I just took my dog Luna for grooming and Amanda did an amazing job with her cut and bath. She smelled good and her length was perfect. I will gladly be coming back (:

Excellent customer service!Rachel did our dog training lesson and she is fantastic! She loves the dogs and sets a real comfortable like tone which I think is great for the dogs! She connected with the dogs(our fur babies) right off the get go.I she knows what she is doing and connected with the dog owners as well.I highly recommend her at PetSmart in Banning.She had some trading techniques that I haven't ever tried before. She is excellent.

Clean, organized and well stocked. I like their selection of small animal products. I spoke with Danielle and she answered all of my questions on regards to what would work best for each of my dogs needs. I liked that she was very honest with her answers and even contacted another trainer for more answers about therapy dog training and registration. I'm looking forward to working with her in the future

Staff is amazing my dog Lexi has her obedience training here she’s really learning and the groomer Cheyenne is very patient and loving to my dog. Staff is always willing to help so this place is highly recommended by me.
