Trash cans as of this morning at 730am were over flowing outside so bad all 3 in each pump area were excessive! Bathroom trash was discussing! A homeless person was sleeping on the floor!!! Trash all over the bathroom floor in the bathroom! It was truck day so the girls were busy but taking their time as two girls chatted on the chip section. One cashier which is normal! Product had been shopped excessively maybe because of the Turkey holiday. As a traveler I just want to get my gas, get a snack and use the bathroom! I could not wait to get out of the town!

Cheap and convenient gas, but the receipt printer never freakin works, and the homeless people coming up to me while I pump gas can be somewhat disconcerting as a solo female, especially late at night at times they lock up the lobby and I'm the only customer or other person around.

😳THEY HAVE COCKROACHES!!!Stopped here for coffee on way to Vegas. When I was getting a soda from the fountain drinks I saw baby cochroaches. I had already made a cup of fresh grinded hazelnut coffee from their other machine and taken a couple drinks. My stomach immediately turned🤢 and I almost 🤮 . But I managed to hold it back. I would recommend getting bottled drinks and sealed food if you do get anything otherwise GAS ONLY.

I usually stop in here to get some food a nd a energy drink and it's Tuesday today to find no food and the cashier was having a conversation when she could have moved over but the cashier continued doing some scans with a held and made the 3 people in line wait while she finished her scans i. Ant believe this with a homeless woman who after she finished paying stayed atvthe same register to have a conversation

Feb 1st 9pm.. these bathrooms haven't been cleaned in a while. TP dispensers busted, the roll kept falling off onto the nasty floor.. Marker on the walls . Grass and cigarette butts on the floor. Both soap dispensers were empty... as a former rest stop manager. This is disgusting and pure laziness. Won't be back.

Traveling through Barstow, I really needed to use the restroom at 2am but this gas station as well as other ones in the area claim that the restroom is “out of order”. This is a total lie, the workers are just lazy and don’t want to maintain the restroom.

I called to speak to HR or A Hiring Manager because I received a email about a interview am the lady who picked up the phone was very rude sounded like she was chewing gum I asked if I can speak to the manager she said “well he ain’t here” I tried to ask if she knows a time and day I can call back but she over talked me and said what can I help you with I simply told her I’m looking for the manager about a interview she said well he ain’t here again she didn’t even ask if I wanted to leave a message or my contact name and number. I’m starting to believe there is no hope for Barstow a lot of the businesses have rude employees representing them it’s usually because of whoever trained them. If they are trained correctly they wouldn’t act that way. I also went inside the store to get a feel of the environment I would say absolutely no way would I work here. Employees using foul language playing games with one another while there is a line they don’t greet you when you come in the door it’s a trashy place. No wonder they got robbed a few times it’s obviously a inside job that’s 100% clear I wonder if they are a franchise or corporate ? Definitely filing a complaint with BBB and finding out if they are

I hope the cashier gets to keep our change(TIP), from putting gas and having $7.** owed to us. We paid $40 cash- about 8:20-25pm 8/17/18 on PUMP #4.... she's working hard to keep the line down.The restrooms need to be serviced, but it looked like there's only one worker, and line was long and kept growing. GREAT JOB, keeping a smile on your face!!

Very disappointed... after the new remodel and it's actually filthier inside then before. Brand new store and looks like its 5 years old.. What happened to the previous staff? This staff is unfriendly the only positive is that the bathroom are Not completely disgusting as they were in the past and they dont wreak of raw sewage. I ended up putting my stuff back and went down the street to the New Terribles gas station and THATS how you do it right.

Cashier was rude. He asked me to open my hot dog to look inside. That is so unsanitary.. He wanted to breathe his jerms all over my food and he charged a extra dollar per hot bcuz I refused to let him open my good. How Destusting he was and his attitude was so un welcoming and stuck up. I will never forget his rude demeanor as soon as I walked in the door. He should treat customers with a bit more tact and respect than how he is currently treating customers. In my personal opinion I will never return to a circle K again. I would rather pay extra money for the respectful customer service experience that is provided by Chevron gas stations. If I could rate this store 0star I would. I would not recommend travelers or local people to spend their money here!

I love Circle Ks!This and one other gas station kitty corner are typically the cheapest gas prices locally which is helpful to know when prices are jumping up (like now).Gets busy at times.Has plenty of snacks to choose from.

Brianna, nasty attitude from the hood, no customer service from her. The fountain drinks don't have flavor some are flat and other's haven't been replaced. No one respects social distancing here as everyone inside the store does not wear a mask, I like the Polar Pop drinks that are in Special less than a Dollar but what options you have when you pour the drink and instead of Cola you get expired club soda =/ #meh

Pump did not stop automatically, and spilled about 2 gallons onto the car and ground. The manager Kristin yelled at me because I should have paid first??? I don't know what the h&#$ she's talking about. I used the CC to pump gas as usual. I have been pumping gas for over 30 years and this is the first time spillage occurred. I asked for refund for the 2 gallons that spilled and she said no, they don't refund. Of course not. Classy people. This probably happens all the time.

Porta potties are cleaner than the bathrooms here. Both urinals in the men's have been put of commission for two months. (That was the last time I visited this place)Two stars for keeping the rest of the store clean. Yup...thats about it.

I had a 3-hour bus layover in Barstow and needed to get snacks / tobacco, as well as use a restroom. The lady behind the counter rudely demanded I leave my laptop case and rolling suitcase at the door, where they could easily be stolen while I used the restroom. Then she snubbed me, and tried to belittle me as I walked out the door.As a result of how thier employees treat customers, I will never shop at Circle K again. Fortunately Walmart was within walking distance and much cheaper, too.

Looked like a nice gas station to stop at. But once you step a foot outside, by far the dirtiest place I’ve ever been, outside filthy like it’s just has scum build up for years, inside dirty... the glass doors you want in... never been cleaned... the floor never been bleached... and the bathrooms uhhhh. Just gross. I will never stop by here again.

Came in at 2:30 AM to an employee (Dylan) who was just chipper as could be! Very helpful, offered some little free samples of the coffees that I was eyeing. Made our stop in delightful and invigorating - made the rest of the night drive home much easier.

Probably the most disgusting bathrooms that I have ever walked into. There was an old piece of bloody toilet paper hanging from the top of my stall in the ladies room and you can tell that nothing has been cleaned in forever. The state of the store itself is almost as bad with floors that look like they haven't been cleaned in weeks. Do not eat anything that isn't prepackaged from here!

Dang receipt printer never seem to work at gas pumps so I have to go in. Irritating. Today pump card reader didn't recognize card so had to move to another pump.
