The manager Stephanie helped me so much! I had a doordash order, and the worker and I had a strongggg language barrier but I called the store...the driver already left. But went back and they helped her with the order! The customer service while using an app and not even in person was amazing! Thank you so much!!!!

This is a great place to shop. Great deals on lots of bulk items. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. This place sits in a strip mall and has great places to eat around it. The inside looks like a grocery store. I always get my produce there because it is cheap and taste really good. I would definitely recommend this place for everyone to shop at.

Found everything I needed even starch for ironing. Cashier was pleasant and asked for a price check when I mentioned that the price scanned was different than the price displayed. She honored the price displayed even if it was a $5.00 difference. Excellent service.

I asked Employee that was on the floor for assistance . She cut me off and said I’m on break with her attitude. Yea I get it enjoy your break every one deserves a break, but if someone ask you a question at least try to point me to some one that is at least willing to help. Smart and Final is a great place to shop unfortunately not the one in Baldwin Park. First there is trash where shopping carts are stored and trash in carts. (Bad first impression) then in the morning's shelfs are empty and the iles are full of pallets with merchandize. (Maybe stock people should start a couple of hours earlier to have store ready for seniors and we don't need to dodge the pallet movers. Also seems like the specials for the week run out and answer is always "we are getting our shipment around 10 or 11. And sorry no rain checks because of covid. I try to shop one day a week but can't get what I need when I go there.

The only time I go to Smart & Final is when Burning Man comes around. I need a good three hand fulls of mayonnaise packets. The regular grocery stores like Ralphs or Vons only carry mayonnaise in jars or with the tuna. I need packets…and Smart & Final has a box full of packets available. That is smart…and when I pay for it…it’s final.

They open at 6 I was there at 645 miss the crowd they had hand sanitizer and disposable mask at a good price no lysol tho
