Outstanding service. My bird loves staying here. Also, I had an emergency after work, as my bird plucks her feathers and caused herself a blood feather. When I called they told me to bring her right down, Manager Pam is amazing as she took care of it right away and even had a toy for my bird to take home. I highly recommend Fur and Feathers as they truly care about your pet. I appreciate the care they took with me and my bird!

My mom was in the hospital and I needed to board her dogs for 2 days. They were able to accommodate my last minute request and also fit in a grooming appointment. My mom loves Fur & Feathers and now I know why…everyone I encountered was nice and professional. They remembered my mom’s dogs and greeted them by name! The true test is how happy the dogs are when arriving at Fur & Feathers. My mom was so happy to be reunited with her dogs a they looked fantastic after being groomed!

I apologize for the long review, but it is necessary to show how grateful I am for Sheena. I'm in the middle of moving and I didn't want to leave my dog home alone in a new house that she doesn't recognize, so I decided to board her here. I was definitely very nervous about her being away from us for so long because she has separation anxiety and takes medication. When I brought her in, the front staff was very kind and reassured me that she would be taken well care of. A few days later, I had called to see if I could visit with her and they said "Absolutely!" When I arrived, Sheena walked me to her suite and was telling me how great my dog is and that she's been getting her medication on time every night. Sheena let my dog out of her suite so I could spend some time with her. My dog has very high energy so she was jumping on me like crazy, and must of caught her paw pad on my jacket zipper which caused her to bleed a little. I asked Sheena if there was anything at the facility to wrap it. Unfortunately, there wasn't but she searched both buildings to find something to stop the bleeding. Her dedication and care made me feel like my dog is in excellent hands here. After I left, she let my dog out for an extra walk and washed her jacket. I left there feeling content with my decision of boarding her here. Fast forward to last night, I stopped by to drop some more food off and to see my dog. While visiting, my dog injured her tail by wagging it so much against the walls which resulted in a bloody wound. I informed the gentleman who was with me and he assured me that it would be taken care of. After I left, I sent a message to the business through their app about her tail, asking for a picture of the wound to see if I needed to take her to the vet. Sheena called me first thing in the morning and updated me on her tail and sent me pictures. She assured me that the wound was only on the surface and had already scabbed over. I thanked her for her help. The love and compassion that Sheena has for my dog shows that she truly has a great heart. I will definitely board here, again!

This was our second time bringing our shorkie lorelai here, the first time was fine. Well this time was awful. We were told to have her there at 9, so we drop her off then they proceeded to tell me they are short staffed and it will take four hours. That instantly made me feel bad because, that’s not my fault. Well I leave and come back 2 hours later to check on her and they haven’t even started her groom. Then they tell me I can pay a 25 dollar rush fee! Like what?? You cannot be serious!! She was rude, not at all respectful! We will never bring our baby back here again! Very unprofessional

Title: Extremely Dissatisfied with Grooming ServiceReview: ⭐️I recently brought my German Shepherd to this grooming salon with high hopes for a proper grooming session. Unfortunately, my experience was nothing short of disappointing. Not only did they fail to properly groom my dog, but they didn't even bother to shed her excess hair. To make matters worse, the entire process took a staggering 8 hours! I had to shed her myself again at home and unbelievable amount of shedded hair! Terrible service. See picture and video for proof.This was an absolute waste of my hard-earned money and precious time. I expected a professional establishment to understand the specific grooming needs of a German Shepherd, but it seems like they were completely clueless. The lack of attention to detail and disregard for the specific breed requirements left me deeply dissatisfied.I strongly advise pet owners to steer clear of this establishment if they value their time, money, and the well-being of their furry friends. It's truly disappointing to come across such a subpar grooming service. My German Shepherd deserved better, and so did I as a paying customer.

The staff is great, some more personable than others but great all together! I’ve brought my dogs here for a few yearns now for both daycare and boarding and they’ve always been well taken care of. The website/app is easy and convenient to use and if in person reservations are preferred they can do that too. All around a great place to look after my dogs.

We recently moved back home from out of state and it’s great to see that even after three years, their facility is just as awesome.Wonderful daycare. Staff is super pleasant and accommodating. Grooming can get booked up fast anywhere but they were able to help with a personalized same day appointment for one of my golden retrievers. Wally was great and I think our pup looks fantastic.Most importantly, pups always seem happy and well- exercised after playing at their daycare.

I have always had a great experience with staff at F&FPR, from scheduling to drop offs and pickups of my fur babies. My pets are groomed by Gilbert and he always does a great job!

Our girl Lucy loves going here for day care and boarding! She always gets excited when she sees the building and she comes home absolutely pooped! It’s a nice feeling knowing she’s being taken care of when we are away.

I've always had a good experience with my pet cat staying at this boarding place. The same was true for my cat having stayed there this trip for ten days. However, when I picked him up, I carried him into the lobby (they needed my help getting him out of their cage, which was no problem). However, they handed me my cat's carrier to put him into, which apparently had two of it's side snaps unbuckled. So when I carried my cat into the parking lot in the carrier, the carrier fell apart, and I had to chase my cat through the parking lot and along the side of the building's exterior wall. I called the staff afterwards and spoke to "Angel" and I told him that it would be a good idea for their workers to check any carrier being handed back to their customer to make sure that it is fastened on all sides. I am not sure if the carrier got bumped while in their care, or if someone cleaned it. But it was not fastened tightly together when being handed back to me. Thank goodness my cat had the sense not to run into Allen Road.

Great place to leave our pets when we go out of town. It is difficult to find a place that you can trust with your precious animals. The staff is very attentive and are obvious pet lovers. Sometimes it is better to stop by and make future reservations vs calling. Staff is very busy and phone wait times can be extensive.

I brought my GS for deshedding and the groomer said that it would take 4 hours - but nope it took them 8 HOURS! She was not even deshedded and groomed appropriately at all. I had to talk to the manager Wally and he told me to take her back in for a bath at no charge. There's no way I'll bring her back in to this place. My dog was so thirsty and she was withheld without water for 8 HOURS! The groomer should be ashamed of themselves. This is NOT A LUXURY GROOMER SPOT.

So nice and caring! The staff takes such good care of our two GSPs who I know can be more than a handful with their high energy. Cannot recommend this place enough for daycare or grooming. Best of both worlds here!

All I have to say is this place managed to somehow lose my dog a couple of hours in. When they finally found her, hours later, her paws were bloody and raw. If this place can do this to our pup and have the audacity to tell us not to bring her back (which by the way was NOT going to happen after LOSING our baby girl), it can most certainly happen to your family member as well. Heed my warning. I just wish I had a warning too before we took our poor girl. Smh 🤦🏻‍♂️

We feel very comfortable leaving our dogs in their care. We called to check in and we were put at ease which allowed us to enjoy our time away. The prices for daycare and boarding are reasonable.The employees are very polite and take good care of our dogs.We are grateful to be able to put our trust in them when daycare is needed.

If I could give a 0 I would. This facility has gone down hill. We have been taking our dogs here for years. Over the past few years things have been happening that are not okay. Especially when you pay the amount you do to have your babies safe. This last recent boarding our dogs got all 3 of them got kennel cough. On tops of that they said the dogs were eating just fine and had no issues but had 14+ bags of food that they didn’t eat. Oh and one of them came back looking skinny and lost 15+ pounds! She was so hungry when we got home. The pour communication was not okay! Then she lost her dew claw and the story changed many times on what actually happen, the craziest part when we asked to speak to the manager they had us talk to a manager that use to work at the facility but was no longer and employee and was living out of state! We asked for logs in the dogs they use to give a review on your dog and how things went they don’t even keep track anymore. I am very disappointed and our dogs will never stay again.

My husband took our baby who is 15 years old to get her nails clipped. She won’t let anyone clip her nails as she is old and anxious. The staff were amazing. One person held her and soothed her while another clipped her nails. They allowed my husband to be there so she wouldn’t be scared. They were wonderful!! I would highly recommend.

I scheduled my Aussie for a stay at fur and feathers via the paw finder app. As this was my first time scheduling his stay at this fur and feathers location, I read many reviews and finally felt comfortable allowing him to stay there. They allowed us to tour the location prior to his stay to help with my families comfortability. As my Aussie is on daily medication and special food due to health issues, I brought him in with a gallon size bag of food, a pill organizer for each days’ pills, a blanket, and his favorite toys in a reusable bag. As paw finder allows us to schedule a drop off time, I schedule early drop off since we were leaving town to catch a mid day flight. Upon arrival I was informed that his room was not yet ready, but they would bring him to the play area and clean out his room once the other dog had left so he could have access to his room. This made me feel uneasy, but gave them the benefit of the doubt. During our travels I called to check in on him as he can be an anxious dog and I wanted to make sure he was acclimating. They stated that he had some bowel issues and they had to clean up his room, but they thought it was due to his stress levels. They stated that it should be nothing to worry about. Luckily I was heading home the next day to pick him up so I told them to monitor it and let me know if anything worrisome came up. My family and I went to pick him up the next day and we’re shocked to find him extremely dirty. He was covered it dirty, small sticks and some of the diarrhea from the day before. In addition, none of his food was returned, the pill container was not returned, his toys were extremely dirty and the bag everything was brought it was chewed up and had holes making it unusable. In addition the blanket we sent him with was returned to us wet and had remnants of diarrhea. As this was kept on him bed, he was forced to sleep on it over night. Further, when this was brought to their attention during pick up they then offered to clean it after the fact. If I could I would give this place 0 stars.

My dog LOVES going to daycare at Fur and Feathers. All of the employees are so incredibly friendly and treat my dog like she's one of their favorites. I'm sure they treat every dog like that and I love that about them. They truly love the animals and it shows. Tommy is our groomer and we are so happy with him. He treats our dog so well and keeps her looking her best. I'm always happy with our experiences at Fur and Feathers whether it's daycare or grooming. Love this place.

Took my two Rescue Cats that deserved a little Spa day there and I found it Amazing. My Cars were well taken care of despite one of them is a little Bad Boy. REALLY affordable and in an amazing Area 👏🏻 . The only thing that could be improved is to have a Sign or letting me know that the Grooming is at the Back of the Building. I had to carry my two huge Heaby Carts around and I was out of Breath lol. Defently coming back. ❤️

Left my German Shepherd for 2 nights. She was supposed to have a full grooming also the second day. When we picked her up, she looked groomed. So she at least got brushed, but she sure didn't smell fresh. I don't think she got bathed. Won't be going back to groomer. She didn't seem traumatized by being at kennel, so may use that service again. 🙄

Very please with the service, pricing and overall outcome. Took our 1 year old puppy who is a German Shepard/Husky mixed for his first nail trim. The girl was outstanding and did a fantatic job. I honestly feel like i no longer need to drive 1 1/2 hours to find someone to do our other dogs nails now too.Only one visit so far but what i saw yesterday i totally am getting a great impression. We will be back.

We just picked our puppy up after a 5 day, 4 night stay - she did great at Fur and Feathers! The staff was so friendly and accommodating. I admit, I called the first two days to check in on our puppy (I was nervous about leaving her for the first time!) and the ladies that answered were always so nice and gave me updates on Truffles. When we picked her up, she was happy and healthy as usual! We will definitely be using Fur and Feathers in the future!

We love Fur & Feathers! All the staff is amazing. We have a Rottweiler named Zoe and she gets so much love when she shows up for daycare. Full disclosure, she is a good girl and the staff appreciates her demeanor. Zoe loves going to daycare. It’s a place for her to be free and play with all her friends. Highly recommend!
