I recently visited the store and had an unfortunate encounter with a middle-aged, bearded cashier. Despite my friendly greeting, he didn't respond or acknowledge me in any way. This level of ignorance was disheartening, especially since I was second in line and there were no other customers waiting. Interestingly, he had been quite friendly and nice to a girl who was ahead of me in line. It's puzzling to see such selective politeness from the staff…

I LOVE MY DOLLAR TREE! They were fully stocked and the cashiers are always so nice and patient with me! Couldn't ask for better! Thank you Dollar Tree!

The quantity of Valentine supply was minimal. There was hardly anything there except for chocolates no DIY supplies. Although, the cashier was very, very nice

I love this store so clean very well stock and the employees that I have tall to super Nice specifically one of the cashier she so nice long black Beautiful hair Hispanic. She has great customer service. The best part she remembered me lol!

Bathroom is disgusting.Cashier's shrugged his shoulders when asked why there's no soap, towels & toilet paper. Other cashier girl ignored meToilet seat has *hit all over it.It's been Like this for months. Cashier's have a separate bathroom that's locked 🤬Unsanitary during a pedemic.But inforce masks??How about inforcing a sanitized bathroom

This place doesn't deserve a star not even half a star. I was overcharged and it was the cashiers fault. She claimed she could not refund my money although it was her mistake. Instead she gave me an option to select items I did not plan on purchasing

Normally, I don't have any problems with this dollar tree. But today the young male cashier had me bag my own items. I see this as a disservice to the people who were behind me because I was still trying to bag my items as they were being rung up and hurried along just as I was. When I asked the young man if I had to do it myself he said yes, when I have other customers I want to get to them, now wait a minute. I'M STILL A CUSTOMER !! And I was not the one who applied and was hired for this job, he was!!! I have no problem going through self checkout lines or stores where I know I have to bag my own groceries (aldi, food4less). But the dollar tree is neither of those! Dollar tree, maybe you should think about paying the customers who have to do the job of your employees.

Yes, good deals but the cashier a lady with big fake fake eyelashes is so rude when an old man asked her something in Spanish, even when I was paying and this man already went she was manage the items with furious way and I told her don't smashed and cracked my takis, she was using a dirt talking, this is my lassssst time buying here. Used to Love it. Since they changed their hours to 10pm. Came right now at 9:53 pm & DOORS ARE ALREADY LOCKED W/ NO ONE IN SIGHT. SO SICK OF PLACES CLOSING EARLIER THEN POSTED HOURS!!!!

Not that friendly of a location. Can't ever find someone to help but when my kids are looking at Seasonal items or toys they definitely know how to tell me through the intercom not to leave children alone, even though I'm there with them.

Very organized, merchandise are easy to find, staffs are friendly, a very good neighborhood market. I go there for dish soaps and bananas every once a while.
