My new favorite shop for farm and ranch needs. I love that they have a bulletin board with posts for livestock and services. The service is always exceptional and knowledgeable. I haven't had any issues with anything yet. I recommend anyone give them a try and see if you find what you need for your farm or ranch. Or other specialty pet needs.

Great place. I love the variety of chicks they get. I've taken advantage of getting the odd ones to have something to talk about here at home. The employees are informative and helpful. I'm glad to have accidentally come across this location.

I've always had a great experience until today. The guy at the desk was quick rude and not good with the costumers.i miss the girls who used to be here. They were courteous knowledgeable and respectful. I'm not sure I'll be back here again

I love this place. They have a little bit of everything and then some. The employees are fabulous. I can't remember the name of the young girl who helped us with my daughter's bunny stuff but she was very knowledgeable and sweet. We will be coming back. ***** NEW... There is also a young man that raises rabbits and my daughter had just got 2 bunnies and we didn't know much. He was so helpful and a joy to work worth. I cant remember his name but if you have questions about rabbits just go in and ask for the bunny guy.

Reminds me of an old time feed and hardware store....in a very good way. The employees always make you feel like you're a regular, even if it's your first time in the store. They're very knowledgeable and oh so helpful. If for some reason they don't have what you need, just talk to Lauren (the Manager) and if it can be ordered, she will get it for you. If you haven't been there, you really need to stop in and see what you're missing.

Don’t know inventory half the time. Meaning I bought five paid for five and then you say oh I’m sorry we only have two can you come back and pick it up that’s what I’m talking about.Update getting better with backorder coming in. But still don’t supply the best bedding hemp!

Great store has a a little bit of everything for all livestock & Horses and small animals too. They have a higher end dog & cat food, they also have a awesome selection of hard to find high quality grains and feeds. Love their punch hole card. Every-time I go in and purchase something they punch a hole in my card when card is full I get a 15% off that purchase. Staff is very knowledgeable and super friendly. This store was a great find. 😌

This gem of a store has a little bit of everything. I especially like all the leather products for my pets. Employees are very knowledgeable and will help load your vehicle. If needed, they also deliver to your address.

I love coming here when I can afford it their prices are a little steep at times but the staff is extremely knowledgeable and respectful but some of their prices aren't bad so it just depends on what you're looking for I would give them a higher star rating if I could

They have saved me more then once... Only place that stocked plastic pools in the winter to help house 7 puppies... And carried large bags of puppy food. Staff is polite, respectful and helpful... Quick and easy alfalfa puck up.. Love the feeling of the old school general store!!

I had the pleasure of the highest quality of service by employee Alexis at Fred C Gilbert. She was very clear in communication, got back to me right away about some parts and followed up promptly. She then emailed me photographs of the parts and how they assembled together for further confirmation. Then on top of it, when my equipment arrived, she had each set of parts labelled and in separated bags so that it would be very easy for me to understand which pieces were meant to go together.. I rarely have had such quality service over the phone. This was like a home-town family-run experience.
