Always well stocked, and the staff are so kind and they really love the animals that come in to be sold or just to visit the staff or make new friends. My dogs love to go in to see the staff. They spoil the heck out of them and they love it. Thank you for making Pet Smart a positive loving experience and a place were our pets feel at home. Thank you!

Like the previous post beware, they are scammers. The doctor was disrespectful, surgery quote 1600. Call back to set it up and they said there was stuff they forgot to include and now it’s 4000$. Don’t waste your time, these people need fined. I will be reporting bbb, and everyone one else I can think of. Will never go to petco again either for allowing this. One star due to Banfield.

I'm very happy and satisfied!😁 one of the employees at the store named Mike help me he definitely had much knowledge. He answered all my questions and was able to guide me on how to take care of my bearded dragon🤗 thanks to him my little one is more active and is eating well this is definitely the service everyone needs I am more than appreciative towards him. I took advantage of his expertise to educate myself on how to take care of my little Dragy Pooh🦎

Would give a 5 star but there are a few homeless people along the side of building. None have ever bothered me or anybody that I have ever seen. Staff inside friendly and courteous.

We had to go to PetSmart to get some stuff for a pet lizard my grandson got I only gave it four stars because it took a couple minutes for us to get some help but other than that once we got some help everything went pretty smooth so I definitely recommend this place if you need something

on December 9th 2022, almost a year ago now, my husband decided to treat our dog to a grooming here. We went home while the service was happening. I remember having a gut reaction that the staff seemed very inexperienced and had a bad feeling about it. we got a phone call urging us to come back and that something happened.Andy had died at the time that pets go through the drying phase. he laid down and was clearly distressed and instead of providing comfort, the staff shoved him in a crate where he died alone without anyone to pet him one last time. clearly there were some cues that he needed attention and the cues were ignored by the staff's carelessness and inexperience.we got no apology from anyone. we came back a few times to sort things our and try to understand. I was in tears and was told by a staff member that he couldnt help me cause he was clocked out. then I found the manager, who told me he couldnt help me and that I had to call their special number instead who was basically a lawyer. again no apology.Andy was 14 but he didnt deserve to die alone. no dog deserves this when you are paying for them to get pampered, you don't expect this. it took me month to be able to be around any dog again or walk by a dog park without crying. it took me a year to even be able to post about this but Im doing it hoping that it might prevent this from happening to someone else.

Don’t buy any birds from here, food and toys are ok. Bought a parakeet and she’s krazy as hell lol. We love her tho lmaoo. Buy your birds hand raised if possible or at least hand fed. Thank me later.

Staff was very helpful. We adopted a dog today and they gave us a coupon book. We were able to apply some coupons to our purchase which was really helpful since stuff can be pricey there. Overall the visit was good.

The young girl working in fish area needs more knowledge. I have asked her to sell me 3 neon tetras then refused to sell to me. Due to my 180 gallon is over crowed with about 40 neon tetras. I have 75 gallon tank with couple guppies to add them on. And still refused to sell me. What a ridiculous seller ever. No wonder you guys have a low reviews.

Never crowded and short checkout lines. Has a large selection of pet supplies And oh so many brands of cat-and-dog food. Yes and also don't forget the pet hospital inside As well as dog training inside on select days. If professional grooming is your thing bring your dog by but don't forget make appointment first
