This place sucks so bad never staffed correctly always missing bags and they are just the worst store in banning honestly and their prices suck go to Walmart cheaper and better

long wait time at checkout, cluttered aisle, malfunctioning point of sale, no baskets, broken air conditioner , and often out of the items i came to buy. This place doesnt really seem too short on employees, but it does need more than 1 register open when the line snakes around the entrance and back.

Don't know what it is they are always rude to me, I go out of my way to say hi and try to be pleasant, but no difference. I did notice the rudest girl is always polite when a male comes in, she had been there a long time so it is so disappointing that she has the worst at costumer service. I gave up, I just try to get in and out as fast as I can.

People there are really nice and respectful they greet you once you walk in i love this store im there like everyday and they have mostly everything you need i rather go there then to a grocery store ?keep up the good work !

These guys are pretty nice and it is well stocked for almost everything you will need- automotive, baby stuff, clothing, toiletries, odds and ends and dont forget junk food. Prices are highly reasonable as well. 5 stars very well deserved :)

Was there the other day and you have Employees talking bad about Previous Employees. Employees ringing up customers talking on their phones. Your Employees are rude and have no customer service skills! You should drug test!! But I can say only one Employee in the whole store I can say is very enjoyable to talk to.This is my everyday store Me and My Family are very active Customers here! We have been coming here since Dollar General opened in Banning. But I will be forced to go to another store if I have too.

It's cool, slot better than it used to be the 5 finger discount, but it's pretty tight now so I'm proud of the owner keep up on what up and you got DOLLAR General!(ow one more thang is don't raise the price of the production of the store it's about to be too much in dollar to be a dollar=-$-$-$-$--$---$ and $1.00

I like the store and the staff always work hard and are nice. But I always have an awkward feeling that people are watching me when I am here. Quite often they don't have what I want in stock but it is still one of the better places to shop at in Banning.

We go here often to get diapers which are a great price.I give such a low rating because they NEVER answer the phone and after calling over and over again they are extremely rude when they finally answer.The staff has been so rude so often we now go to either the Cabazon or Calimesa location.

The great manager Sonia wasn't there but she does still run a great Dollar General. It's the only thing in Cabazon and my friend depends on it daily. The staff were nice the bathroom door was still broken. The dollar show was fairly empty and my budget was broken.

Went to the store after work to shop for food and had to use the restroom. I was told the restroom was only for employees. Never been so embarrassed and upset. I left and went to family dollar were they were friendly, courteous and good manners to a paying customer.

I love this store ..... I use to go to Family Dollar but they are so beyond rude. This store may be a bit messy and unorganized but the Customer service is worth it. They are always friendly with smiles on their faces.

Always dirty and gross can never walk down isles employees are rude last time i was there the checker burped loudly as she was checking then loudly asked if i was paying cash credit or EBT! How embarrassing it would have been if i was using EBT!

Horrible service . Every time I walk in there I get accuses of previously shopping lifting from there and told to leave the store . It's humiliating and not true! And another time the management before closing screamed profanity and stated for all customers the store was closing and leave.!!! Worse service ever!
