I just love Home Depot every location that I go. I’m surprised again how great stores they haveI always find what I want, and they always have solutions in a great quality of products .They way better than Lowe’s and more competitors. The prices are comfortable always.

I have a Pro account, this is the worst customer service I’ve ever had or I’ve ever seen,“we spent around $2,000 a week”and they don’t care a dime!!!!I wanted to purchase a power tool combo, the boxwas damaged and was the last one on the shelfI ask for a discount and they give me a real hard time for basically nothing, they call Ricky the store manager and he made it worst ………They don’t care !!!There are more associates than customers at the store but they can not help customers the right or legitimate way !!!!!Every time I go to this Home Depot is like I am at a country club or something similar, Assosiates in groups talking about personal things and no asking customers for assistance or help with what they are looking for……What a shame……..

Can get lost in here for hours and hours. Look at everything 2 to 3 times. Though I do think it can have some better organization, and grow the variety of selection.

Love coming here for all my home repair needs. I always find exactly what I need after asking an employee what I'm looking for, even if I give a pretty vague description of my problem. Recently got some good advice on how to fix my drywall so that was neat.Workers are courteous, super friendly, smile, and know how to help in any way possible.

Please dont label everyone a thief that tries to return a clearly labeled home depot product without a receipt, like you did me.Even with my 2 pro rewards accounts, 1 commercial account and a consumer account, and 10s of thousands of dollars purchased there, the store manager treated me like I was trying to return stolen goods.I understand that theft has been out of control, but please home depot work on your return policy.Why say goods can be returned without a receipt when anything over $50 gets denied, plus you get labeled a thief.That's all.

This Home Depot location is the most convenient one for me, and I must acknowledge that they generally have all the items I require. Each person I have interacted with has displayed professionalism, expertise, and a willingness to assist. You can be confident that this store is highly commendable.

If the system allowed me to give them ZERO or NEGATIVE stars, I would. I went into homedepot looking for assistance with a windowscreen that my doggie ripped into during a thunderstorm. I must have spoken to 6 employees and no one was willing to assist. Finally a supervisor sent someone over, after waiting for 20 minutes, and he was even less helpful. Not only did he not know anything about the screens, he couldn't direct us to anyone and seemed very put off. Lowe's may be more expensive,butI'm willing to pay that for better service and respect for my time. Do better HD

Always come to this location and never had an issue. Tonight 12/1, there was no one in the appliance dept, so I waited. Long story short, no one ever came, waited over 30 minutes and workers in neighboring dept noticed paged employee to help and told their manager. Manager didn't think to have someone else come help us or help us herself and missed out on a sale.

My local store its okay. I found everything I needed for home repairs but the power tool selection is limited & accessorries as other locations have more of the newer stuff.So its ok.

The cashier at this Home Depot charged money randomly. A female manager named Inez locked the door and detained a Chinese elderly man and two children for an hour, demanding $200. She threatened that if the elderly man didn't pay, she would call the police and restrict his personal freedom. The next day, the Chinese family went to Home Depot, but the manager on another shift refused to provide video evidence and only returned the $200 to the elderly man. The manager named Inez refused to apologize. This is serious racial discrimination and has caused serious negative psychological effects on the elderly and children. This Home Depot is a lawless place with racial discrimination. I hope the headquarters of Home Depot can pay attention to this matter.
