The most expensive grocery store in Bakersfield. You will regularly pay 2X more shopping here when compared to other grocery stores including Vons.Won't get another dollar out of me.Picture is Albertsons vs Winco

Albertsons Panama:/The young girl clerk on 6/7/23Said she put in my phone number but didn’t :/ when I went back …. Gone!!! Not break but home!! Pick up of special ordered birthday cake. Decorator was very nice when I called and when I picked up. He helped me locate purple candles that matched cake design perfectly. I'm really impressed with how friendly staff is. Thank you all that I encountered Thursday.

Always clean.The only one thing that not so pleasant is some on the ladies on the registers can be a little rude. Never offering me bags. Good thing I bring my own. And I always have to bag my own groceries. I don't remember applying for the job. Jk. 🤭

I always shop at Albertson's this one is my local one but the place is very clean the staff is friendly more than willing to help but a lot of items you got to check the dates because when you look on the shelves some things are expired other than that stay away from the deli I've seen them drop things on the floor and then sell it other than that I do recommend this store everything else is great

I enjoy going to Albertsons. I enjoy having a real person that does the checking of the groceries. I wish they weren't quite so expensive but when you add up how you gotta load up and ring up on your own. I just a soon pay a little more for the products.

This location I really like. Located geographically in a good location, near me and their parking lot is in much better shape with the improvements made (it just to be a hot spot for car meets) in last year or so. Their appearance and customer service is what I like the most and one of the reason I visit this location. Prices - well I don't go there for the prices. I enjoy the people I normally see at Albertsons, cleanliness, their flower section is typically very good, bakery, ready to go food, is all A+. Prices though we can do better on prices!

This store is generally clean and well stocked, save the prepackaged deli gondolas which are understandably subject to selling out in a rush. My only real issue is 1. They're over-priced, 2. they're grossly overpriced with regards to the part of town they're in and the demographic they serve, 3. The store just looks old. It looks like a store that was built in the sixties and updated in the 80's. I'm not sure how they can justify charging upscale prices in a store that is in no way upscale. They look like the K-mart of grocery stores, but they charge like they're..I don't know, pick your own favorite snooty overpriced store.

Store is well-stocked clean and never over crowded. It's like an in between high end supermarket. In the middle of Well known shopping center with many other smaller shopping choices. A little pricier than other supermarkets. However, their variety is high quality.

Some of the best customer service I have seen in a long time. Two of the teammates there went out of their way to make sure I got an out of stock item when it came in. Helpful and kind is the best description, real breath of fresh air.

My Albertsons is very clean and appealing. Today I went in with a specific list of items I needed for my dinner. I'm sorry to say that I was only able to find one item I needed. I will also say that most of the time I don't experience this problem. I like my neighborhood store.

Well I went in this Albertson paid $200 for four steam gift certificates, non of then worked. I tried to get it solve with the person that sold it to me but he wants to past the buck and told me to take it up with steam. I went back the next day spoke to the store director and he was nice just waiting to speak to him when he come back from his days off. So i spoke to Ron, he said i was going to get a refund of my $200 than he had sent it to the fraud department and it took them another month to get back to me. When they did, it was some lady from Arizona pretty much told me i am out of luck and there is nothing they can do for me. She was rude and just didnt care. They sold me a product from their store it didnt work and Albertson pretty much took my hard earn $200 promised a refund but never did. Cant be trusted i am planing to communicate with Boise Idaho. I am not happy! I had an issue with them and they did not solve it. Just becareful the store words and promised are no good especially from the people in charge. They are liars i will be letting my family members and friends who shop their know about this siutation and will tell them to stop shopping at this Panama Lane Albertson. Dont buy any gift card there they r no good and they font stand behind what they sale. NO HONOR!

Always clean, well organized, friendly staff. Usually able to get in and out with a variety of things quickly and at reasonable prices. If you're okay spending a few bucks more to avoid the hassle of places like Walmart, highly recommend.

Staff is nice and helpful. Store nice and clean. Not too crowded most of the times I go, but even when it gets crowded it seems like they only have 2 cashiers working at a time. They're stuff is expensive, but they do have good sales. I like they're baked chicken dinners. All in all for a quick thing here and there ill go here.

It was kind of all right It didn't have a lot of stuff that normally I would find in albertsons but they had some stuff The people had a little bit of an attitude because I asked them about their vinegar chicken wings and they said they don't have any they didn't offer to make more just said I don't have it not very friendly I would go to a different albertsons if I'm in that part of town again

Don't really go here often due to how expensive it can be but they always seem to have what I need in stock and seem to always have a good selection off off brand items that are more on the affordable side for people that are on a strict budget.

I work here as a courtesy clerk BUT in my humble experience as a shopper its the BEST place for shopping for food. Deals are amazing if you have the app i recommend doing that and having your phone number registration in is a solid discount helper too lol

I will not return to this grocery storeI waited in line behind five people to get deli meatTo then be told when I get to the front finally I cannot get deli meat because they don't have enough people behind the deli counterThey had two employees at the time one could have done deli the other one could have dished out fried Chickenbesides that at least let people know the deli counter is not open and then I don't have to wait in a lineThis store is being poorly ran

It is always great here. I do my flower shopping here for my wife. They always have a wide selection of flowers to make your own arrangements and at affordable prices. Recommend getting your flowers here for that special loved one or for any special occasions.
