Very convenient, employees are not very helpful, customer service isn't a priority there at all. I did ONE time have an older associate answer my question, stopped what she was doing and walk me to what I was looking for, she knew her store and provided me with excellent customer service bless heat I think I over thanked her and u did totally compliment her. Customer service is being erased from everywhere. Smh

Great selection of overstocked binned goodies. I got, candy, granola, and even treats for my dog Tipsy boy for a great price. Wouldn't shop anywhere else! Plus, the checkout boy Scott was very helpful and even tho he had a lot of people in his line, he helped us all in a quick and timely manner with a smile and a great sense of humor. Thank you Scott

I really like this store. It has competitive pricing as well as manu extras such as a huge variety of olives and coffees and bakery goods as well as many prepared meals that are really tasty. They also sell fried chicken and burritos etc. In the deli for an excellent price. They have so many sales on most everything except meat. I often shop here

WinCo severs as a shining example that Employee Owned grocery stores that are open 24 hours is not only a sustainable business model, but that it can also be profitable when done correctly. They have a high quality house brand and there selection of bulk bin items is Second to None! Definitely worth the stop

One in a million, best place for grocery shopping in my book. No other grocery store here in Bakersfield that allows you to do your grocery shopping at whatever time you choose. WinCo stays open 24 hours. And this grocery store is really clean and the prices are great, some of the cheapest prices I have encountered

WinCo Foods has just about anything/everything you will need in a supermarket. They sell a lot of items in bulk for additional saving.Prices are very reasonable. Need deli meat, they have great choices here. Plenty of choices of fish, shrimp and lobster can be found in the back area.The only downside is the store is huge. You have to bag your own items and no credit cards are allowed, ATM-debit card or cash.

I was just treated so poorly. I guess I forgot or didn't know they didn't take credit cards. Well I'm between jobs and didn't want to use up what I did have in my bank account. Very rudely was told about "no credit cards for 18 years now as long as I've been here!" And then was made to feel bad about myself and belittled needing to put a few things back. Another employee came up and asked "why? What's going on here?" "Why did i need to put things back?" And made a bigger scene people behind kept looking and then smirking. I was totally embarrassed and humiliated. I have never had to do this before! Employees should be a little more empathetic. I don't get food stamps or assistance and have worked very hard I'm just having a hard time and could have used some kindness not made a scene about me.

Not enough Handicap parking to me. ALWAYS FULL and the electric carts are quite far into the store, The staff is friendly and courteous towards shoppers/customers in all sections of the store, shelves where stocked very good selection of items in most parts, not alot of variety of canned vegetables but the did have the cans of peas and carrots we was looking for. Bring your bags is my suggestion but they have paper plastic and good reusable for purchase too. Oh and a great produce section too.

I love the smell of the pine cones when you walk in, this store is well organized, nicely clean, great selections at exceptional prices. I also shop at Walmart but WinCo prices are better on most items I usually get. I like that you can get all spices and noodles, and various items by pound for way cheap. Overall really great store for groceries.

Very nice and well organized store with lots of produce. Many other interesting stuff like nuts they sell in bulk. They also have fresh fruits, veggies at competitive prices. Sections have large selections starting from cheese, gifts, cards, frozen foods, dairy, packaging stuff, children requirements etc etc. they have pizza shop inside the store and many more. I took water from this store it’s a refilling machine and not happy with the taste it’s as good as normal tap water. Except for that everything else is good.

Crowded and Hot. Feels like you are in a rat race of grocery shopping. If you accidentally pass up the butter on your left too bad you can’t back up keep it moving as the highway of people and their speed carts 🛒 are all behind you chomping at the bit.

Their loss prevention followed me around the store watching me as I shopped just because the way I was dressed, even went as far as to stand outside the doors as I was leaving after I paid for everything in my buggy.Like someone give those people employee of the year they really deserves it acting like anything that happens in the store is coming out of the own pockets. fairly clean and products stalked and good deals a good amount of employees to get you in and out and they do the best they can to keep the lines moving when they're busy and they're usually pretty polite not like Walmart where they force self checkout act like everyone is a thief and pretend they're doing you a favor for letting you do their job oh and my favorite thing about Walmart is a lot of the people who work there act like they are not being paid to show up,WinCo is way better they have a cleaner store better deals and they are respectful to their customers and they smile at them and they treat them like actual people unlike Walmart they force you to do their jobs and they inconvenience you with their let me assume everyone is a criminal and you have to go through the parole and probation line and damn near catch a pat down and a piss test on the way out Never ever had a problem or ever witnessed a problem when I shop at WinCo you can spend your money and still get treated with respect.can you tell I'm just over Walmart and all the bad experiences I have had seen going to Walmart is like going to see a annoying family member that one time a year is still to much to deal with WinCo is like that cool Uncle that is not going to help you get into drama but he doesn't care about causing it either as long as you act well he's going to treat you well

They have a good produce selection. They have good prices and quality food. I love their bins that you can get granola and cereal from. You can get sugar, flour and things like that in their bulk bins. Their prices are great compared to other grocery stores and its employees own the store. They have a good pizza shop inside that offers cold pizzas to take home and cook or for an extra $1 they cook it right there for you.

Love this place. The employees here are super accommodating to special needs. When my brother needed the ‘Caroline Cart’, which isn’t offered everywhere, the employees helped us find it and bring it to our car to place my autistic brother into it. It’s always clean, organized, and low traffic in here. I almost exclusively do my shopping here instead of other grocery stores. I prefer this place over Walmart or Costco any day. And their prices are very reasonable. 😁

Best place ever. My husband is from Wisconsin and we searched a lot of stores here for his favorite Wisconsin beer- Leinenkugel's. WinCo is the only one that has it at a good price and they get more of the different flavors of it. I love that it's open 24 hours- I like to do my grocery shopping at night when there isn't a lot of people around. I've never been one for crowded stores. I highly recommend this place not only cause of what I mentioned but also the people here are really nice and helpful.

WinCo Foods stores are the only 24hr full service grocery stores in Bakersfield, which is great for those of us that don't get off work until the wee hours of the morning. When I go shopping after work (3 or 4 am) the store is packed, not so much with customers but with stockers filling up the shelves with fresh goods. It's hectic at night but everybody working there is just so downright friendly you don't mind so much. Anyway they have absolutely everything you could want from your grocer. They even have a huge bulk foods section that includes various nut butters you can grind to your taste, honey, and pet foods and pet treats. And the prices of goods sold here are moderate - not just in the bulk section but across the entire store. Give it a try. I think you'll like it too.
