We took our 12 puppies (no we aren't breeders, things happen sometimes) and the vets at the mobile clinic were wonderful! They helped us keep all puppies organized with 5 different carts. They were fast and gave each puppy a wellness check and their first immunizations. Every Monday from about 5pm-7pm they have a vet clinic come out and give affordable shots ($51.00 each puppy). It was convenient and fast. I think this was way easier than going to the vet, I'm not even sure how I would enter the vets office with so many puppies. I definitely recommend their vet clinic. I would verify with store hours and days.

You first enter the store and you feel you are not welcome, there is no shopping carts, you ask for help and staff ignore you or say they are busy to help you. I won't not go back to this store, even I live in this side of this city, I rather go the store in Panama! Horrible customer service!

My go-to for my dogs' food. I usually go to the Colony location, but their selection is really scarce. This location is always on stock with Retriever dog food. They also have a variety of Sportsmix dog food.

I would recommend this to everyone! One of their greatest feature of this store is their great customer service, which is both friendly and knowledgeable. The staff members are always willing to help you find what you need and answer any questions you may have.Additionally, Tractor Supply offers great prices on their products. I always come in to purchase dog food. My father comes in to buy some clothing or garden equipment or supplies. 10/10

Great place to pick up supplies for all of your Farming and Livestock needs. One Stop Shop for all of your animal husbandry needs as well as many other neat finds!Also, live chicks are available for purchase while in season and while supplies last.

I have to edit my rating. At one point, this store was 5 stars, now it's dropped to 2 and I'm being generous. Reasons being:1. Low stock on almost everything2. The stock that is available is beat up and torn3. Long lines at the checkout. Eventually they will open up another register, but there is no haste about it.4. Customer service is badSave yourself the hassle and go to the Panama location. The Calloway location should be closed.

Very nice employees they are always very helpful and will try to answer any and all questions. They stock a nice selection of pet supplies a good place to shop when looking for a gift for your dad, husband and son's. They even carry canning supplies. I come here often and recommend them.

Undoubtedly horrible customer service! I was there today 01/6/23 @ 10:30am. First walked in the store 1st employee looked at me said nothing, no worries I didn't think much of it. I was walking around looking to buy a horse trough, had no idea were they were located. I then walked by the middle section where customer service is, there were 3 employees all talking, but suddenly they all stopped talking as I walked by them. I was going to ask them a question but I got that weird vibe as if I were interrupting them, so I continued walking. I found two other employees but again they said nothing to me. I was going to ask again but one girl interrupted two lady's as they were talking to each other to ask if they need help right in front of me. That to me was a clear indication that I was not welcome there. So I left. Believe it or not as I was walking out, one of the girls that ignored me, said; "have a good day!" Really! Now I'm not trying pulling the race card, but yeah it kind of felt that was the case! So I went to the Tractor Supply on Panama and it was like night and day. They were super helpful, immediately asked if I needed help. Very welcoming. Bought the house trough and tip the employee $20 bucks for his awesome customer service. The store on Panama will be my go to store since I don't feel welcome at the store on Calloway!

I bought a trailer from TSC in November of 2022, it's now April 2023, and I have yet to receive any paperwork or plates from the DMV. I have called the store 3 times now and they always blame the DMV, and tell me to call the DMV. I called the DMV to check and they have no record of the paperwork ever being submitted. I had to fill out this paperwork twice at TSC. While filling out the paperwork for the second time at TSC, It took 3 employees to figure it out and they lied on the documents, backdating, putting in peoples names that didnt work there anymore, etc. I was charged $20 for this "service" and was told it would have to be in cash...very very shady... I recently called again and spoke to the store manager who kept interrupting me and raising his voice. Then he hung up on me after I asked to return the trailer. I have called the customer solutions center three times. The District Manager was supposed to get back to me and never has. Customer service in the store and apparently throughout the district is a total joke. These people don't have a clue how to run their own business and seem to be operating some kind of scam... There is so much turnover you never know who you could be talking to from day to day. And the store manager I spoke with is completely incompetent and totally rude. On the other hand, the staff in the national customer service call center are great. If it wasn't for them, It would be a complete YOYO situation.

I got my puppy (Gypsie) her parvo and distemper shots. I was instructed on how to administer the shot. I'll go back for more shots. I let gypsie pick out a toy,she picked the expensive one.

Twice, I’ve been to this store to see their kayaks. Twice, they wouldn’t let me. Only two on display. Others kept in an employee only section. First time, they said it was too close to closing time and wouldn’t let me see them. The 2nd time, they got a freight shipment and said they were not accessible. Only option is to shop elsewhere.

I love this store. I bought some boots online because they didn't have any in stock so I ordered them online. They came to my house in 2 days. I wore them for half a day and they were too tight. I took them back to the store they gave me full credit. I ordered a size bigger. Hats off to Jarrod, he was exceptionally helpful.

Horrible customer experience. SHOP ELSEWHERE. Went in on 9/12/21 to buy a safe for my house. Asked for help to take to my car and the employees said no that it was too heavy for them. They said they think me and my pregnant wife can handle it by ourselves. Very bad business.

I come here almost exclusively for their nuts and bolts isle where you can easily find various sizes and grades of hardware and but then cheaply by the pound. I always seem to spend another 20 minutes walking around checking out everything else they offer. Always a quick checkout process as well.

Excellent little hardware store. Exceptionally small electrical section, but otherwise an excellent store for household hardware, chemicals, lighting, small furniture, and fixtures.Friendly staff for sure, that was good. Reminded me of OSH’s staff which is the best in terms of customer service.Didn’t find the heat shrink I was looking for, or the LED light bulbs.

I love the smells the minute I walk in the door, and I love to browse here. They have a very wide range of country/western type items ranging from toys to jewelry, clothes, boots, gardening needs, pet foods & supplies, ranch & farm supplies, etc. and there is always a friendly person on the floor to ask if they can help you. Great store!
