It took me a while to pull the trigger and order JAX beds because they are pricey. Now I know I should have ordered them ages ago! They are worth every penny!

What a terrible and fake company. They claim to care about sustainability but their inserts don't even last a year. Awful quality. On top of that, good luck getting anything out of customer service. I've been trying to get a response or some accountability for over 2 months and have heard NOTHING back. Total losers, hopefully they'll be bankrupt soon.

We have just ordered our third Jax & Bones bed, they are so beautifully made — and our dogs have loved them. (One large dog would squeeze into the little dog’s small Jax & Bones bed rather than use his own of another brand!)I did notice that one type was not as desirable as another just because the filling was not as tight. The Lounge was a bit too poufy for our dog, though it was okay once we removed some of the stuffing.The Sleeper, though, with the stitched bottom pillow is amazing!! Really gorgeous and our dog is as happy there as on the bed.

This pet store has excellent products for all animals at affordable pricing. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. They responded without hesitation to every question I had, which demonstrates their expertise. If you haven't been, you should definitely check out this pet store!

These beds are not remotely of the quality claimed. The sewing is bad, the filling bad... and they do not appear as pictured on the website. Their customer service will not allow returns. In my experience you will not get the product your ordered, and you will not be able to return it. I would avoid purchasing from them.

Terrible customer service. I have called 6 times and all they do is email. Won’t pick up the phone. Not to mention bad quality. Way overpriced and just terrible customer service. AVOID
