We weren't sure how our cat would take 10 days in a cattery, but our Stanley boy was well behaved and had a lovely time with the Renaissance Pet Resort staff. We were very grateful to receive a daily photo, it eased our minds greatly.The staff was kind to work with and the range of animals they board really makes you feel that your pet is in good hands.

My dog (Malinois Doberman mix) has been coming here since she was only a few months old. It is literally her favorite place. All the staff know her and she knows all of them. She’s pretty much their mascot at this point. I highly recommend Renaissance if you’re looking for a safe, clean, and friendly environment to take care of your fur or feather baby.

Logan LOVES renaissance! And so do we! Every detail is top notch. Everyone there is professional, kind and knowledgeable. Sean the groomer is excellent he knows exactly how to trim a doodle properly. I highly recommend. I NEVER worry when Logan goes to Renaissance.

I won’t take my pet anywhere else! Renaissance Pet Resort & Spa is everything and more. I have an 88lb pit/dane mix that absolutely loves going for daycare, grooming and over night stays. She is always well taken care of and happy when I pick her up. I also love the daily pics so I can check in on her when she’s away.

Whenever I’m heading out for an overnight trip and need a place for my puppers, this place has been my number one choice. Not only do they have spacious rooms for my dogs, my pups can socialize with other doggos their size and I know they will be safe. The workers here are always welcoming and friendly and my dogs are excited when we arrive. This place also provides grooming services so when it’s time to pick up my pups, they smell great and happy to head home.

I had to find someplace where all four of my babies could stay together, and this was the place. Two of my babies never boarded before and the staff were amazing with them all. Being loving and gentle since they were nervous and wary. The pick up and drop off was smooth, and very relaxing. If I need to board my babies again, this is definitely the place. Thank you all so much for all you do 💕

We brought our Pomeranian in and we had never been there before. The office check-in area was so clean and everybody is so friendly. You don’t smell any animals as you walk in and they have things for sale and it was just very welcoming. Our dog Lela had a seemingly great time and we were very happy all in all. We picked her up and she seemed very happy.

We left our crew of four fur babies for the first time so we could celebrate a birthday party in Las Vegas, the staff here is impeccable! Professional, courteous, timely and in tune with our fur babies! They were in such a jolly mood when we picked them up! We used their grooming service as well and our fur kids were clean! Smelled great and were soft and cuddly. I just can't thank this professional staff enough! So much attention to detail while caring for our beloved fur babies! Samantha, Erin, Lyda, lather and the amazing sweet grooming girl Lindsey! This establishment is clean!!! They weren't even angry that Gambit our eight month old Akita shredded up a bedding sheet! They just smiled as they told us about it and just said puppies 🐶 will be puppies! This is my new favorite place to leave our crew! Thank you so very much Renaissance pet resort and spa!

My dogs, Winston and Mozi, have been going to Renaissance Pet resort for boarding for several years now. They love it and I love it. My pets are well cared for and all the instructions I leave are followed. My dogs are seniors and one takes few medications. They have many shady play yards for the pets to play in. They also stay in a little suite indoors. I feel the entire staff is super caring and kind. This place is exceptional in my book. I can actually enjoy my vacation and not worry about my dogs.

I love bringing my Abby to Kelly. She's very sweet, gentle, and does excellent grooming on my girl. Even Abby looks forward to seeing her. Now we will add our brand new puppy Lily to Kelly's list, but I know she'll know how to handle such a rambunctious girl. We love going to see Kelly. Thank you. Prudence, Kingsley, and Harley had a wonderful time there. In the pictures we get they were all smiles and the pictures help the separation anxiety. They get home and are excited and play like crazy which shows me they are happy. I have a pug in wheels and they take such good care of him. i couldn’t imagine taking them anywhere else.

I can't say enough good things about the staff at Renaissance Pet Resort. They are always friendly, helpful, and responsive. Our dogs have been going here for years and we couldn't be happier with the care that they have received. The dogs always are so excited when we arrive and I never worry because I know that they are in good hands! I love being able to see them on Facebook while I'm away. We love Renaissance!

Great service. They took our pooch in for daycare on short notice and even fit her in for a shampoo same day. Friendly staff throughout this great facility. Outdoor play areas shaded from the heat, and indoor private rooms with AC. Well-located if you are in Palm Springs and may be touring around Joshua tree or even the outlet mall.

The groomers aren’t experienced and made one of my dog’s ear bleed (Lindsey). One groomer (Victoria) was supposed to be experienced with fearful dogs, which is why I made the appointment. She was not and because she wasn’t I had to pay 10.00 extra for “a difficult dog” fee. Kelli cut my dog’s eyelashes off when she was specifically asked not to.When I complained to the owner Kathy she just made excuses, is rude, and doesn’t hold herself or her staff accountable. They told me how much my dogs would be before hand and then overcharge for everything by saying “well we only give estimates” after the fact.Please refer to Yelp for more reviews for this substandard Pet spa.Do your homework and listen to people’s reviews. They are there for a reason. Pay attention to how the owner responds by attacking the people who leave reviews of concern and upset.Bad customer service, dishonest owner, and the owner is a bully instead of holding her staff and herself accountable for bad service. They lie, so that’s it in a nutshell.Adding to this because now the owner is saying I was anxious while waiting. I was fine! Lol now she’s a therapist! So lame. I was walking around the shop looking at the stuff for sale while waiting. Her groomer Victoria was running in and out grabbing all these different dogs making my dogs stressed. Bad experience all around. The bad energy was coming from the groomers and their lack of experience. Lindsey learns from Petco. That’s a red flag!Also, I think it’s funny that her play on words is that her groomers have 40 years of collective experience. None of those girls are even that old to have that much experience collectively! 😂

Wooooow!!! My best friend received a grooming today from Victoria at Renaissance Pet Resort & Spa....and he looks amazing, smells fresh and even got a little bow 🤗 I'm soooo happy with my decision on taking him to this place and will definitely recommend to others to come here and will also be returning aswell. I really appreciate the friendliness and kindness of the staff. Thank you

I used to take my dog to another popular grooming place in Banning, but not anymore!!! I came here because I was in a pinch and needed a rescue dog bathed on the same day. They were extremely friendly and genuinely seem to care about the dogs. I went to the boarding side by mistake, and even though I was in the wrong place, the lady still gave my dog a bunch of love and attention (which my dog loves). When I got to the right place, Lindsay bathed my dog. She again gave my dog lots of attention and asked about allergies and any other concerns. The shelter had told me that my dog was a little water aggressive, so I warned her about that. When I picked up my pet Lindsay gave me a full run down of her grooming (something the other place never did) She even let her play in the water a bit since it wasn't aggression but playfulness. I will be using this place only from here on out.

So happy with both mine and my fur babies first time experience at the groomers! I was a little nervous just knowing my dog is scared of everything. Samantha B allowed me to stay in the room today while my dog was getting groomed. Sam was exceptional and my baby was just fine!We got a bandana once she was done. I highly recommend this place! 😊

We are full-time RVer's so it's always a toss of the dice when we have to put our pupper in a doggie hotel, but we rolled double sixes on this one!! The staff are so friendly and you can tell they love animals. The registration, check in and check out were easy peasy. My dog came home looking fabulous and smelling so fresh after his "spaw" day at the end of his stay. They even gave me a report card to tell me how he did while he was there. Just wonderful!
