Called yesterday hoping to get my baby in for her birthday haircut today, I was placed on a waiting list and fortunately they got us in. The phone interaction was pleasant and friendly. Dropping Eevee off this morning for her 1st haircut here also was a pleasant experience, we were greeted upon entering and the stylist who took Eevee introduced herself to Eevee before approaching her which was great as Eevee wasn't startled with her approach.picking up my baby also was amazing the price was less than I expected so that is great, they walked Eevee out she looked and smelled amazing 👏 she was happy. Hands down an amazing experience we will definitely be back.

I took my four month old Corgi to get a trim and a nail cut, and i was so grateful for the way my girl was treated. Let me start off by saying that my puppy is the love of my life. I have a hard time trusting her with people I don’t know. I picked the Pet Styling Company because of the good reviews. The stylist that took my girl was so kind and progressional and made sure she knew exactly what I wanted done. When it was over, my puppy was so waggly and happy and looked beautiful. I will definitely be using this them again for future grooms!

The staff there are incredibly talented and very sweet to the animals and their people counterparts. They genuinely look out for the customers and offer advice on pet grooming when asked. They clearly have a heart for their work and it shows in the kindness and care with which they do their job.Another fantastic feature of this grooming company is that they will do everything they can to help you get your pet scheduled and seen as soon as possible.I know that there are a ton of pet grooming places in town but this is the one I will always use because I appreciate the way they put care into every aspect of the process.

Excellent job! Brought our Yorkie here for the 1st time, we asked for a trim and clean up and that's exactly what they did. Other places in town have always taken off way to much off. We prefer our little girls hair on the longer side. Great experience and reasonable prices.

We take out 2 yorkies every 6-8 weeks and Jennifer always does an amazing job with their cuts. She takes the time to groom our pups and trim their nails with such care. Before the service she always takes the time to do a consult with us about how we want their cuts, which is a plus!! Def a very professional & great company for people looking to have their pups pampered. Everyone always greets us kindly when there.

Professionals with lots of care. I took my dog for a walk in nail trimming. She is definitely a difficult dog to trim but they did great work! Tips are cash only! So bring it because they deserve it.

My dogs went for their first time nina and dexter and had a great experience! everyone was really friendly I felt safe leaving them to be groomed. My pups were so soft and clean afterwards, they did a great job and even got my dogs in last minute which was awesome! I will definitely be going back.

Absolutely appreciate this team of groomers! They do such a great job with my Lola (poodle mix). She always comes home looking so adorable and very well groomed. The attention to detail in the length of her fur and her well trimmed nails just makes me comfortable taking her there. Highly recommend their services.

My sweet lab had a very bad first experience at a different groomer, and experienced awful anxiety... The amazing team at Pet Styling have been so wonderful to my sweet boy, that he gets excited to visit the groomer! They take real pride in their work, and their gentle handling and happy environment show greatly. I won't even think twice about taking my dog anywhere else but here. Did I mention they have the most reasonable pricing and are quick too??

it was bad, they charged me $43 for an incomplete haircut and still charged me full price, they did a very bad job overall. I had to finish the hair cut my self. Her fur was not leveled at all, they said they couldn’t cut her fur on her face because she wasn’t cooperating but you should not be a groomer if you can’t handle it.

I cannot day enough good about this place. They have seen both my dogs since they were babies. They’re so gentle with them and take time to listen to your requests and concerns (for example- once my girl came home with a big nick out of her underarm and I was so upset- Holly took it seriously and was monitoring the staff- that groomer no longer works there). They work with your budget and try to best accommodate what you need. And they come back with the cleanest, cutest, most professional cuts I’ve ever seen (and my dogs have unfortunately had some awful cuts from other groomers). This place is worth it!

I am absolutely sure that those that are giving this place a 5 star review either have never stayed while their pet is groomed or don't care about their animal. I should have followed my intuition when the lady that answered the phone sounded annoyed and inconvenienced by me calling, but I was actually excited that a place had good reviews especially for nail trimming. I have 4 dogs that are literally my babies and treated with respect and great care. Three of them let me trim their nails without too much fuss, but I go slow and file first, etc. My 4th baby is nervous by nature and is impossible to cut. I have taken him to the vet and a few choice groomers over the years and always explain his fear as well as mine of cutting too short and to please be cautious. I'm nervous about it as his nails get long quick and have a tendency to curve towards the pads. This combined with my fear of someone hurting him lets him go to long between trims. I searched far and wide for a new person and was excited to find Pet styling with good reviews. To keep this review from going on forever. My baby was handed back to me by a rude and unprofessional lady with all 10 nails bleeding. She proceeded to tell me it was my fault and treated me like an idiot. The owner came out and was nice to talk with, but obviously allows employees to be uninformed about the safe length of a dogs nails. No matter how long they are, you don't chop extremely short. I have never seen a dog's nails this short. On a different note, while I was waiting for my dog, I watched the 6 dogs being groomed. It was so sad. One had long ears with lots of fur and they were being ripped through by a lady that did not give the dog one bit of comfort or even try to make it feel a little less painful. She just ripped the rats out of its ears. Everyone looked like uncaring robots..... not a place I would ever take a pet I truly cared about. The end result may look pretty, but your pet is suffering in uncaring hands in the mean time.

My little buddy loved getting pretty here. He needed a nail trim and a bath urgently. I called and asked if they had any availability for the next day and they got me right in! I am new to Bakersfield, and I am very leary about leaving my animals with anyone. Buddy came out cleaner than I have ever seen him and barely shed any further in the truck on the way home. And he was a happy camper! I don't know how they did it (he's a pug mix) but I am thrilled. They have very reasonable prices and seem to use their time efficiently. I had him back in about an hour and a half. And he's all set for his next appointment! ☺

This is the only place in town I trust with my cat~! They are very professional & always call to remind you of the appointment the day before (I try to make my appointment a month in advanced) They give my cat a fantastic cut in a great amount of time, everytime. I take my cats safety very seriously, & they never fail to make sure he is okay. I would definitely recommend them for your pets cut~!

We brought in our newly adopted cat for some much needed care. She came back looking amazing and smelling so much better. Felt like she was really well taken care of. Some of the other animals I some coming out looked equally fabulous. Go in and treat your pet children!!

If I could give it no stars I would!! I use to take my shihtzu here for grooming about 3 years ago. The last time he was there they razor burned him all over his body it was terrible it showed up more noticable the next day. He didn't want to eat or drink and sad and whinning of pain. It hurt my heart knowing he had to go through all that and be in pain over a careless salon who doesn't watch the groomers or know what they are doing.I took him to the vet and she gave him pain meds with a cream for razor burns. Bill came out to be a good $200 dollars. When I called the owners to complain about what happened they showed no sympathy and just said we will give you a free toothbrush next visit for this incident. I never returned again!! Now my dog is still trying to get over all the trama this place caused 😒 I will never recommend anyone this place ever. You lost a customer 4 life and I will make sure people know the PTSD you caused to my innocent dog at the groomers. He is worth more than a free toothbrush cleaning! 😡

Reasonably priced, friendly, experienced staff. We have two husky males who needed an appt ASAP and they fit us in right away. They took their time and didn’t mind the husky drama 🤦🏽‍♀️ of trying to escape, yelping, screaming, crying and talking LOL. Thank you for your patience. My pups are sooo clean and happy. Highly recommend.

Amanda has always taken great care of my Jazzy girl.When she was diagnosed with a heart condition Amanda went above and beyond to accommodate and ensure she had a stress free experience. Jasmine was well know by the bling she put on her ears. My favorite memory.Your pet will be in good hands.

I love that I can just drop in with my dogs for a quick nail trim. They are always so nice there too. We were in and out in maybe 10 minutes. They do a really good job.

AMAZING!!!!!! my'first time getting my'dog groomed Norma did amazing omg thank you so much. My shih Tzu went in cute and fury and came handsome and smelling awesome. I recommend this place with hands down. I set my baby next appointment. Price was good and amazing for the work. Norma went beyond her expectationS. My best friend was happy and I actually think he feels like the boss now lol he walks around knowing he looks and smells good. I can't say enough for the amazing experience we had

The Pet Styling gals are the best! My roommate asked me to take his chug to get her nails clipped. They got me right in and out within 15 minutes. And the most important thing is the were kind and gentle. Very caring!

My English Bulldog loves going Pet Styling C0. I love that you walk in and see your pet. They are not in some back room. The groomers are so friendly. Max walks right in and goes to a crate. So comforting knowing your pet loves being there and is not nervous or afraid. I can't recommend them enough!

Nice people however in my opinion they have so many customers that they lose track of appts, call and reschedule but not actually they call and put you on a waiting list. This says they are over booking and not taking enough care with grooming. Last two grooms they forgot to do my dogs nails, and this last time they didn't do the toshie area. Not taking enough time to properly groom. The more money the better?!?
