Hands down the best pool store in town! Such a great locally owned pool store with amazing service, would definitely recommend this place over any other store in town. They’ve helped me so much especially whenever I had any trouble with keeping my pool chemistry good and with my pool equipment.

Everyone there is great except for the skinny gay looking kid that wear glasses he is rude has an attitude and to b honest bad for your company from now on when I go there to buy something or get my water tested and he is there I will leave and go elsewhere sorry top dog only takes one to ruin your business everyone else is great

I like coming here to get product but the service could be so much better. For any questions I had I was answered with about one word and side eyes from a man in glasses who was "helping" me, so that was uncomfortable for me.

I had an unexpected pool sweep problem pop up on a holiday and after finding that my typical spot was closed I decided to finally check out Top Dog. From the initial phone call to eventual check-out the staff was helpful/knowledgeable, they had the parts I needed in stock, and had them installed and rung up within minutes - all on a holiday, too!Fantastic first experience and I will be going back to for all my future pool needs.

Top Dogbis the only place I go to get pool supplies. They even fix vacuum heads while you wait! Replaced numerous parts on my old Hayward! Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Not like some places who just hire a warm body to be cashiers!

need a quote to have my pool pump seal plate removed from the motor housing, and if possible put motor and seal plate with new shaft ring back together, i was told a day later that they couldn't work on my motor and seal plate i would have to go to electric motor shop, they didn't even ask me if i wanted a new motor just told me to pick up my stuff, never even talk to the owner, they call them self Top Dog Pool service but obviously i guess they don't no how to work on pool equipment , took my business Home & Leisure Superstore very nice service person and also explained to me about the new pool law for pump motors. i even bought a new motor and they also removed the seal plate from the motor housing. I would give Top Dog no star if i could.
