The girls that work the registers there are the most disrespectful dicussting trash I've had to deal with in all the 30 years I've lived in banning. The one girl shorted me five dollars in change and when I said you shorted me on my change. She got all nasty with me and called the manager over and said to check the camera and seen that she did shorted me.and no apologies at all.they bolts neen to be fired. And they won't let anyone use the rest room.im definitely calling corporations office.

Always a good experience at Smart and Final. Good value for products. Tonight ,a man walked in as I was at the check out stand. The cashier told him he had to leave and he couldn't be there. The man said something rude to the cashier. Without raising his voice,the cashier told him to leave again. The man didn't want to leave. Another employee came forward and blocked the man,also stating he had to leave. Both employees did not raise their voices,make any threats or advance toward the man unless he took a step toward the door. After awhile,the man left the store making rude comments to the employees. They stood by the door until the man left the parking lot. I felt safe the entire time this was happening. I thanked both employees for their behavior towards the man. Our retailers need to take a stand against possible threats in the stores. I felt the man had a history in the store and these employees were acting on that history. Thank you again for taking a stand! Thank you for making customers feel safe!

I can not believe the horrible experience I had at this location. Jisela the cashier was so rude. Jisela and the manager tried to charge me the wrong price for the wrong items. When I told Jisela that the price and item was wrong she got very rude and snatched the item out of my bag. Usually the people are nice here. I will take my business elsewhere now.

First time here, everyone was so nice , helpful and friendly. Not just the employees. We were greeted upon entering the store which I love. My only complaint was that the young man who checked us out slapped a handful of cash into my hand. It was change from a hundred dollar bill. That's a pet peeve of mine. Please count back the bills before placing them in my hand. It's for your protection as well as a good habit to have when handling cash. I said nothing, he was a polite, respectful young person.

I love that this store is so close to where I work . I buy lots of stuff there however their meat!! Always is bad I want it to be good so bad because of the convenient location I keep trying. I buy it once in awhile to see if they have changed... nope never has! I just bought ribs thawed out one day in the fridge cut them open totally rancid! Please Banning Smart & Final fix this😔Unfortunately this has happened several times.

I love this place. Small, but Carrie's plenty and I can get what I need and can be out in less than 15 minutes (depending on how much shopping is needed). The only drawback is the aisles are narrow, but this doesn't stop me. Prices are good and I usually stock up.

I bought a big bag of salad for $2.something. pretty good. Funny note, I told the cashier he didn't take the discount off an item and back in the day the store gave the item to you for free. He said, not in these words, back in the day you could get kicked out of the store more easily than now. Point taken!

We frequent this store since we live nearby - I have been to many Smart & Final’s but this one I have to say, is one of the best as far as customer service and satisfaction.They are very helpful and actually listen when you need a product ordered. If they can’t find it themselves (which they actually do – not just pointing a finger to the aisle!), they do their best to make sure it’s there as soon as possible.You can bet you’ll see a smiling face when you go there too – this store is wonderful! Visited on Thursday. Found it well stocked. Good selection of Halloween candy. Moderately priced. The store is clean. Very dated. Narrow aisles. Staff was friendly and attentive. Good choice for shopping.

Used to always go to Redlands smart and final to get my beef jerky andHorchata powder. But now I go to banning and get my jerky if and when they have it. They don’t have the horchata powder which is a bummer.

#firehazardThis store is very dangerous, no wheelchair accessible? no scooter accessible?, I really try to avoid this store too bad because I love all there products & meat department. I find items here that other stores don't have. Some prices are cheaper but I have found that Wal-Mart has better prices . The isles are not wide enough for two carts to pass each other. Overall, I do like the store!

This store needs to be expanded. The aisles are far to narrow, the meat selection is limited to a cooler in the front of the store. The employees are great people forced to work in a cracker box. Smart&Finas should change to a larger more modern location. There are numberous locations in Banning that could be used!

Really bad customer service! Parking lot is super small, literally everytime I go I have to park up the street at the houses that are by the store! Produce is NOT the best and is nothing close to fresh!

I love Smart & Final anytime I get a chance I'm going but with the corona 19 they still have toilet paper they still don't have dish soap they don't have a lot of things but it's one of my favorite stores

I like going here for certain items on sale only. They have great deals on ground beef, French vanilla creamer in a pump, 500 ft roll of aluminum foil (the foil has lasted me for 4 yrs now) to name a few.

Need to update Banning store. I love going to Smart and Final but shop at Moreno Valley store because the store is much bigger, with roomy aisles and a larger selection of everything, including meat and produce. I would love to see a Smart and Final Extra Store in Banning or Beaumont.

Aisles are a tad narrow, and difficult to navigate, but the selection of products, their quality, and prices make up for it. Staff professionalism, courtesy, and service overall is exceptional

On a good many ideams you will the right price if your okay with buying in bulk.Remember, this was the premise for the incarnation of these stores.In the beginning they really only catered to resturant & store owners.This location is a " core" store & one of the oldest stores.No Fantsy clean look here.Bargins & specialty ideams - like "Bob's Big Boy's Ranch" dressing & other condiments , then this store is for you.Again, a small but packed store without the " bells & whistles" & a run down look shows it's age, but suits the purpose.
