This is the worst Dollar Tree I've been to. And I've been to several. Always messy. Only one worker. Who's trying to multitask, but not doing a good job. Trying to be the only cashier and fill up an order of balloons at the same time. The wait is always long. So don't think you'll go on and out real quick. Because this is not the location for that. Clean up your act Dollar tree. Plus all your employees are usually rude. They don't even greet you. And act like they hate their job. Customer service skills are needed!!!

When I went into the store it was clean in till I went to the doggy treats area coffee spills and coffee cups left on the counter! so messy but the things there amazing!

I was shopping here yesterday (08-04-21) and it was just too hot, as soon as you walk in you feel the unbearable heat. i asked one of one of the cashiers and they told me that the AC hasn’t been working for two weeks. They didn’t even have fans. This is an unsafe working environment. Do better. This used to be one of my favorite stores, but lately it’s just been too much of a mess for me to shop in peace. I’d rather go out of my way to a different store.

I love coming here for seasonal items. They have great, cheap decorations for inside and outside the home. They also have a really cheap taper candles all year long. You can't go wrong with the Dollar Tree

Went in to get balloons and the person I'm guessing was the lead or worst manager named Erica/Erika was so disrespectful. They were switching out the helium tanks (which I was willing to wait for no problem and I told her that) and she just kept telling me it would take a while and that they didnt have time for that right now before walking away. Another super nice employee asked which ones I wanted just to have them ready and Erica quickly joined the convo questioning why the was doing that to which the other cashier replied to have then ready to be blown up and reduce the wait time. When the tanks where in the nice cashier couldn't out the handle on and asked Erica for help only for her to roll her eyes and begrudgingly come help. For someone in a higher position her attitude and response was just unprofessional. Watch out if you go to this Dollar Tree the team member Erica might not even let you shop if it inconveniences her.

I have always shopped at this paticular dollar store for years. But this time in particular I was told I couldnt purchase balloons for sale because they were bunched in a set of 3 (for graduation). I just wanted a gold star balloon they could of swapped out for a diff color star balloon for a boutique. I was also told they ran out of helium until a week from then. Just upsetting to be told by a dollar store which is advertised to sell individual items a dollar advertising items sold in bulk only. So I left my picked out balloons when it was a simlpe switch for the accommodation of being out of helium as well. Need better customer service.

Some cashiers need training. If they are almost going to close the cash register and they are with their last customer they should politely say "I'm sorry but I'm already closed" not looking down and saying "she can help you." Pointing at his co-worker Also they need to be polite when giving change to people as there was a cashier that threw the change to my mom...

There are great new products and restocking of Spring/Easter goodies! Amazing products that cost at least 3X more at other stores. Every weekend I spend at least $20 and all is worth it!

Please provide customer service training to your employees. They should not be working with paying customers if they dont know how to communicate without being Disrespectful and vulgar.

Customer service is okay , we'll I should say it depends on the person that is helping you out .They need to smile and put aside there problems ...Sometimes you get real good service and then sometimes you just want to hurry up and get out of there .I myself. Like the store , it's full of surprises you never know what you could find .

I just discovered this location a few weeks ago. It's now my favorite. It's clean and the staff is friendly and very helpful. Can't go wrong here for those little last minute items, especially for the kitchen.

I know and noticed the name was put because of historical paper sent and described a tree being a Mexicon explanation proven to Humenes say the country estete is a tree symbol where the fruits where eaten comer since the first kind of choice chossing find and had found food on a muchs trees.

The Dollar tree is good for getting birthday, get well, retirement cards and bags to put your present in. You can go in and out real fast.
