The selection and prices are good. However, when I went to pay, there were only four registers open, each with over ten people waiting in line. How did they handle this, you may ask? By closing one of the registers! I could not believe that they didn't open another register or, at the very least, keep the four they had opened.

It's foodsco you guys. It's not a top of the line grocery store, it's for the families trying to make ends meet. Yes it might be dirty, and the employees might not ask to assist you but we're all trying to get through one more day. They offer wipes before you go in for the carts, and maybe it never occurred to you that another customer left that trash? Find real problems to complain about.

This store has two express lanes and one regular lane open. About 20 customers are ahead of us and about 5 more are behind me. The "express" lanes are long as well. Not the first time this has been the case.

I took a lyft straight from work to get groceries. I had my vegetables and only had to get meat, when security came to ask me to leave my backpack at the front. My small work backpack has my medicine and don't feel comfortable leaving it up front alone at this side of town. So I had to order a lyft home. As I waited for the lyft 3 different woman had backpacks and walked right in. I'm not saying the race, but I was racially profiled after shopping here over 20 years.

Used to come to this FoodsCo everything I got groceries. Now they only have like 2 checkouts available and big ole lines. Waste a good amount of time just waiting to pay for your stuff. They could at least install some self checkouts.

i wana give 0 star for manager. because i saw add for chi0s 1.88 minimum buy 4. so i wsnted to buy 16 and they said maximum is 8 limit but it was not showing on advertisement and not on racks. hell no more foodsco. keep your stuff dnt sell. or advertise right may. on flyer if you put minimum buy limit then post maximum buy limit too. stupid manager

We made our monthly trip to Food Co. this morning. Prices are obviously up - AND, we were disappointed to see the store pricing corn 🌽 on the cob @ 99 cents each on the Fourth of July. smh.

If you try to ask for donations for your family or if you have a poster the will kick you out and there's a guy right there that's harassing people like he was trying to steal my boyfriends phone and money and today we got kicked out for asking for money for a motel and food and we have kids it was scary he was trying to fight my boyfriend and steal our donations

Same story part 2.Imagine having to order food here for your brother's funeral because the caterer you hired well in advance cancels at 7am on the day of the event. So you call foodsco as soon as they open to place an order, like they done in the past, but they tell you that the can only accept an order 24 hours in advance because they need to order the chicken. I asked if they get random chicken deliveries every night and they stammered to answer about this stupid rule and that I can come check every two hours to see if they have enough. I don't know about you, but 8 and a half hours notice in advance seems good enough to make 40pcs of chicken. Didn't ask if I can pay in advance, which I would have been glad to do, just basically couldn't care less and sounded more like lazy employees who didn't feel like it. I called Albertson's and they were happy to do it. I ended up ordering 50pcs and paying more, but I'm happy to do so. Will never be coming back here again and highly recommend that if you're ever in a pinch, although this chicken is good, don't count on them to care or help.

Their employees are unprofessional one of the cashiers literally threw my mom her change. She was childish and unprofessional even the manager was just there laughing about the whole situation as if it’s not his job to calm the situation down. Honestly if they don’t know how to train people properly i don’t see why put them to work with CUSTOMERS.

What a terrible experience! I went in to take advantage of their BOGO promotional. When the cashier was ringing up my purchases, he proceeds to tell me that they limit the BOGOs to 8. He then takes the excess items off my cart. He didn't even offer a solution. As a matter of customer support courtesy, what he should have done is allowed me to go through with my purchase and then let me know that for next time quantities are limited. They should also put that in their promos. Welp, now Foods Co. and Kroger has lost a customer.

Great prices. They're remodeling the store. Looking forward when it's complete. Looking nice. It's more organized, but. Now I have to find where everything is. It has changed considerably. Must say. Everything is coordinated better. I like it better.

I'm not happy that the management doesn't take better care of the cart maintenance here. The parking lot is also in need of more regular cleaning. Having said that, the store has good specials and has a wide open floor plan. The staff are moderately gracious and appear to be doing their best.

The store itself was very nice. They had some AMAZING deals! I could not believe the prices! The value of the food and the low prices, caused me to go grocery shopping there before I came home. And I live about 1 and 1/2 hours away!!!! But the deals were too good NOT to take advantage. My only complaint was the location of the store. It was in what I would describe as the ghetto. When I was browsing the store, I felt as though everyone was staring at me like I was going to steal. Also, the other customers were not friendly and they seemed to be looking down and talking smack about me.

I'm giving this grocery store 5 stars because buying food can be a chore in itself.....so to find a market that tries to alievate all the stress of waiting in line then hey I'll take it......the fruit and veggies are always fresh....easy to find your way around the store... reasonable prices on the juice and when you do go to checkout(no matter what time of the month) they have sufficient CASHIERS....not like some stores that don't care if the lines are super long and you only have a few items behind a person with 50items..... don't let the name or surrounding area discourage you from going here....they have better prices and GOOD customer service..👌👍

This was my first visit back in a very long time. It seems to have improved. I was there Saturday morning before 8 AM so there wasn't much of a chance to get disheveled. All the shelves stocked and the produce looked great. Was in and out quickly.

Produce is good. Large selection although I would like more selection on the organics section since it is small. Other than that, you could find all you need to feed your family for a very economical price!Oh and they should get a bulk section as well! That freaking awesome!

The carts at foodsco are so terribly dirty hard to steer and push throuth the store . I have brought this to the managers attention several times within the last few yrs and they still have not replaced them so sad it shows they don't value their customers or how their store looks because of this I only shop this store accasionaly. This store use to be the store I did my weekly grocery shopping now I go to winco it's clean and employees are very friendly there carts are clean and easy to use.

Great service! The manager Maria is absolutely terrific. She has great people skills, not only that but is fantastic at reading micro face-expression and body language. I was actually having a bad day and the person in front of me wasn't helping out by having the cashier fetch a bottle without giving him the right information on which out of all bottles.Maria quickly responded as soon as she seen how upset and annoyed I was. She offered to ring me up in the registered she has just opened. That completely made my day and changed my mood drastically. I am not the one to complain or give attitude when I am in a bad mood, I tend to keep it to myself because I wouldn't want to ruin anybody's day or mood, which is the reason why this is so amazing to me. She noticed and offered a solution, although I didn't take it because I didn't want to cut in front of the customers she had, I sincerely appreciate it. Thank you so much Maria.

Prices are not too bad. However, the day I went, the inventory wasn't too great either.My biggest upset with my trip was due to customer service. I went grocery shopping with myself and my 2 year old daughter. We were there for several hours and ended up with two carts and spent a little over$800.00 dollars. Not one time did any employee ask me if I needed any assistance, to bag or take them to the car or anything. But they all seemed to enjoy standing in a group chat to.g and watching me struggle and make two trips just to get the baskets out to my car.Really sad how people are these days.

Just bought a watermelon and it was not good at all do not want to waste gas going back to the store with it so they need to check check them or I have a inspector come out and inspect them before they buy them. watermelons they got there for $0.19 a pound and quit taking people money.
