This is a convenient enough place to shop for this and that. I have downloaded their app and signed up for notifications so I get the 411 on good sales.I needed to return something via FedEx and noticed that they offer this service here so I went with a package for return. Unfortunately for me I did not have tape so I was told they don't accept unsealed packages and did not offer to provide tape. Unfortunately for me I did not have tape so I was told they don't accept unsealed packages and did not offer to provide tape. I was forced purchase tape so I can seal the box myself. Then I was told their scanner wasn't working so they had to try another one. Guess what? It wasn't working either. The solution was to connect my phone to their picture printer. That made me so apprehensive as it was going through all my photos instead of just that shipping label, I was instructed to take a screenshot of. After a while I was kicked out of the system and the employee kept reassuring me that my photos were not saved on their system. Then I was told to go on their app and request a photo download there since it at least it asked me which photo I want to be printed. Now why didn't we do that in the first place? Long story short, go to FedEx directly for those services to prevent this fiasco.The store itself had some good sales and I have earned rewards points every time I shop. That's the additional star.

Usually my experiences at Walgreens is fantastic. I’ve never had any issues here. They usually have great customer service. This particular employee Ronnie young was being very disrespectful to me for no reason. I got lipgloss from the clearance section. He told me I’m suppose to get it from the clearance section. I said I read the sign well and it was orange, that’s where I chose the lip gloss. He immediately scoffed and shook his head and told me not to give him attitude. I didn’t insult or disrespect him in anyway. That was very unnecessary. His coworker apologized on his behalf.

As I often shop at Walgreens, some employees tend to not give their best customer service. However, a young man named Jonathan is extremely a great employee who gave 100% customer service and is truly friendly! As retail may not always be an easy job, he tends to always have a smile when I enter the store!

Manager is rude..I asked if she had a way of finding the pic that was taken there two days before for the passport so we could print it again because they were asking for another picture for an application of USCIS , and she said that they do not keep pictures and answered in a rude way that there was nothing she could do..I just said thank you and left I went to another Walgreens were the lady was super nice she found the picture with just the phone number and print it without problem.

The store it self us fine but the pharmacist are very very rude and unfriendly, never smiles, or says Thank you, your Welcome nothing, I wish I knew the girls name she's a #%#%.
