The manager was very rude she was insinuating I was stealing in store; asking for receipts and having hostile attitude towards me, all I wanted to do is use the restroom. I find my experience at this store very disappointing and disrespectful to say the least! Please do better for your loyal customers as this is not the first time this happens to me!

trash cvsi went there about 7 min before closing just to grab one thing! and they already had the doors closed. knocked and all. i get it. people tend to take their time but it’s not fair lol. i just wanted one thing. do better lol

I'm very disappointed that all the CVS y Mas do not carry enough of a product advertised.They have a 3rd party that brings in a certain advertisement and don't return to stock up at any of these locations while the item is running that week. "Supposedly they only carry a small amount of items on sale that week and never restock. I'm very desguested.The regular CVS is always on top of the sales. I'm not going to these CVS y Mas stores in the future. It's supposed to help the Latino. It's ridiculous..

I asked that my extrabucks be applied at check out. Before entering the store I went to the app and I said send all to card and there should have been $6+ sent to card. I asked cashier to use extra bucks. When I got to my car I looked at my digital receipt and $6 EB was not applied. So, I went back to the app and saw that the $6 was still avail in the app with the ability to "send to card" Therefore my DELIBERATE attempt to send EBs to card before entering the store did not take. I'm just glad I didn't loose it. So, nothing to be fixed or solved. It's a great, clean store with lots of long standing friendly employees.

Went for a simple green dot Refill and RON the cashier was very rude and refused to re-scan my bar code to deposit money. I had to drive to another CVS to refill my card. Never have I had a problem with depositing until Today. Not to mention when I arrived at the second location store was closed. I had to wait until the next day. I Have filed a claim with the BBB. This is ridiculous. All because I'm Hispanic.

Surprisingly I didn't know there was spaghetti sauce here. This store's a great place to get emergency ingredients. And most importantly Roland, the cashier, was very friendly and most professional manner. He even has a great sense of humor making you feel comfortable especially in these tough times of social isolation. I'll be coming here again...

I walked in to get something really quick, the door was open and some lady came charging at me telling me they were closed because the system was down. She asked how I got in and I told her the door was open she told me that I was lying and that I forced the door open. I tried to tell her that there was another customer in the store and that there was an employee outside cleaning the parking lot and maybe that's how the door was open she preceeded to scream at me. I the told her she was rude and needed additional customer service training. Everytime I go into this store they are extremely rude.

Terrible customer service. I asked to speak to a manager on duty and Linda came over to "assist" me. The lack of disrespect and her poor managerial skills are just enough to have this customer go elsewhere. I will never touch foot in this store again! She was rude, condescending, and mean! I'm in my 40s and she made me feel like I was 5 years old again.

I was trying to get some gift cards and I'm turning to my people and outside and my phone died and one of the workers here allowed for me to charge my phone but the other employee gave me a sorry attitude like she has no sympathy for other people they're going to buy something here I think they need to put their managers or supervisors or whatever they are to a better environment of allowing people to do things like that that are buying something from the store not to someone that's not buying

Went there to fill up a prescription. The phatmacist said they didn't have the medication. I asked if she could check if another location had it. She said NO, you have to go in person and find out. Home depot associates have more compassion for you when you're trying to buy a bag of fertilizer.

I have walked into this location at least 5 different times to try and purchase money orders. Never fails the machine is always down. Don't even know why I bother.

Always a good experience here, kudos to the staff. It’s hard working in medicine industry, so I understand why some customers might be upset but this staff is great.

Most horrible drive thru experience was waiting for about half hour begore I can be helped to see what I needed. And still made me wait for thw prescription that I had called to verify was ready!!!

Called to ask a question, they had me on hold while they "checked" for the thing I was looking for. Was on hold for 10 minutes and without saying anything, they hung up on me.
