There were three people who were working when I came in. There was one cashier on the floor who was doing an amazing job. Her name was Venice. She had a very long line and the two managers were in their office even though she called for help. INCREDIBLY UNPROFESSIONAL! left the one cashier on the floor to do all the work. Hate when managers let floor workers do everything!

I will tell you all about my horrible and embarrassing moment today 10/27/23 and around 10:10am - 10:20am.At some point we have all put things in the shopping cart and when it came time to pay we ended up saying "I'm not going to take this". well, today I did that. On the register table there was a green basket and I assumed it was to put things that people leave (because they are not going to buy them) so I put about 4 or 5 things in there and told Mrs. Lynn or Lynda (or whatever it is written) that I would not take those things, I wanted to save the lady the trouble of putting the things there in the green basket.Well, the lady's reaction was most disastrous. He yelled at me asking - "what, why are you putting that there?" - to which I replied, surprised, that they were the things I was NOT going to buy because I always didn't want them. And he grabbed the basket and turned it over, letting them fall and saying - - "this doesn't belong here and blah blah blah" (she already angry and screaming) put the things in the other register.I am not very good at the English language so I wanted to answer him at that moment.He started charging me in a bad way and in the same way he started putting the things he was carrying in 2 bags.When paying I told her that she was a bad person, that she was very rude and she just ignored me.I asked him his name and he only answered "Lynn."I feel like she is very sure that her bosses are not going to scold her for treating a customer badly.I hope the owners of that store *Dollar Tree in Banning* take action on this matter and the horrible behavior that that lady has. You can't be yelling at customers.Terrible service. -A

I love dollar tree messy or organized but the smell of mold inside the store I just couldn't handle it. I really feel bad for the employees.

Good store compared with the one in beaumont , always had lots of new stuff lot’s of variety to choose from they always brings new chips flavor i like this one more than beaumont one

I've always enjoyed this location, good staff etc, but the new cashier "america" is the rudest woman I've met in all my years coming here. I did cash back and she muttered "everyone wants cash back, I'm not a bank". I called her mam, was pleasant, but she decided to be rude. As someone who works in retail myself, girl needs to be thankful when people are nice because a lot aren't. Save your rudeness for the rude. Completely out of line.

Charlene was VERY rude and unprofessional! As someone who has worked in retail for the past 13 years I was honestly shocked at the way she talked to me. Granted I didn't see the wet floor sign, but she could've said the isle was closed. Instead she said "you don't know how to read a sign, do you?" And then proceeded to take the wet floor signs doen, because the floor wasnt even wer!!I will NEVER shop at this location again. I will be calling tomorrow to speak to a manager and also will be filing a complaint.to corporate!

I Cant freaking believe this store not dependable AT ALL !I had been running around trying to fund medicine for my poor baby that was super sick and have in mind it was 10:27 and I had seen the had the medicine my baby needed but when I got to the store and 10:30 Who ever was working had already closed when there close time is 11 pm on Google!!!!!

Olga was rude refused to bag my items because I brought my own dollar tree bags, I didn’t mind bagging my own items just the way she said it was rude and impolite. Other then that the shopping there is usually good.

I like the banning location better the Beaumont.Seems to always look cleaner and better organized.Just don't like the price changes.

It is so unfair that we always have to wait in one long line to get service, never enough employees to check out..... You come in for one thing and you leave in 15 to 30 minutes.... Always one person. In checkout

When it comes to customer service it's the worst!! Never enough checkers !12 to 15 people in line! We have to beg for someone else to open up another cash cash register. Why does the public have to ask?! You're either on it or you're not

I love going to the dollar tree. Every thing is actually all a dollar. Their service is great over there. Every time my grandkids come we go there.

The store was extremely run down and dirty, as stated in a previous review. The cashiers had no idea what they were doing and were unhelpful. There were barely any lines open and they were all long. I would never come here again.

You can buy anything here from food to party decorations, crafts to toiletries, even from stationary and school supplies to car stuff. It can be really helpful and convenient.

Just ok. Kind of a messy, disorganised store with lots of empty shelves or small amounts of merchandise available. La Quinta is a much better Dollar Tree.

Everything IS a dollar. Box (Gosner) milk is a convenience and a staple-food that needs no refrigeration. Dollar Tree is the only place I've found that sells the Gosner/Box Milk.

Can usually find what I'm looking for at a reasonable price. I'd suggest that they have the current sale paper available so I can choose the "free" item at the time I'm shopping.
