We’ve been taking both our girls to the Zoom Room for a few months. Jared has been an amazing one on one instructor for our dogs. Even our timid dog loves him. We just started group classes with one of our dogs as well and Heather is the instructor. She makes it a great learning environment and Savannah loves being around the other dogs.

We have had such a positive experience at zoom room. Vanessa and Jared have been so patient and helpful with helping our shy reactive shelter pup gain skills that have boosted his confidence. Our dog loves coming to zoom room not only for the obedience classes but he loves the agility too. I can’t recommend zoom room enough! :)

We started at zoom with with a VERY reactive Aussie. I felt so hopeless and didn’t think anything could work. We took private classes with Jared and week after week we saw improvement and today (6 months later) he is such a different dog. I learned SO much and feel like my abilities as a dog owner and reading dog body language have improved drastically. Jared never made me feel dumb; always was uplifting and encouraging. I looked forward to our weekly classes and it was the best money I ever spent to have a dog I can travel with and do things with. Jared is the BEST!

We've been going to Zoom Room puppy classes (2 to 4 months before graduating to 4 to 8 months) for over a month now and we have seen great results. Both Vanessa and Heather (I believe that is their names) are great. They both seem very knowledgeable and show great patients with both the dogs and us the owners. They not only offer puppy training but they also offer agility classes, obedience classes, playtime, amongst other things, in both group and private settings. I would definitely recommend Zoom Room if you looking into training for your dog!!!!

Just finished our first obedience session and we had a blast! Instructor clearly knew what she was teaching, my puppy had a great time and I learned a lot in just first session. Both Heather and Vanessa helped and answered all the questions that I had. The place and location is also well kept, I’m looking forward to our ongoing training!

For having such a high energy dog, and her being so excited with all of her new friends around her, I think her first class was very successful! Heather was so patient and wonderful and Luna just loved her. Looking forward to our next class.

Today was our first day of class. I nervous to attend due to my pup’s behavior. She gets very excited and likes to bark aggressively when she sees other dogs. I was pleased with the way Amorie handled our situation and never made me feel uncomfortable or a bother to her or the other clients in the group class. They are very friendly and I’m excited for the outcome of my pups training. I’m looking forward to more training days!

We absolutely love our weekly class at the Zoom Room! Our trainer is so good with all the dogs, my timid puppy warmed up to her right away. Gertie is gaining confidence and thriving with the focus work!

Bruno and I have been loving training classes at zoom room with the trainer Jared. Jared is very attentive to the areas Bruno needs a little more work on. Because Jared points out specific things about Bruno, it helps me understand what I need to work on at home with Bruno. Bruno and I look forward to classes every week, and we always have a great time learning new things. I’ve definitely learned a lot, and I have seen a big difference in Bruno.

This was our first time attending a puppy class at Zoom Room, and we loved it. Not only was it educational for our dog, but it was for me as well. Jared was great with my dog and I learned so much in one lesson. He was patient and helped me to understand what to do. We will be back to continue our lessons!

Today was Rosie’s 1st day at the Zoom Room for some much needed obedience class. The trainer Heather was awesome helping me to clam my very over stimulated pup. The place is very clean and has a great shop with all the necessities for training your furry friend.

This has been the best place for us! Ginger is a rescue and this place has treated her amazingly. They are sensitive to her needs and always come up with ways to help ginger learn in her own comfort. Shout out to Heather and Vanessa. Can't wait to continue with more training!

We were looking for dog training because our dog injured herself jumping.I scheduled 1:1 personal training because my dog is anxious crazy around other dogs. After our first visit with Jared, we had a few immediate changes to work on at home and Jared suggested we could schedule group classes!The online class schedule is easy to use and the environment is very clean and friendly! We love Zoom Room!!!

We have a very busy puppy and we knew we needed some help with making us more confident in training her. We went and watched a puppy class one morning and immediately signed up after! The trainers are so patient with every dog and answer all the questions from every pet owner without hesitation. The treat counter is a doggie dream! Lots of toys and puzzles for your pup too! We did our first class today with Jared and we definitely enjoyed it! It was initially just the 2nd part of the evaluation and our dog was doing very well, we decided to do the 1 day class and stick it out. It was very insightful and we will definitely be doing more classes in the future!

Willy is always such a great teacher and very patient with my reactive dog (Franklin). When he is able, he purposefully works extra training and skills into the lessons.
