I want to take a minute and thank the owner of the shop! She was so accommodating with my work schedule and agreed to groom my fur babies on a Sunday! They truly needed the TLC they received from her, Thomas is SOOOO much better! He was having a bad day due to skin allergies and since she bathed him He has not scratched and his skin looks a whole lot better! Her products work amazingly 😘 and boo 👻 is doing great as well. The hives have gone down drastically on both of them ♥️ I will definitely keep coming

Unfortunately, I did not get my pet groomed here. I’m sure there are great groomers here. My review is based on the attitude of the groomer I spoke with. Unfortunately, she didn’t provide her name. Called to set up an appointment to get my yorkie groomed. I expressed my concern regarding the haircut since I have had two groomer recently who did a terrible job. She told me that they try to respect the owners wishes, but they do their own thing. That I would just be taking a gamble and hope I like it or don’t. As a customer I don’t believe that’s how you should speak to potential clients.

Girls here are nasttty rude and have no professionalism . God forbid you spill your coffee outside, apologize and clean it up they’ll still come at you like you intentionally threw it there and ruined there precious concrete they care so much for lol just raunchy.

Biscuits Doggie Spa is hands down the best in town. For my first dog groomer experience, the staff were super friendly with my puppy and I, explaining their services and getting to know your preferences. All in all 10/10 and will be returning!

My dogs have never looked or smelled better. Very nice people and professionals in the grooming and care of my Rocksi and Romer. The price did not seem inexpensive at all. I paid $115.00 and tipped 10. I think the price is fair for what they did to my dogs. The shop was clean and the holding pens were large. A great job. I will be taking my friends back.

This place is terrible i was at the vet next door and 2 ladies ran in with a small dog they wanted the vet to perform CPR fast cuz apparently the poor dog hung himself. They were crying and in distraught over what happened they tried to save the customers dog but it was too late. How does a dog juss hang himself unless hes not being very well taken care of! I would definitely not recomend this place at all then they lied to the dog owner and said the dog died of an instant heart attack.He hung himself cuz he wasnt properly being taken care of! This place is terrible! Be careful who you leave to care for your fur babies!!!

I was told I was going to be charged $30 for a regular haircut instead I'm being charged $60 because they decided to do the whole grooming on my dog without being told that's what they were going to do
