This manager that’s in there needs a new job what a miserable woman! She wouldn’t allow me to carry my shopping bags into the store. And it’s not about the rule it’s how she comes off. It’s not what you say it’s how you say it. Every time I shop here she is disrespectful to everyone checking out. Change your attitude lady! You need Jesus or something. Ridiculous.

Great local store but can use a bit of a clean up few of the items are blocking other items so if your trying to find something you might have to double check the area and behind it , employees seemed friendly their was enough parking at the time I went. The store accepts EBT, they have Frozen meals, Dairy products, chips, refreshments, tech products like chargers, keyboards, movies and other items. Small but good selection of gift cards

I had the misfortune of visiting Family Dollar recently, and I must say, it was an utterly unpleasant experience. The staff seemed to be operating under the assumption that every customer was a potential thief, resulting in unwarranted harassment and outlandish accusations. It's one thing to be vigilant about theft, but it's quite another to make innocent shoppers feel like criminals. Needless to say, I won't be returning anytime soon.

WORST STORE!!! got followed the entire time we walked in by who i assume is the manager I think her names Gerri she accuses ever person of stealing humiliates EVERYONE waits until your ready to check out and then tells you she’s done with you and to leave ur stuff on the counter of leave and do not come back we mentioned we didn’t take anything BECAUSE WE DIDNT and that she could check our bags just so we can get the things we wanted to purchase and she just rejected all that and make us leave. Just so extremely rude I don’t understand why she does it we’ve been here before and seen her do similar but still she remains hired it’s crazy she’s on a huge power trip

Employees aren't helpful at all! Walking through the store one lady is on the phone while putting things away..and I think she's a manager.. There are 3 registers and only 1 open even when there is a long line! I had a coupon and asked for the discount it was the right day but the wrong date and they wouldn't give it to me even though it was their mix up. I definitely won't go back again!

Customer service from Grri is horrible they changed their carts and now when you buy a full basket of things you are not allowed to take the cart out since I was parked next to the door I tipped the cart to go through the door to put my stuff in the car and one of the workersGrei was on her break or lunch not sure she was in her car and chased me down yelling at me for doing that.Then grabbed the cart with my items still in it and started walking back into the store. I always Bring the cart back and the basket was to full to carry it with big things. My grandkids were all in the car along with my daughter seen this whole thing. My grandkids were all asking why is that lady yelling at grandma. I have never had an employee treat me so bad. It was a 75.00 purchase by the way. But since she had been so rude I returned it all and took my business to Dollar general they employees there were shocked to hear that I just went through that at family dollar. You have lost my business and I hope you repremend Geri for the HORRIBLE customer service. Especially since I know this is not the first time this has happened.

While there is a rather wide selection of consumer product available, the aisles are pretty cramped together. This limits mobility of customers and staff throughout the store.Also, there wasn't anyone present at the register to assist with payment of goods purchased. I was waiting around for several minutes before someone came out to help. If this is a regular thing, it would make theft a real easy thing to happen.

The staff member Gerri went out of her way to help me today. She even walked around the counter to try to help me with my card that wasn't working. I had an excellent shopping experience thanks to her.

Horrible service since I walked in all the manager named Antoinette gave me attitude only because I asked if we had a cold 2 litter soda. Then when I proceed to say if she was really giving attitude all she said was "who started with who" I really dislike people like this you come into a store to buy to benefit their company and this is what you get, when I tried to talk to her and explain what was wrong she said "you can say what you want but you need to pay" also when I needed help paying with my debit card she said "seriously you don't know how to use that".... people if you don't know how to do customer service PLEASE don't work as a representative!! 🙄

At the store on in Banning, CA, there is only 1 shopping cart. There are no other types of baskets to hold your items. I'm handicapped and I need the shopping cart to have something to lean on so I can walk around the store. It's impossible to do any shopping when you have nothing to put your items. There's no way to buy more than a couple of items when you have to carry them in your hands. The staff said they've asked for baskets but have been ignored. This is no way to run a store.

Staff are nice and store has some good stuff but not easily accessible for people in wheelchairs or scooters. Doesn't always have advertised products. Beaumont location much better.

This location RARELY has more than One cart available at this store you are required to hand over your car keys or phone something cashier can hold on to before you can shop with a shopping BASKET. I understand people run off with carts or shopping baskets .. This shouldn't reflect on me to shop there especially if im a regular shopper.

Less than $5 service fee to reload your Cashapp card, the staff was friendly to guide me along the process. Damn you Chime & Dave for dogwater reload fee. Thank you Cashapp for cheap $1 service fee for $20 card reload.

I really like coming in this store but today sept 16 2019 there was a long line and we was checking out and the cashier was on her phone texting and was very rude it was at 3pm today cant tell u her name I have never had to put a bad review about this store but today that was unacceptable and unprofessional and very rude

Good, friendly staff. Prices are touch and go. I only grab a few things, if I'm close, in a hurry. More like convenience store prices. Pricier than supermarkets on some items.

This store is so gross unprofessional staff rude staff I cannot believe I have lived in this town for over 10 years the store is not that old but it looks that old I've been going there on and off when I absolutely have to the older man that works there I believe his name is Mike is so unprofessional I'm so blown away with the way he treated me and try to accuse me of theft of some kind I am appalled he came up to me and looked in my basket and said where is that item that was behind the pictures I said excuse me I set it back I ended up not wanting it and he said okay well I'm going to go review the cameras I got my purse and left quicker than you could think I was so infuriated and offended then he followed me out of the store to my car and took a picture of my car before I could drive away I don't even know what to say do not give this company your service your business they don't deserve it they need to be shut down

Rude .....dont bring your service animal on a hot day... I came in for a head scarf due to cleaning up some dusty stuff...and the clerks tripped because I had my service animal with me .....rude ...other than that the store is cool for knick knacs...and cheap bargains...

From party's supply to kitchen and bathroom items. You'll find it here at the dollar store. Just take a walk around the store even if you don't buy anything but you will come out with something.
