Trustworthy feed store! I highly recommend getting your new furry love here, Andrea genuinely cares for her animals and is always available in a time of need. She's also very knowledgeable. We had found my daughter's second duck and first pet from Bugni feed from the beginning she was very caring and helpful. Unfortunately our little guy Harley had an emergence and she helped us care for my daughter's duck who was attacked and lost a leg. We called around many places and the 24 hour pet emergency room did not offer services for ducks but would only euthanize. But I called Andrea and right away she said bring it over and let me take a look she offered and helped us give Harley antibiotics, electrolytes she genuinely loves and cares for her animals, we are blessed the Lord led us to her.

THE BEST PLACE to buy chicks!! She works with the suppliers to get the best chicks for her customers. If the place she gets them from have weak chicks, she will not sell them. Andrea is THE NICEST store owner I've encountered. If you had a bad experience, maybe you need to check yourself. Kindness goes a long way!! Thank you Andrea!!!

The lady there is most rude person I haveever known.My driver who is so polite and the best driver by nature became victim of her rudeness.He was there at 11:00am.For five pallets he wait for 4 hours.

I had a truly dismal experience with the customer service there over the phone. First of all, the lady was completely unprofessional, speaking in a monotone voice, disrespectful and lacking any sense of empathy or interest in my questions. “I was calling to find out about the duck I put a deposit on”.When I finally managed to explain why I was calling, I was met with a complete lack of understanding, no willingness to help me, mind you, this is all after she ended our call for no reason at all . The lady seemed disinterested and dismissive, almost as if she couldn't be bothered to deal with me.To make matters even worse, I was put on hold for an inordinate amount of time, with no explanation or apology for the long wait. When she did finally return to the call, she spoke in a rushed and impatient tone, making it clear that she just wanted to get off the line as quickly as possible.Overall, I was extremely disappointed with the level of service provided over the phone, and would not recommend their services to anyone. The complete lack of professionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction has left me feeling completely dissatisfied and frustrated. I will be picking up my deposit…

Most reviews are either 1 star or 5 stars. None in between. Everyone says the lady this and the lady that... either that lady is bipolar or most customers are too picky. Personally I think that lady seems just tired of selling chick's and manure. That's all.

I went to buy some chicks about 4 weeks ago which was around 3-20-20. The woman was very friendly and had good customer service skills. She was a little busy talking to other customers so it took her awhile to get to me, but I didn’t mind I was playing with the chicks and choosing which ones I wanted. Once she was done with other customers she kindly helped me, she was helpful in every question I had. Once I picked out my 4 chicks, she was even nice enough to give me one for free, for making wait a bit. I love this place and I’ll be looking forward to buy some more chicks and probably a duck or turkey on the future. Thank you Bugni Hardware!!!

She’s always so helpful and treats Everybody like a guest!And was so helpful in starting us off raising our chickens, she always asks how they are and helps us get the most eggs out of our birds through diet.Blessed.

I never got her name but she was working Sunday December 12th 2021. She saved my puppys life. I went in to get some formula or some kind of supplement I could use to bottle feed my 2 week old puppy. She immediately said I could get formula if I wanted but if it was her she would get a certain formula I took her advice my puppy wasn't eating for me at once I gave him the supplement she suggested he started eating and is eating every 2 hours I thought I was going to lose him but he has already made a remarkable recovery. This feed store actually cares about there customers who come in. Thank you so much for saving my little Charlie thank you.

If I could give this place zero stars believe me I would. Not sure how you're able to run a business when you're as ignorant as the lady working here. She has no problem being rude but is so quick to play the victim when you call her out for her unethical behavior. You would think someone her age would be less childish and have some common sense. I wouldn't even bother spending a penny in this disgusting place.

I've been shopping here for about 40 years. They continue to have a selection of hard to find items that no one else in the area does. I've bought hardware, feed, ducks, turkeys, and chickens and the lady who runs the place went out of her way to be helpful.Recently I needed to special order some old style electrical parts that Home Depot and Lowes no longer stock and didn't know or seem to care to order. The owner placed a special order and I had them in hand in a couple of weeks. I was sure I'd never be able to get those items again.

I agree with a past post if i could give 0 stars i would also do that. Went into store and was greeted by a woman who was very rude she was only helpful when i wanted to purchase some chicks. She sold me dying chicks tjat died within hours of sellimg them. I went in the next morning to complain and she said "get the hell out of my store" only so she didnt have to refund me. And said she had a right to refuse her service. Funny she wanted to refuse after selling dying chicks. And said my chicks are not sick when i never even mentioned that. I said i would post my review and she said she didnt care about reviews she had alot of customers. No one has ever treated me this way! This place has the worst customer service ever! And yes she does say google it i heard her say that to another cuatomer as well as well you need to use your common sense. Really? People would not be asking if they already knew.

Every person that said the lady on the phone is rude, is completely right. I called to ask a simple question about how much protein is in their starter feed, she said 20% in a rude tone and then politely said ok, thank you and she just hung up. No "thanks for calling" or "you're welcome". I don't even think I finished saying thank you before she hung up on me. lolWe will go ahead and stick to Tractor Supply. I would rather pay a higher price for good customer service.

Just went in today and the store was absolutely gross and the cashier lady was rude. Don’t recommend going here at all. The place stunk the baby chicks water was green. DONT BUY YOUR CHICKS HERE. Will be returning to tractor supply or round up.

If I could give 0 stars I would in a heartbeat we used to go here growing up and it is not the same at all this place is complete trash absolutely filthy and then animals are 100% neglected the rabbit up front has mattes all over it’s body the pot belly pig is crammed in a small pen with no water the baby chicks there was probably about 50+ mixed and crammed in a small cage where they could barely move every pen just smelled horrific I will be calling animal control and reporting this and when I started walking around and asking simple questions the lady was extremely rude and kept telling me all the animals were already bought so I could not buy any I was hoping to take some home to just get them away from that store I would not support this place in any way and they should be shut down

11/5/16 if I could give this place a Zero I would. I called for help and the lady who answered was so rude. She told me to goo "google" the item name and then hung up. I called back several times and she did not answer anymore. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!
