofessional!! I’ve been on hold for over an hour and each time I call it’s the same thing. I’ll never send my prescriptions there again. If you have a question for them you’re out of luck, they’ll never take you off hold. I’ve been trying since 12 and it’s now almost 3. Their pharmacy is a joke

I’ve been waiting 25 minutes and counting for the pharmacy to answer the phone. Directed the call to the front of the store and they said, “they’re busy, but they’ll get to you”. Sounds like they already have enough business and can’t hire enough people. I’ll be redirecting my business to accommodate their inability to service the current volume of customers.

I'd give half a star if I could. Or maybe even just one little point of the star to be honest. They never answer the phone at this location, and it eventually just automatically hangs up on you. And when u DO get thru(on those lucky days) they tell u please hold for a second, and then ur on hold til u eventually either give up after an hour+ waiting for them to remember ur on the phone, or they're just waiting for you to give up n hang up. One time I sat there so mad and called back to back to back cuz I was GONNA get thru n give them a piece of my mind when they finally got tired of hearing the phone ring, and they STILL answered eventually saying please hold and I said NO, I WONT HOLD AGAIN U TOLD ME THAT LIKE 3 TIMES ALREADY AND NOBODY EVER COMES BACK! and the girl literally giggled and said sorry, please hold. And did it again!! Worst customer experience ever, and they want us to keep going there for business?? Everybody in town HATES rite aid pharmacy, ever since Borrego closed, everyone was forced into rite aid. Nobody actually WANTS to go there. People are starting to switch to teplow or Walmart even! It's been like this for like 3 years. Time to get all new employees back there. Laughing stock of the town.

I have become long suffering with the Rite Aid Pharmacy in Barstow California because they are close to my home and the convenience outweighs the employee incompetence. Rarely have I been in the drive thru pharmacy line and received all my prescriptions as ordered. A typical medication refill for 3 prescriptions with require at least two trips to the pharmacy, this is of course after the automated phone call tells me my prescriptions are ready for pick up. The automated phone call is wildly inaccurate and the employees are incompetent and rude.Don't take my word for it, just look at Yelp to get an idea on how bad this place is!

It's heartbreaking how incompetent they are receiving faxes from urgent care! My doctor faxed them at 1pm. They admitted they are very overwhelmed and extremely behind on taking in faxes coming from doctors. They refused to fill my daughters needed medicine from urgent care. After I waited for an hour in line just for them to tell me that. Never again I'm transferring to another pharmacy that can process faxes from doctors in a more timely fashion.

The worst Pharmacy have you waiting for ever & never answer the phone & If they do they leave you on hold & never pick!! Horrible customer service No customer service! Plus ur fill is never ready even when dr. Puts it in for you or if you go there they say it will be ready in 1 hr & it’s not even ready have to wait there longer til it is smh definitely be going elsewhere now!

The worst ever. My hold time was 45 min for an extremely important prescription my father was driving 50 minutes for very sick. The woman who answered acted like she didn’t speak to me 3 hours previous. Then she quickly put me on hold. 30 min later I hang up and call back. Waited another 15 on hold as she doesn’t wait to hear a response. Then I did it again and tried to say no I can’t hold.she put me on hold again. The woman should not even have a job. She is horrible at her job and some people need those prescriptions badly.

Updating for brevity.Over the years...They've lost my prescriptions so many times I started photographing them when I turned them in, GPS and time stamped. You should not handle prescriptions with such carelessness, they aren't over the counter for a reason, once my husband had to wait for his prescriptions to be refilled because they gave them to another customer who apparently didn't need ID to pick up medication, from that day forward we were always asked for ID. Good idea.They've deleted my REAL prescriptions on accident several times. They like to do this on Friday as my doctor doesn't return to his office. They ask you to come back in 2 hours, 48 hours and 2 more trips later you can get them after you remind them. They put the labels for my husband's medication on the bag, not the bottle. I finally located it in the trash, he taped it on the bottle and couldn't take medication to work because it's the DOD. I could write an essay.There is a newish employee who is messing with people. The firsf time I saw him he got angry at me when the pharmacist marched him to the window for telling me it'd be ready and it wasn't. Embarrassing for both of us. But his actions and lies since are very vindictive. I do not want to go into details.His behavior in no way reflects on the other employees, male or female, they're polite, helpful, and contribute to the store being a pleasant place to shop. I'd still go there for their seasonal aisles and ice cream, but I can get Thrifty ice cream 3 mins from where I live so I can't say I'll have an excuse to stop by. It takes an average of 3 trips to the physical location to get my medication. I am only able to get a 2 month supply every 3 months for 1 because of the delays caused by their mistakes (it's rarely out of stock so that's not the issue). But, my other 2 medications I'll get all 3 months but it still take several attempts to get them.

Some of the employees in the pharmacy are awsome, however there are a few the seriously need to find a new job. My issue is that Iam on monthly meds that come in almost a week before they are doing I always get the same excuse that they are out. You would think that in this day and age that rhese types of logistics would be figured out as to have a medicine ready on time. Not give me lame excuses why they are out. This is clearly very disappointing customer service. My medicine has never been ready on time in the past year ..Not Once. I have mentioned to the pharmacist about this issue and nothing seems to happen.

Really sad, but I’ve given this place a few opportunities to earn better than a 1 star. I frequent the area for work, and stop by because I love thrifties ice cream. They are always out of stock of multiple flavors, and basic utensils. I do mean always, I’ve stopped by over 10 times spread out over more than a few months. One time they literally had no cups for ice cream, and I had to buy some bowls from their store just so they could have something to scoop my ice cream into. Smh. Certain things like that are simple ordering issues. Taking proper weekly/monthly inventory. Plus, if you are out of cups, don’t make a customer by a whole pack of cups, open a few packs in-store and fix the problem for the customer because I could tell so many customers had the same issue. Most recently they were out of all my favorite flavors and even my back ups. Do better!

Rite aide in Barstow is the worst I would give them zero stars if I could.. I have my prescriptions sent there every month.. they continue to push my pain meds days past when I run out. My pain meds are every thirty days. When I started there they began filling 1st of the month then they moved it to the third then the eighth now it is the 11th. I called today to see if it was ready and now they tell me it is out of stock so now I don’t know what day they will push it to next month.. i told the clerk that they keep moving the date and she rudely told me “well you can always transfer your prescriptions to another pharmacy”. I am beginning to wish they would build a Walgreens. But being a small town that won’t be sometime soon enough..terrible pharmacy service and customer service stinks

I'm being generous with 1 star. They do not answer their phone when you call it clicks back to recording I hit the "speak to a pharmacy associate" 18 times and finally hung up. Next day I spoke to a pharmacy tech that was RUDE! He told me to hold fir a pharmacist and kept coming back to say to still wait. I was on hold for 1 hour & 40 minutes. I drove over , still on hold, and asked to speak w pharmacist since he never picked up for me. He had NO CLUE I was on hold for him, tech never told him I was waiting. I understand that state laws tie their hands on controlled meds but if they would atleast answer the phone and communicate it would take a bit of the frustration away. Pharmacist has YELLED at me stating my husband needed psychological help. Ummm if he could get his meds he wouldbegreat. When you are in pain, you become an altered personality.

Horrible service and horrible pharmacy workers. They will claim to have medication they don’t and are not at all following code of conduct with taking new insurance or actually updating patients. It’s sad and pathetic.
