Furry friends is amazing! My usually nervous dog shows no sign of anxiety. They are all so good with the animals. The staff pays attention to details in grooming the dogs and goes above and beyond what is expected. Furry friends is also clean and inviting. Not to mention their prices are great!

My 88 lb fraidy cat dog approves! Wow now i know what deshedding does. She looks and feels amazing. I can tell the way she acts she might have even enjoyed herself a bit even after being "abandoned".It's been six months and my dog still doesn't get her hind quarters full of dirt. It has made brushing so easy. We'll be back after we see the vet. :)

Beware! Brought my mini schnauzer in on 9/9 and specifically asked groomer to not cut eyelashes and to just trim beard. Even showed what I meant. My baby's eyelashes ended up being completely chopped off and bottom jaw buzzed off. Only leaving hair around top of mouth (appreance of bushy mustach). I will not return here.

Absolutely wonderful grooming job! The staff is so sweet. You can tell they love animals. My Flynn adores them and gives them kisses. Best ever place to bring your pet. I highly recommend Furry Friends.

We just got our dog from the humane society a few months ago. We have taken her into get groomed several times here. They do such an amazing job with her! The staff is so friendly! I reccomend to anyone looking for a groomer for their pets!!

I would recomend this place to anyone that has a best friend and or a baby ( as I call her). These folks care for her as if she were part of their family. I've stood there after I have picked up my princess and observed the folks as they groomed other babies! They talk to them as I talk to my baby and that to me is a great sign that they truly care about what they do and shows me they respect and care about them as well! Bring them all and you won't be disappointed with their work!

I brought my 15 year old kitty to get groomed, she has very fluffy fur and doesn't clean very well on her hind legs anymore. She was treated gently and they groomed her very well. Awesome price too and easy to find. Bonus that it is located right next to Lola's Kitchen!

This review pains me to write as our other pup, Sequoia, has had multiple good grooms with Furry Friends. Unfortunately Sequoia had a bad groom on Saturday May 22nd. The groomer shaved off her lion beard on accident. She is a 10 year old Pomeranian who has maintained her lion cut since her first haircut. At that time the groomer explained she had a lot going on in her life and a family member had severe health issues. She said she had accidentally messed up another cut the day prior as well. Since we had so many positive previous experiences we chalked up Sequoia’s bad groom to stress and brought our goldendoodle pup Juniper in for her first puppy cut on Tuesday, June 8th.We showed a picture of a doodle puppy cut and asked for an all-over even trim and to open up her face around her eyes. The cut Juniper received was nothing like the cut we asked for or the picture we showed. Her body and top of her head were shaved down to 1/4 inch and her legs and ears were fluffy. Her tail was also cut shorter at the base then the rest of it and her belly was almost bare compared to her chest. There were lots of uneven patches on her back. She literally looked like a schnauzer on crack.There was no reason to cut her this way. Juniper is brushed twice a day so there were no mats or tangles to contend with, we even did a brushing the morning of her groom. If she moved during the groom and the clippers slipped, fess up. I have never seen a more horrific cut. Shame on us for going back after 1 bad groom and giving them the benefit of the doubt.

Groomer over books on multiple occasions when called a week ahead for appointments for both dogs. Front staff not trained on customer service skills. They also have poor recording skills when writing down appointments. Communication skills are lacking between groomer, staff and customers. Many dissatisfied customers. Lack in paying attention to details when grooming animals. They used to be better years ago but service has declined increasingly in past 1.5 years. There are better groomers that don't leave animals in cages for hours, don't overcharge and don't overbook. Our pets are family not just another number or money sign!

They take good care of our doggie. The day we adopted him we needed to get him in asap and thank God they were able to squeeze him in and make him smell so good. We will always choose furry friends!

The women who work here are incredibly nice and that's the only reason I am giving them / stars. I took my poodle into get groomed and I wish I hadn't. I asked for my poodles coat to be TRIMMED, along with her face, ears, top knot & feet. When my BF picked her up she had been completely shaven down. When I came home to see her, I could have cried. It was terrible. She was shaved and left with barely any fur on her body, in the middle of winter! On top of that, they did a terrible job shaving her, leaving long strays of hair all over her body and legs . Her face wasn't taken down at all, Her top knot was lopsided and didn't look like they trimmed like I asked, as well as her feet and ears. So basically they didn't do anything I asked, and whatever they wanted. 33$ later she looked worse than when she went in. Never again, save your money and go elsewhere.

You had better hope your financial or medical situation doesn’t change because if you can’t care for your pet anymore they will shame you on social media. When I ran out of money and had to move in with family and could not take one of my 3 dogs groomed here previously with me and turned dog into humane society, staff posted to local social group and shamed me.

I had an appointment at 12 noon as did 8 others I went back at 1:30pm and my poor dog was just sitting in a cage with half her hair cut, I asked if she was almost done and the lady said no it would be another hour; before dropping her off I asked the lady if my dog would be sitting in the cage for a long period of time and she told me no, as I was checking her in she got a phone call and I was left waiting for about 5 more minutes while she took the call. This place is not professional at all and I will never take my dog to this groomer again. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS GROOMER. If it were possible to give less than 1 start I would have.UPDATE it's now 3pm and I just picked my dog up, her hair cut is not what I asked for they shaved her pom poms down and shaved the top of her head. I told her specifics and asked for the poodle cut. They didn't put bows on her ears or anything. NOT WORTH IT AT ALL! 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

i just took my 2 boys here and they came be looking crazy the shaved my dog all the way down to nothing. you can see his skin they shaved his as well but when u see the dog u can tell his not supposed to be like that. its like they messed up and tried to fix it but they couldnt so they shaved him. i didnt like the way they where handling other peoole dogs they where not friend to them at all. if people are bring u there fur babies for a groom they shouldnt handling them like that. onee of my babies ear was all cut up in the inside i WILLL NEVER TAKE MY BABIES HERE AGAIN. they all look acy like there on drugs. they gave me one price then when i came back to pick up they went up and extra 20 when i asked for what theu couldnt say why...

We take our dogs for grooming & nail clipping. They do great work there, and do walk-in mail clipping for a very reasonable price. Grooming cost also very reasonable.
