CUSTOMER SERVICE IS BAD FROM MANAGER TO ASSOCIATES. INACCUARTAE PRICES AND POOR TREATMENT TO CLIENTS . and Delia person that replied to survey is just as bad .Went in on 21 and told her about how rude associate was and prices marked incorrectly. Give attitude and roll there eyes when you talk to all the accosiates. . Did the survey and got the following. Worst experience ever. I’ve personally reviewed your feedback and reviewed cameras before replying back to your email, I've seen that you were helped out by an associate after you had paid for your items at self check out and resolved the price issue even though the price is correct on the shelf, once again we revised our pricing on the shelf before replying back to you. Going forward, our team will be improving on how to check for correct pricing before doing any price modifications.Sorry but your information is not fully  accurate .  If you really did check the camera you can see there was two transactions completed one was two items which were 2 packs of pads and the 2nd one was the shampoo.  . first transaction was fine. 2nd transaction the price was not accuarate it was priced more than listed, transaction was not completed till after price was adjusted . prices were not correct, I did walk down to show clerk and she even said it was not correct and changed all the stock to the right place  I did take a picture of the incorrect prices while associate manager lead whichever it was . Was removing the items and replacing them to the correct spot. Two full rolls front to back. I do appreciate the reply but not the accuracy in information .  I'll just take my business somewhere else . Not leading by example is probably the reason why associates have poor customer service . The store in general is fine. The pharmacy chicks are terrible at providing a decent experience. Legitimately they are rude. From the very minute i got there to the end. Mainly the Asian girl and the African American heavy set woman. Both terrible moods. Bad personality and not warm at all.

I went to CVS pharmacy this evening. There was an elderly man with obvious breathing problems walking with a cane. So I let him go ahead of me in line. There was an associate at the register hed name was Viviana. She asked the man if he was picking up a prescription. However there wasn't anything there for him. He started a conversation with her even though there were people in line. She then conversed back with a very friendly positive and patient attitude. I was so impressed by her customer service skills she didn't rush him and yet got to us on a timelymanner. I just wanted to say thank you Viviana for treating that elderly man with kindness compassion and respect.

Joy in the pharmacy department was truly the opposite of joyful. Very bad experience today AGAIN !! She is very unprofessional and very rude. She is in no position to be helping people in need of medication. She seems very unhappy and grouchy to be working with guest. Management needs to check this ugly monster.She scared me and I will no longer return to this cvs .

Terrible customer service. I don't like using self check out, I'd rather have a good interaction with the cashier but one of the other employees pressures you to use the self check out and was rude about it...usually I get good customer service but this time I was very disappointed.

Any time I've had to go to the store for a few things and if I was having a problem finding or, locating a product the staff had NO problem assisting me with the information or, putting in the effort to get it done and if they didn't have it in stock they would let me know where and what store had it in stock. Thanks good courtesy from staff to customer care and they didn't seem to mind. Never an attitude. Thank you CVS!

There is a guy name David. Super rude the screamed to my mother she is a 65 year old women. He should not work there. I'm very upset I hope that the owners or the manager can see this issue and fix it. It was so bad my mom cried he thinks he could do to people what he wants but hope they can fix this problem.

Really good sales every week. Good location. Good selection. Mostly friendly employees. Prices on non-sale items are too high, but that's to be expected. Wish they were open later.

The cashiers are bad, especially the older workers, I don't know if it's because they have been there for a long time. If you ask to pay with them they say no, pay at the checkout is the same as bad temper and eating while they talk to you.

The pharmacy here has several female staff who can speak Chinese. They are very friendly and helpful to me who is not good at English. I will always use the services here. Thank you to them.

The place itself is very tidy, clean and has a good variety but in the pharmacy they do not help you at all, they prefer not to give you the medicine than to seek help to serve people like me who do not speak English well.
