I went in store to pick out fish. They were busy but were able to get to us. The employee acknowledged that we were there waiting and requested help to get everyone help quicker. The fish I purchased seem to be healthy and doing well so far in my community tanks. I also did a curbside pick up order which was brought out immediately. I hate when parts of my order get cancelled for not being in stock because it ruins the promotion as for this promotion you had tiers of $50+, $100+ and $150+ etc. The higher the purchase, the higher the percentage taken off. Target and Walmart will offer shipping if unavailable in store. If Petco offered that option as well, I would have picked to ship the unavailable items. I currently have 18 cats I’m fostering, two German Shepherds and 3 fish tanks and it gets expensive. So as I have said before, I try to take advantage of any discounts I can. But overall besides the out of stock items, I did not have any issues with purchasing or picking up at this Petco location (Rosedale Hwy). The employees have been professional and courteous.

I have no complaint with the person that helped me, but the item I needed was inferior to say the least. Your fuzzy mice are so small and cost way too much for the size of them. That is why I will buy them at petsmart next time, as the quality much better than what you sell. The clerk was very helpful.

This is my go to spot for dog food. I’ve been coming here for years now and the staff is always very friendly and helpful. But today I wanted to give a big thank you to Shannon! She was patient, friendly and helped me find the exact food I was looking for but couldn’t find on the shelves.

Carmen was nice, but did very little to train my dog. I was really excited about the good reviews so I paid for private lessons and at every lesson she would spend at least half of my time talking to other customers. One time when I arrived she was already talking to people and talked so long I only had 15 minutes left of my session. As soon as she was done talking she said “let’s do leash training” put my puppy on the leash and literally walked us straight to the front door and said “see you next week”. When I told her we still had time she said “well, only 10 minutes. That’s not really enough time.” I drove an hour bc there are no dog trainers where I live. Worst experience and so unprofessional and disrespectful.

The grooming salon at the Sparks NV location is the worst ever!Totally unprofessional and very rude.They refused to service my dogs who I have been taking to PetCo grooming in North Town for over 9 years with no problems!Found a better place! I tell everyone I get the chance to DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG TO THIS GROOMING SALON!

The experience of my first time here all the way from Alaska was not what I should experience and not want anyone else to experience either. The whole wait time to get assistance to get access to the bathroom when I seriously needed it was way too long of a wait, also the men's bathroom toilet was disgusting and didn't flush properly at all and didn't have toilet paper at all either with also the men's sink didn't even work at all or turn on from the sensor and was super loose from the sink head with noticing spiders in the bathroom and sealing. The cashier didn't properly greet me and showing not happy welcoming of her character and not feeling comfortable with her at all the whole process and of assisting me without even asking if I needed a bag for my stuff while doing my instacart for a customer. I highly recommend the owners of petco to retrain the people to properly follow the full customer service and sanitation regulations and procedures and Policy's to fully give every customer a equal warm welcoming environment and full customer service support in ever level in all departments in the store.

I was so happy to see my handsome pup after his appointment with Makayla, it was the hands down best grooming experience we've had! Thank you for doing exactly what I envisioned, and I can tell he was as treated well based off his excited demeanor after. He even got an adorable Fall bandana (sweetest touch!). Great job!

I go mainly for fish related items. There one guy there that is very knowledgeable about fish, I feel like I can talk to him without feeling like I'm being lied to. He gives honest and true advice for beginners as well as intermediate skill level fish keepers. I would recommend this store just because of this guy. I bought some discus and he told me everything I needed to know.

I had a great experiance on my last visit. Really great staff and service.When I brought in my puppy to look for toys the employees were very helpful and nice. If you happen to go to Petco and meet Cheyanne or Carley you'll be in for great help and assistance.

Lori is an amazing groomer! She has taken care of my dogs for over 10 years! My dogs love her and I would highly recommend you book and appointment with her and/or any of her co-workers! They are all super nice!

Staff are always very helpful and the store is clean but I swear there must only be a half dozen people employed at this location at any time. There's only ever one checker and a simple 30 second trip to grab some crickets takes 10 minutes. This isn't anything on any of the staff but there needs to be more people hired here.

They wouldn't help me for anything big or offer a gift card . Bought some milk and bottle becuz puppy was eating from the mama by the time we got home it passed ... we lost the receipt in process and I called customer service spoke to manager the cashier asked to look up receipt... nothing !! They made their money now get out of here that's how it felt with a smile ...so sad big places like this can't even return 32.18 ... I will never step in to a petco again

Friendly workers but never enough workers at the registers for the amount of traffic. My last grooming appointment I was called to pick up my "clean and dry dog" but this was not true. Once I picked up my dog she was wet and smelled worse than when I dropped her off. I would've never tipped if I knew this is what the finished product would be.

First time dog owner, as you walk in the store it's so lively and the staff so helpful.Leslie was so wonderful in helping with information and their free membership, gave me the dig on the training they provide and veterinary clinic on site and also gave me a first time owners pamphlet that had coupons! And applied one to my purchase was excellent.Making this my dogs go to store

Favorite PetCo in town. This one is further away but the employees make it worth my trip. I'm *always* a hassle when I get to checkout since I have Vital Care, I price match, get discounted items, or get crickets. The cashiers do a great job of dealing with me

I prefer this location over the others. I just disappointed in their freshwater selection of fish. I also feel that there is very few workers and that ones that are there are extremely nice but they do get overworked from the company
