I went to pick up a prepaid prescription. I was told I needed to pay again and dispute the first charge with my bank. That made no sense to me so I left empty handed, no prescription even tho I paid for it and showed proof. Do better CVS.

I left my wallet at this location before closing time with my Drivers License, credit cards and cash. When I get home - store is closed and I got worried and mad cause I don’t know if they have it or drop it somewhere else . My survey was bad but I regret it cause as soon as I called the next day - they have my wallet .Bryan cashiers # 1875542 who is awesome , and very helpful, kept the wallet and I appreciate you so much . Thank you for being so honest ... Bryan . I had everything back !!!!

I go here often, mostly for postage stamps since my work is down the street. Today I went and wasted more than 30 minutes of my lunch break to find make up for myself. All while on a quick run to get postage stamps and toilet paper for my work. When I got to the register I was told I was not allowed to split the transaction. There was no one behind me until the very end since the cashier took a while to inform me of their new policy. However, i explained that I needed 2 receipts because one was for my shop expenses and one for my personal one. I ended up having to leave my make up at the front. I dont consider this good customer service at all. I got back to the shop and called cvs to confirm this policy. The man was kind enough to explain what the exact policy was and why it was made. Had the cashier not been rude and explained this I would have gone back in the "2" person line so that it could be fair to those in line.

No more cashier. Self check out only. The self check out machine always has an issue and needs an employee to fix it for you and to get a bag you have to ask (which makes sense) but why not just open a register since every time some one checks out an employee has to fix the machine anyways? It's so frustrating. Customers in line are usually aggitated and it's obvious.

Been going to this pharmacy for years never have any problem . Today this tech name Ricardo is so impatient, doesn’t like to help I told him I have 2 medicines to pick he insisted only one I have to repeat 3 times that I have 2 coz they called me that auto voice that I have 2 & when I called to reorder they told me it’s going to be ready in hour & thats 2 days ago. The pharmacist heard & she helped me. Then this guy did not give me my receipt I have to go back & get it.

I would give negative score if I can. Everytime i went to this pharmacy I had to wait for 2 hours or more for my pills. That's ridiculous waiting time. I took me one and half hours for a surgery but 2 or more hours for pills. I don't understand why. Also. It never happened to other CVS for that problem.

Tiffany is a racist white manager. . She makes you feel Uncomfortable from the second you walk in CVS. She assumes everyone with tattoos is stealing. She has no respect for our military people. She needs to be talked too. Abd maybe even replace her. She is a court case waiting to develop

Horrible customer service!!! I told cashier Nicole I was paying separate.... Her response, why is there anything wrong (with a frkn attitude) I said no and she just nodded ok with an expression so rude, then I hear her yelling across to another employee if what I was buying was on special!!! She was told yes, then she said I couldn't make 2 transactions!!!! Super rude!!! The supposed policy....is nowhere to be seen/read!!! The main problem was her rudeness!!!

People beware if you returning item the employee (Thomas) will steal your money on the return. Clearly return receipt show money card. And when I a asking about it he told me that he just throws to the trash. Let find out later.

Went here to get tested for Covid during my lunch. Had a appointment set up, waited 45 minutes in line then told that they couldn't do testing at the moment because someone went to lunch and to come back 2 hours later. Which wouldn't be possible.

This CVS PHARMACY is a terrible retail store to purchase items, I walk in and I want to buy a y medicine for my daughter, I ask the young men cashier does CVS PHARMACY have any coupon for the cough medication, the first answer he said NO so fast, he didn't want to try to look for it, and he just said No word, the coughing medicine is $7.99 price and so expensive cough medicine, this young men cashier tonight at CVS PHARMACY are so lazy to help me out tonight Tuesday January 21, 2020, i can't believe that I just had bad experience services, this is a terrible place to shop for everything, and I won't return to this CVS PHARMACY iretail store n Baldwin park anymore, they don't care for anyone's, bad Business.....

The manager who is there in the mornings is an excellent person and all his staff in charge are very attentive, it is excellent customer service.And the store is very clean and tidy.
