I dislike the fact that they try asking for my receipt every time I leave that place. Not,that I stop to show it to them. I kindly say,no you may not. But,there are some cute girls that I told no to. Those are the one's that hurt. So,if any of you girls happen to read this. I apologize! But, I'm still not going to show you my receipt.😝

I needed a $.98 bottle of aspirin that was locked behind glass. I had to wait for someone to come open it… a designated person. At least 4 employees walked by and said they couldn’t help me. When I finally got someone to open the glass door, they took my $.98 bottle of aspirin to cosmetics because I had to purchase it immediately. Of course the line was long. When I went to the front to purchase the rest of my stuff, I had to wait in another long line. While in line, there is the same bottle of aspirin I just had to wait to buy, without any sort of security. Had I known, I wouldn’t have waited in the aspirin aisle. Then my cashier wandered off when it was my turn and came back a couple minutes later with absolutely no sense of urgency. I understood shoplifting has changed the way you do business but get it together!

I’m shopping for Mens clothes and asked for a few items in the Safe area. I pick the items out and the associate insists on walking it to the front at a certain register.How about lets not and say we did?I move on to the wallets and the associate runs for some sort of clear lock box. Places the $7.00 dollar wallet into the box. Im with my 5 year old Son wearing a work uniform. I walk away and tell another Walmart associate I dont feel comfortable here. Maybe you should call security and tell them to get off me already. This store is the Worst store to visit.

Why do they lock up so many items?? Get more security if you can't trust anyone! There are more efficient ways of doing things!We have to wait 5-10 minutes for someone to show up so you can get what you came for. Then they place your item in an individual "lock box!" Then you have to wait in their long lines to check out, then wait in their long line to leave the store! because they need to check your receipt and open your lock box!! It's ridiculous.

Ordered online for pickup, arrived as scheduled, pressed the pickup service button but was totally ignored by the two customer service personnel standing there at the online-order pickup/self-checkout area; eventually I pressed the service button more aggressively, and the service attendant decided to speak to me, but she appeared to be voicing her displeasure either with me pushing the service button or her job - in broken English; she appears to be a native Spanish language speaker. I had to go to work and abandon my online order. ADDENDUM: Made another online order a couple or so weeks later with the pick-up option and this time it *kinda* worked better, however I discovered that the online-order customer parking-pickup area is REALLY REALLY FAR from the store/pickup service center itself - and it'd seem quite difficult for employees tasked with taking the pickup orders all-the-waaay out to the customer parking-queing pickup area especially... could amount to miles per-day of trekking btwn the pickup center inside store and pickup area outside... I think it'd be great for work+timing-saving efficiency if the customer parking-pickup queing area was like right-next to the building, or making one of those docks into the online order pickup area would seem to make a lot of sense.

Curbside pick up here is a great service. After I check in on my phone on-site. Their staff come and greet us, let us know that they have checked me in and working on it. I got my item within 3 minutes. I will definitely do curbside pick up next time.

Yesterday, I bought an obd, but it didn't work well when I went back. I came to return it today. The return staff refused to return it to me on the grounds that the package was opened, and called the manager to tell me. As a result, the manager asked me to call the manufacturer. How can I know if this product works or not until I open it? Did I buy it from you or from the manufacturer? I can't speak English, so I'm discriminated against just because I'm an Asian face? This is the worst shopping. I spend a lot of money in Wal-Mart every year, but what I can't accept is the attitude given to me by the staff and the manager!

My Favorite Walmart compared to Monrovia and Rosemead. One is Smaller and the other Issues but Baldwin Park is none like those. It has more quantity and Great Atmosphere People's if you like Subway and Pretzel they got the greatest spots inside the store. I Highly recommend it 👌

Ok I get it, I understand the reason why they decided to close all of their self check outs, but their employees need to step up their game!!! They're slow AF, they're just there standing like they don't care, yawning, etc. If you're going to Wal-Mart now, add 30 mins more just to stand in line waiting to pay...

There is a stop sign that leaves from the main parking lot Headed to Garvey Avenue. The majority of people run through that stop sign. The incoming traffic is not supposed to stop. I just want to let you know if my car gets hit I am going to sue Baldwin, Park, Walmart. This is on private property as well as city property so you guys need to take care of this before someone gets hurt or worse.I’ve said this more than once.

I have a foot injury and my foot is in a boot. I entered the store in with a shopping cart and a Walmart employee ran and provided me with an electric ADA cart. This was super helpful. I appreciate the great customer service and the accommodations for my temporary disability.

This is a terrible store half of their products are lock in glass cases...you ask someone for assistance, they showed up with terrible attitude. I'm aware that there's a lot shoplifting. But there's not reason to treat customers as potential shoplifters. Walmart policy are stupid...I will never come to this store.

I love all the stuff they have to choose from it's much better than the supercenter in Covina. My complaint is waiting to checkout, self checkout are closed and there is always a 30min wait at stands

It’s a Walmart. What else can I say? It’s big, clean with lots of stuff and crying babies. My only complaint is they’ve been out of bags a couple of times. Pretty good selection of craft items since there is no Michael’s in Baldwin Park. I come here to get items for the kids’ school projects.

Why did they make the self checkout lonesome like 20 items or less. And the regular lines takes so long. Then there was an employee in the self checkout lines who was just rude raising his voice like if we can't hear him. First time ever I had the worst experience here

This store is a typical Walmart Supercenter. It has everything you would expect from Walmart. You should expect to wait 5 to 10 minutes waiting for a cashier. The parking is tight. You should expect to drive around for a couple of minutes or settle for parking far from the entrance.

Best Walmart by far!!! Employees are always helpful and ready to assist. Managers are on it!! You can tell they value their employees and their customers. Definitely recommend going to this Walmart. If your between the rosemead Walmart and the BP go to BP, your experience will be way better. I promise.

Stupid bummer Walmart, I had bought in store a 100 vinyl weight WITH the bar it said on package but ofc it was returned and didn't come in the package not even 100 pounds just 90 ILB waste of 80 dollars 🤦🏻‍♂️ this Walmart is horrible and can't check items when returned yall sum bums and lazy.

They have closed the self checkouts and we are now forced to wait in understaffed checkout lanes for at least 15 minutes, and that is at 8am. I can imagine the headache wait when they are busier here. From now on the bulk of my shopping will be done elsewhere

Employee ran after me while i was leaving and accused me of not scanning my items when I clearly did and i showed my receipt and their face was all red like embarrassed themselves i cant believe it i am so upset why do they even have self checkout then ? Ill just take my business to Target they would never !!!!!

I’m not the only one that went through this in this specific location. I bought a gift card and as it turns out, the security code was scratched off so I had to get a refund or spend the money there. I couldn’t spend the money cause the card would not be read. I go back the next day cause there are only managers in the morning and they told me that a manager of a higher rank would be able to get me a refund but plot twist it was all a waist of time and I lost $60. I should not have to lose all that time and money just because they can’t properly take care of their merchandise or at least give some sort of compensation for these sorts of situations.

I was coming from Van Nuys all the way to Covina and I got the worst treatment just a bunch of girls all gathering up to be friends to make someone else feel bad just cause they are not from the area. The must be racist.
