I used to visit this store often while working nearby. The staff goes above and beyond to greet you and help you in anyway you need. They always knew my Starbucks order when I came in (lol). I wish I could remember the names of the staff working the Starbucks but I can tell you they are all amazing!!! Also, all the staff inside the Albertsons is awesome. There merchandise is high quality and it is a pleasure shopping in there. Just wish I could remember what product was on which aisle. There all named after streets (lol)!

UPDATE Nov. 2023.Albertsons in Banning now sells Rotten meat! On sale even!On a Tuesday at 11am for you early bird shoppers! Get it while it lasts on aisle 10! Seriously? Someone needs to be fired!Moved here 6 months ago and noticed right away there are No hand held shopping baskets. And minimal shopping carts. Twice now there aren’t even carts in this store! Today being one again. NOT. ONE. Not one hand basket (ever) and not one shopping cart. Long wait lines, minimal staff. Horrible shopping experiences almost every time.Do better Albertsons!

On March 30th 2024. I was shopping for uber. I was minding my own, while looking for the customers items. I noticed the Security guard watching me.the whole time. Till I checked out and paid. Trash 🗑 shop elsewhere.

Store is SO COLD! What is up with the temperature in this store?? My wife and I typically shop here often but keep it brief because the store is so cold and uncomfortable. If the temperature was more comfortable, we would spend more time and money here, but end up going to Food4Less, Grocery Outlet and Aldis. We have told some of the employees a few times, but it seems to be a corporate issue.

I had the eight piece fried chicken delivered to me by Instacart. The chicken seemed as if it was twice fried! It was so dry you couldn’t tell the skin from the bones.

The DMV KIOSK, in the store lets you, pay for your car renewal stickers in less than three minuts, besides other basic DMV transactions, since thereisn't any opened DMV offices around, this is just one of the assets smong many others in Albertson's, I find it very useful and recomedable!

Prices are extremely high, and the fact that they push customers to use self checkout by closing cashier checkout lines. It is absolutely ridiculous.The floor has been stripped of all tile and is just bare cement that has been waxed over. Looks like a warehouse now.

Hello I would just like to share One of the higher ups her name is IRIS at this location is overly disrespectful to not only her employees but customers! She has attitude constantly and has horrible customer service i have ran into this women more than once and i’ve tried to contact someone to help, I was miserable just with the poor poor way she did things I can only imagine how her fellow peers feel! Do better Albertsons don’t hire just anyone just sad honestly.

Ever since they redid the store, it's been awful. The floors are now concrete which is hard to walk on for my 90 yr old mom, you can't read the signs from the other end of the aisle so you have to walk the entire store and they moved everything in the most illogical sense. Overpriced!!! Will never shop here for myself again... Will only go if there's something specific my mom wants from there. Horrid store. Absolutely hate it!

I think Albertsons prices are a little bit high, I prefer to shop at Stater Brothers for most of my items, especially meat. I think Stater Brothers has better meat.

Everytime I come here long lines! I watched people walk out yesterday and toss there items on a shelf while I was waiting in a ridiculous long line! Today I walked out, my original review was a bit hard, sorry one should never leave a review when upset. All the employees, checkers are super kind and I am sure they're doing the best they can with the tools they have available.

Staff is very nice. The pricing reflects Kroger taking advantage of the nation's inflation. Extremely over priced when compared to other grocery stores nearby. Give the consumers a break, reduce your prices a just a little.

Store is clean & they have great choices but it's so expensive at this store. I try hard not to have to go here unless I really need to in a jam. If I were rich, I'd probably shop here all the time.

Fresh produce, clean store, friendly staff and one of the best places to buy flowers. Recently renovated and upgraded Albertsons, only downside is the self checkout area because it looks as if they aren't trained well enough to accommodate the customers for a fast checkout which in my opinion takes longer than regular checkout. Constantly being harassed by homeless people in the parking lot and by the main entrances almost to the point where it's uninviting.

I love coming here for all of our birthday cakes! The variety they offer is wonderful, there is something for every occasion and the price is right. I feel like I should be paying more for the cakes I get sometimes.All the cakes I've bought are beautifully decorated and are moist and fluffy inside.They also have the softest jumbo cookies ever! Seriously, Staters doesn't have a chance against those cookies and 7.99 for a dozen jumbo pieces of heaven is worth the trip.Now, this store is a little on the dated side but they are always well stocked, with really nice employees. And they even have a small Starbucks inside too, which is always a plus in my eyes.

Each time I visit the deli for fried chicken seems like I have a long wait even when I am the only one there. On the plus side I get to meet new friends while the line grows. So if you go allow yourself so extra time.

It was good! It was pretty busy. They had quite a bit of sales going on. And... they had these mint cupcakes and/or cakes that they used to always have around St. Patrick's Day!But have been extremely hard to find for quite some time now! And I used to love 'em! Can't wait to dig into them after all this time.❤️

Inside is just like any other supermarket. Very clean and well stocked. They have a meat department and a bakery. They also have a deli full of different cheeses n deli meats. Can't complain about the cleanliness or how well the store is stocked. My only complaint is how some workers are not so friendly and don't acknowledge you when you get to the register. I think Customer Service should be number one priority, because it's just as important as the rest of the store! Other then that it is a great store!

Decided to go to Albertsons to pick up a cake for my wife’s birthday and ended up buying balloons, a greeting card and floral arrangement as well. Theirflowers are amazing. I picked one arrangement and moments later I found an even better one! It was so hard to chose! The florist on duty (Blanca) was extremely friendly and professional. She gave me guidance on what balloon colors would accent my arrangement. I walked out completely satisfied and my wife was extremely happy. Thanks Blanca and thanks Albertsons!
