My local target. Always sleek, clean, and overall well organized. I usually find that most other targets will have a shortage of staff working to keep the store running smoothly, but this one seems to have enough.Staff are friendly and chill. All the price scanners at the end of the aisle s work. A Starbucks inside the store. Great competitive prices. What more can you ask for?

Not the cleanest Target I've been to, the surrounding area also has a lot of vagrants and homeless. The store associates are helpful and friendly and the Starbucks area is updated and modern.Restrooms were a 2/5 and could have used a remodel and cleaning.

Baldwin Park Target staff is very unprofessional and rude. When they are posting and displaying items for sale that are not supposed to be sold they imply that you as the customer did something wrong and got the items yourself despite them having the shelf full of them. And on top of that they did not remove the items from the shelf only took the item from me and said it wasn’t to be sold yet

No one working in electronics dept n when the employee finally got there she had an attitude. Supervisors should come and cover that dept since majority of the items are locked in a case.

This store recently rearranged areas of its store to make it more presentable to a wider audience. I love the ulta makeup section, but wish it had better presentation for its toy and sports section. Overall, the store is filled with great employees willing to help out anyone with a question.

Drive up feature on the Target app really helps, especially for people with mobility issues. With the feature you’ll feel that you still belong to the society and not chain locked with your condition.

I was last minute Christmas shopping and had gone to a couple targets to find a gift for my nephew. I had given up, but as a last resort, I asked Jose about the item. A couple minutes later he returned with the item. He went above and beyond to look for it. Truly the best customer service I've ever had at a target.

I shopped yesterday at this Target store.At first, the cart that I got was ok but when I reached the farthest part of the store, it started making too much noise. So I tried to tell someone I the customer service. I was annoyed because the guy didn't pay attention to me so when I was in counter I was telling a cashier about it but she wasn't paying attention too so I got angry already.I talked to the manager and told him my encounters. I appreciate the manager, Jose because he was able to pacify me.I have been shopping in this store since 2011 and it was the first time I had a negative experience.

I was told that returns exceeding four (4) items and/or value in excess of $200 are NOT PERMITTED with or without receipt!Also each individual location dictates a different version of the Corporate return policy and when challenged their text book go to reply is the same"you can look it up Target website!" Why is the return policy NOT posted bin every store location as it is clearly posted in each & every WalMart location!??

I really like the organization of this target, it’s always clean as well. I always do drive up because it’s so convenient and I do recommend it (tho check your stuff before you leave) .Two things I have issues tho is ,1) All cashiers don’t know how to properly do the WIC process , I asked my cashier and they said they did and they did not. To correct is very frustrating so beware.2) They are always out of stock of Spritz items and when they restock it is never enough , they really should put a limit on how many items a person can get . This isn’t important but it’s annoying haha

I walked in and with only one person in line in front of me it was a breeze to get in and out. I did not have to touch any carts or touch pads for credit cards and it went by nice and smooth. great experience with my first pick up order.

I like to shop at target and I rarely write any bad reviews, but I had a horrible experience at this target today. The lady named Lucy at customer care desk had very bad attitude towards on returning items. The item I was trying to return was open box. She only looked at the box and told me it was broken without even checking the inside. It was a toy stove and had a removable handle. Without checking it, she just said the handle as broken. When I tried to return my second item, she told me she was not able to return it because it was open. I asked her without seeing what’s inside, how I would know I don’t like it. The manager named Jacob had no help at all. He pointed to the return policy said they have right to deny any open items and just left. The only reason they gave me was they couldn’t sell the open box items. I’ve shopped in lots of stores including Target. I thought their return policy is for customer’s satisfaction. However, it is not for this Target store. They will find an excuse to deny any items they think they cannot sell.

The manager Fonz is example to lead he is dedicated devoted and so extremely kind. My 5 yr old was so happy she even said mommy he is so kind. So yes... Fonz you are amazing manager #1.

It's a great target for locals, carrying a lot of items. Clean and lots of target reps on the floor- all friendly.Tip: For gift cards such as roblox it's best to look between the cashier aisles for the 10 or 25 ones. They usually don't stock them as often in the electronic section or say they are sold out. Always find them in between cashier aisles.

I shop at Target all the time, usually they are relatively clean and organized. This location was by far the worst one I've ever encountered. Super dingy all around, made me want to leave as soon as I could.

This review is for Target not for this location. I went into the Target Baldwin Park store today 12/20/2020 in the electronics dept and spoke with a store associate. I asked him to help me use the Target.com website because it said item available for pick up only but no where I could find where to check out or add to cart. Employee said for me to do it online. I showed on my phone and told him I'm online and can't do it. He said store associates are not trained how to use the website and Target has nothing to do with the website. I couldn't believe it. I asked him again: so they didn't show you how to do these transactions and target store is not affiliated with target.com? He said no. I told him that I would be writing to corporate about this. Target is not being transparent with the customer. Who are we buying merchandise from? Is my cc information not protected if I buy online with them? The website is not save. Just be careful when you enter your info. I've never had an issue with the actual store! The store is clean and they have average customer service. The toy dept could be better stocked/ usually has many empty shelves, but I guess it just means lots of parents shop for toys there too just like me.

With a grocery section in addition to all that Target has to offer, this can be your one-stop shop for everything you might need! Prices can be a little more competitive with other similar establishments, instead of higher than the competition. I guess you're paying for the atmosphere! 😁

Ozzy one of the supervisors at Baldwin Park Target was exceptional and went beyond the call of duty. I am thoroughly impressed and my faith is restored because of this young man. Let me begin I was at the Duarte store which is 13 miles away and was told that the Listerine (original flavor) was available and there was 13 bottles. When I got arrived at Baldwin Park store there was not one bottle. Ozzy did a search and found that the Puente Target had a few bottles. He phoned them and we waited 15 minutes before they answered and they refused to do a store check. He asked for a supervisor they told him that there was not one available and he insisted to speak to a store director and they hung up the phone. He was professional, compassionate and went beyond...in today's culture it is very difficult to get good quality customer service. My faith in good people is restored because of Ozzy. He needs to lead employees in customer service skill set. As a former employee of Bank of America...I understand the importance of quality. God bless you and thank you once again Ozzy at Target in Baldwin Park !

So i tried talking to this Target manager. No help. So i guess FOX 11 news it is.. Employees are hiding all Millennium Falcon Legos So they can resell on Amazon and EBay.. So much verbal evidence too. No wonder theirs no stuff for kids or collectors. Targets app said theirs enough. But you go And theirs none. I wonder why?

The Baldwin Park store is a clean well stocked store . Unfortunately I was looking for waist phone carrier and all they had were wrist carriers. Oh well
