Mark built my dream golf cart under difficult times during a pandemic. He is a very knowledgeable person who was always easy to reach. Mark patiently took my endless phone calls and emails. He quickly completed all my last minute upgrades. When I picked up my cart at his shop, he took extra time explaining how everything worked and answered all my questions.I’m truly a happy person, and highly recommend his FIVE star service.

I was recommended this individual by people have golf carts. They're extremely helpful extremely friendly answered the thousand questions I asked him. I purchased the part I thought I needed for a reasonable price I replaced it I'm not a golf cart mechanic so I'll be having him come and pick up my golf cart and fix it. And I believe he said it was $65 for the pickup and drop off of the golf cart. I dealt a few other golf cart companies and this guy just right off of the bat He's really awesome. September 20th today I went there and picked up all new battery cables for my golf cart it's like $45 great price custom sized.

Horrible customer service. 8 am appointment; heard nothing so at 8:30 I called. Got voice mail. Tried 3 more times and still voice mail. At 9 I got an answer. Lady said she was so sorry because she forgot to tell the maintenance guy. WOW. She said he would be to me in 30 minutes. 1 hour later no call and no guy. 2 hours with nothing to show for it. Missed my doctors appointment waiting.........earlier this year they came by to check my cart. Needed a new selector switch. Said he would get it ordered and let me know when it came in. Never heard a thing. SOme of you have had good luck. Roll the dice if you are a risk taker and see what happens.

We rented 5 carts for a installation we were doing in a subdivion, and these guys were great to deal with. Delivery was timely, we had an issue with 1 cart and they were there the next day to repair it. We had to extend our rental and Mark was able to work with with us. We had some flatbed carts that were being rented out, but he was able to offer us different types of carts to keep us moving. Great company I will definaetly be renting from them in the future.

This place fixed my golf cart in March and it had to go back to the shop in August. They fixed for free saying they should have seen the part was loose back in March. They could have easily said it was anything just to make some money. I feel their integrity should be honored. Please give these guys a chance if you are looking to purchase or need a repair.

I needed a golf cart last minute for the weekend. And this place over delivered on less than 24hr notice! Everyone I spoke too was very nice and down to earth people. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone who needs to buy or rent a golf cart.

Could not recommend this company enough with the customer service they showed us!We had rented a cart from them for a wedding to help bring elderly family members down a hill. It was the morning of the wedding and the cart had stopped working. We called and called and finally were able to get ahold of someone (it was a weekend, so they were off) and EVEN on their day off they delivered a new working one to help make the wedding day much less stressful!Thank you to this company and their team for providing incredible customer service!

Excellent. Greeted with a smile. Great folks. Questions answered. Knowledgeable. Good parts selection, and...THEY CHARGE REASONABLE PRICES. Theres a cart place in Cathedral City so swank you feel underdressed if not wearing a tux. Not here. Just nice folks doing a great job.

The whole crew here is awesome ! Bought a cart that I love ! It has everything as promised, runs great and came at a really great price. Looks good sitting next to my River House...I even sent my cousin out to Mark to buy his cart for the drag strip! Dont let other unsatisfied nit picky peps make you decision try them out for yourself Im sure you will be most pleased with your experience even if you dont buy they are extremely professional and good at what they do.

They are con artist ! They gave me a deal?? They would put a light kit on my ezgo to sell it! When delivered I found the rear lights to be new and Old on the front!! When I called him he said "I told i would give you lights and I did, so we Didi not say new lights." Well what a f###%% up lier!! His name is Hirons!! They lie and cheat!! Stay Far away and maybe they will go out of business As they should. Seriously????????
