I started bringing my Bella here ever since Kandy moved to this facility. The older location on Main St. could no longer accommodate all the services that Kandy's has to offer. Today was another great Spa day for Bella. She is one pampered pooch and that is how I like it. Kandy, Irene and the rest of the staff never fail to impress me with the results they deliver each and every time. And yes it does cost more for services here than at other groomers. But you get so much more at Kandy's. My Bella was a little more angsty than normal today. What I like so much about the people here. Is that they work with your dog and do everything they can to calm them down so the grooming can be finished. Without adding any additional stress to your fur baby (Even if this takes longer).They realize that your pet is an extension of your family. And they are treated with all the care and respect that demands.Overall a neatly organized and clean facility that will leave both you and your pooch very happy for the services offered and received.

Left our husky there for a couple of days while we went on a mini vacation. Staff was friendly, the place was clean, and the kennels were nice. The prices are a bit stepper than most other kennels in the high desert, but this place is entirely temperature controlled, and that doesn't come cheap. So if you can afford the extra money, then this place is a good choice.

Kandy’s is a great experience for me and my dog Bentley every time we receive services. The facilities are super clean and pet friendly. When available, Bentley gets the same hotel suit, which gives Bentley a sense of normalcy. He loves the human like beds by the way. The spa treatments are also top notch. Thank you to the entire Kandy’s staff!!!!!!😊

I took my pups for the first time! My Jazzy had some anxiety issues but Josh was very patient with her. She just has to get used to a new place. Staff is super nice and the establishment is very clean. It's a little bit more pricey than the previous dog groomer I went to but I'm only 3 minutes away vice 45 minutes. Give them a try if you are need a new groomer!

I am not one to write a poor review but as of late, it seems as if the quality of service has drastically declined. Took in my pup to get groomed and the groomer completely went against what I had asked for without consultation or notifying me. They shaved and cut areas of my pup when specifically asked not to. It seems asif i ask for a particular cut, the groomer either forgets or does not care and cuts it however they feel. The staff is hospitable and welcoming but for the love of God, please provide the cut that we ask for and dont deviate. I will continue to go here but improvements need to be made.

We are not ones to write a poor review however, we absolutely DO NOT recommend using Kandy’s pups n stuff for dog grooming services. We have had our dog groomed for 10 years at various locations and this has been by far the worst experience. We took our long hair Siberian Husky in on 26 May for a full groom package which we were told would originally take 4-5 hours. We discussed specifically what services we wanted completed and the woman at the front desk took notes and informed us of what the package entails. During the grooming, we received a call that she had some matting from her harness and it would be 25 dollars an hour to get it all out which we said yes to. Additionally, we opted into the longer session of deshedding due to our dog blowing her coat. After 6 hours, we picked her up and with a 20% tip paid $230… even with a 10% military discount. A bit expensive for the services provided granted they only bathed, deshedded, gotten some of her matting out, and had “forgotten” to cut her hair. Upon getting her home, we also identified that not only did they fail to give her a haircut or hygiene cut, but she was still matted in areas and they shaved around her rear end to the skin which is now irritated and oozing. Before writing this review, we called them to try express our concerns and make it right however, they barely allowed us to speak and continued to cut us off as if we were an inconvenience. We were told they would look into it and have yet to return our call - so much for customer service. My wife is currently cutting our dogs hair and we had to purchase sanitary cleansing pads due to them cutting her to the skin to try and prevent infection. If you value your time, money, and pet - take them elsewhere to a location that that does not misrepresent themselves.

They are absolutely wonderful! Took our 16year old pup in for grooming and they delivered the best hair cut I have seen on her in years. You can tell that they really care about your pets and will take the time to make sure they look their absolute best. Definitely will be taking our pup here again!

Irene (who groomed my baby girl) did such an amazing job with her cut today and let's talk about her tail! I was immediately impressed when I came to pick my baby girl up! She looks WONDERFUL! The times that I have been in she's been such a caring & knowledgeable person. You can tell she has a passion for fur babies & is very knowledgeable about breeds and certain needs for your puppy. I utterly trust her with my fur baby. chuchis looks like a babe & enjoyed her blueberry facial!

Took my dogs in yesterday, a shame that I have to write this because they have previously done a good job up until this very rude incident.Pretty much paid $175 for them to do a bad job. Here I thought you paid for what you get.Cut my dog's nails bad to where she was bleeding (look at the pictures), also I asked for a light trim on my other small dog (emphasized that it was getting cold so no need for a deep cut) and they left her with very short hair.When I called to get a refund, the owner was very defensive, questioning the injury. I told her I had pictures but she never asked to see them just doing damage control to get me to shut up.Will not be back.

I love Kandys. I have an older pit bull that has arthritis who can't be in small spaces and needs to be groomed with care. Kandys takes great care of her. My new pit bull has anxiety and they are very patient and great with her as well. They may be a bit more $ then some of the other places in town, but the way they care for our fur babies are worth every penny.

Kandy got us in at the last minute for an extensive deshedding and groom. On collection (which was much quicker than expected!), our pup looked fantastic - the best groom she's ever had. We will definitely be returning!

1st time ever using a boarding for my dogs. And omg kandy made my experience so worth it! I love that the dogs have their own decent size suites.. no cages! And she really does care for the animals. IT SHOWS! Not only in her but her staff also. Again this was my 1st time so it was a little pricey. But sooooo worth it! I didn’t have to stress on what my house would look like when I got home or if the dogs got let out. She really gave me peace of mind. I was able to text or call to check in on the dogs she even sent pictures and updates. And accommodated any requests I had. The pup cafe is so adorable!!! Will definitely be coming back and so recommend it!!🐶🐩♥️♥️♥️

Kandy and Yolanda was excellent. Great customer service, very professional. First time my dog has been to a groomer- nail clip. They both were so nice and gentle to my Sammy. We just moved to the area and adopted our Saint Bernard Storm who was unfortunately covered in mats and while we knew as a double coated dog you normally wouldn't shave down that she would need it for her hair to grow back properly. We went to Kandys where she informed us that we were right in shaving her down due to her mats. We were beyond happy with the environment of Kandys and were even happier when we got storm back. Storm looks absolutely amazing and mat free! This was Storms first groom session and they were very patient with her. We will continue to go to Kandys for all of our dogs.

Took our cats, for 11 days my 1 cat lost weight, they don't tell you if you pick up after 11:pm is another 50.00 dollars which never told us. Called for 3 days couldn't contact the owner. , I feel they were not treated right . Won't be taking my cats there again
