Most of the employees were very friendly and helpful. Many products that brought me to S&F are no longer offered and the prices have gone nuts. Also do not like having to deal with people hitting me up for money before I even get in the store.

The only complaint I have about this store, is recently, I will go to buy everything to make a lunch or dinner, and the store doesn't sell certain common items that you would think they do. For example, if you were looking for sweet pickles, for some odd reason, they carry every other type, but not that very common item. For most cases, the store has what I need, but you might have to shop elsewhere for certain things.

I was not happy today. I guess if you bring your own bags, you bag your own groceries. It would have been SUPER convenient to know that while I was being rang up. The checker just stood there not saying anything. I had to ask her. So I proceeded to bag my own groceries. She then starts ringing up the customer after me. I could barely reach my stuff to finish bagging. She offered no help! It was very frustrating! If she had told me from the start, that would have been great. To top it off, she barely apologized. Customer service these days is almost non existent.

We shop here regularly , it is close to my house and convenient. Most of the staff is friendly and helpful. It has most of the things I need. At times it is busy, like any store, but the lines usually move pretty quickly. The prices are good and the quality of the food is good as well. I often buy the First Street(store brand) and it is usually just as good or better than the name brands.

I was in and out , I had trouble finding a couple things and was helped very quickly and efficiently. I come here often after work so it's nice to only be in the store for 5 to 10 minutes depending on that I'm looking for . All the employees are very helpful , great customer service . Also , right next to the 99 where I get off of the freeway so it's very convenient .

This Smart and Final location has definitely done a wonderful job of keeping up a nice clean store with positive employees, it's definitely safe to shop there and they have a great selection of merchandise. My kids love the First Street brand Raviolis. They are quick to make and delicious everytime.

My shopping experience in that store was so pleasant. A young lady by the name Maia was so helpful and courteous. It's not the first time she's helped me out either. Give her a raise or at least a promotion!! Thank you so much Smart & Final!

I love S&F. This is my daily spot for just about anything I need. The employees are polite and courteous...even when they probably don't have to be. Unfortunately I'm moving to the other side of town and this store will be too far to travel to. I will definitely miss the place though.

This store is so clean and has a great selection. Their First Street desserts are so good too! I worked here for a little when I was younger and it was a great place to be. I learned so much. I really like shopping here.

Very narrow aisles and the setup for lining up for checkout is through one of the most popular aisles. Practicing social distancing in this store is nearly impossible. Aisles are also cluttered with food yet to be put on shelves. The frozen goods were out for at least the hour that I shopped with no sign of being put away.

It's a medium sized store but it's right off the freeway so it's easy two get to. It's never over crowded and it's well-stocked

Smart n Final on White Ln. Has merchandise in middle of most isles and when you walk into entry way it's so small trying to get in produce area. Its cluttered and small in most area. I got frustrated today and left. I would rather drive further to another Smart n Final. I'm sticking to Costco, at least its roomy and prices cheaper.

Shelves empty. Emergency situations requires strict measures. How can management let HOARDING take place. Stocking should take place in two separate times morning and late afternoons with product very well known are hoarded: toilet paper, Clorox, wipes, . For it to be fair for the people that are consider "essential workers". Working 12 hr shift Providing a service to the population that are not able to stay home like most people.

Prices are high. I was charged $50.00 for 1 bag to carry my items out. When I brought it to their attention, I was apologized to and told that they issued a refund of $50.00 that would show back on my card within 10 days. It has been 3 and a 1/2 weeks now, and I have yet to receive it back.

Stay in check out line, make employee get items they keep up front. Cashier will take next customer with your cart sitting right there in line next to them.

The store is set up very neatly and easy to navigate got it. The associates of the store are very helpful I always find everything I need and everything is always fresh I will definitely shop this store more often

Came for the fourth time and I always encounter the store manager who is unfriendly and seems bothered all the time.Came here today and while waiting for an associate help, store manager sees that I’m waiting for help and purposely ignores me. Had to get her attention and she rudely asks what I need.. It was an annoying experience. Don’t waste your time or money here.

I went to the store and was in line there was an African American person in front of me and my self behind her also an African American a white lady behind me] with one item. She was helping the lady in front of me she stopped helping her to go pass me and help the white lady. That was wrong. Make the blacks waite. So I left every thing there and I walk away never to shop there again.

Fun small warehouse with selection of groceries for the individual consumer, and restaurant owners. Produce, booze, soda, baking supplies, outdoor party supplies and so much more. It's the easy in easy out little warehouse.

Every time I come in this damn I always have to see Annette and she is the worst worker there. Very rude and disrespectful doesn’t know where anything is or how to have good customer service. Whenever you shop there don’t have her help you!
