I’m glade I found this excellent bird grooming shop on the web. We were in and out in no time. The wonderful lady took care of my bird and I was able to watch him be groomed while looking at the other beautiful birds they have available. I will definitely be driving the 1.5 hour drive just to make sure my bird is always well taken care of.Thank you soo much.

Such a delightful little shop with a genuinely caring owner and friendly staff. Quick to answer all our questions and provide honest advice without any sales push at all. We've now found a couple friends through them and we couldn't be happier with the advice and grooming.

I am so so excited I am picking up my little girl Cocateil tomorrow I am so comfortable with her being so healthy and beautiful and tame the owner there spend so much time getting them ready for their new home. I would advise using creamery for the birds and more. I will go back for all my bird needs Thank you.

Love this place helped me with an injured baby Dove. Didn't charge me a thing. Gave it antibiotics. And was super awesome helping the bird. Vets can learn a thing or two about compassion. Most Vets over charge with no compassion.

Very friendly and knowledgeable. All the birds were healthy and happy. Store and cages all clean. Her (owner?) main concern was to thoroughly educate. Not about making a sale. Looking forward to the next visit.

I don't appreciate being misinformed. My daughter and I, very kindly and graciously Made it very clear to everyone working there that we were looking for a bird that talks and whistles, so they sold us a female instead of a male, while clearly knowing the differences and not explaining it to the customer. This is very disingenuous and unprofessional.

This is a very nice place and is operated by nice people. I do like the new location. I have had my conure groomed here for years and have bought food and toys as well. The "house bird", I believe it is owned by Sherry is such a sweetheart. They are always gentle with my bird, she has never left this store hurt or angry after grooming. This store is a great asset for our town.

I love this place, I bought my sulfur crested cockatoo from here, they trimmed it's beak and nails, for free when I bought her. Not to mention they gave me a travel cage. They also provide advice on how often I needed to get her nails and wings trimmed again. They have a wide variety of bird seeds too, not to mention a exciting selection of toys. I recommend this store 100%.

This is the greatest place. They are so helpful and knowledgeable about their Parrots. Kiwi has been the best addition to our family EVER. He totally cares about us all. He has also been my service pet while recovering from neck surgery and talk about protective. Best gaurd bird if ever encountered even with the kiddos. I recently moved here and needed my eclectus' beak and nails trimmed. He is easy to handle and not a biter. The woman was alone and did a very poor job, leaving his beak and toes incredibly long. I paid the same as at my former home, but got very little result. Took him on a road trip so the former bird store could do him, but can't keep that up. Nice selection of birds, who all appeared well housed and happy. My problem was with the bird grooming result.

My mom and I bought two birds from here, and we love them to bits, but I have a lot of negative feeling about this store. There were many birds crammed into single cages, leaving them very little space to spread their wings. The store bird had plucked all the feathers from his body, and it was incredibly sad. And worst of all, one of the birds we purchased (King George, a Jenday Conure) had a broken wing, that had HEALED BROKEN, becuase it never got treated.On the positive side, the staff was nice, the birds were beautiful and most appeared healthy, and there was a wide variety of toys.

Wonderful little shop for anyone who is interested in keeping their pet birds happy. I just recently got a cocktaiel and they were extremely helpful to me when I had questions about his diet and nutrition. The shop itself is so cute and lively i had a wonderful time visiting

They are very nice bird store.. the ladys there are friendly and they know what they doing.. i take my macaw to get her nails and wings done :) she hates it but they get it done :)

The only place in town that I know of that can trim my cockatiels nails and wings at a fairly reasonable price Jackson or Jax for short gave him the name after the main guy from sons of anarchy
