Nice store, small to medium size. Lots of stock, lettuce was okay but it looked like the water sprinklers weren't working (a little wilted), service was wonderful. Be aware and look around for signs about buying alcoholic beverages in the self-checkout (you can't!). Oops...

Poor management and training. The cashier, "Oscar" bagged my hot items with COLD items! What do you think his response was when I pointed that out? Do you think he apologized then corrected his error? NOPE. His words... "you got time". I then proceeded to correct his mistake and re-bag my groceries. And that's not all!... This man rushed me... as I started re- bagging my groceries, he started ringing up the next customer causing our items to pile up! It's was a very uncomfortable situation. And here I thought "I had time"... Oscar needs re- training. In fact, the entire store could use re-training. This was not the first instance of improper bagging practices. Folks here just love bagging hot items with the cold & fresh items. It's weird. It's strange.

I like this Albertsons. They have very fresh produce and everything in their deli is freshly made at a prompt hour each day. The customer service is pretty good and the place is kept pretty clean. The prices are a little steep but if you want good quality then Albertsons is the place to get your groceries.

I stopped here to do a quick little shopping before heading home. I ran into these drawers which were hard to find that it is. But we were the only ones left in the store. However since they were not in the system or could not find the price, the cashier would not sell them to me or even ask the manager what the price was.

There's a new guy named Victor that is awesome. He moves fast and is extremely friendly. He tells me about products that are healthy for me. Like adding coconut milk and water to my smoothies. If there's no one to assist in the liquor area He helps me get what I need and always asked customers for their ID. You made a good choice by hiring him. He clearly loves what he does.I now always look for him when he's working. Thank you Albertsons for this new addition to your staff.

They have a good selection and overall good staff. The pharmacy employees as well as the store employees are largely personable and friendly. I really like their clearance options, which allows me to try new products. The real issue is the lack of staff, which seems to be a corporate issue. If you’re going shopping, you probably will have to wait in line for as long as the time it took to find your items. If you only want one thing, this is not a good store for that because you’re going to waste a lot of time during checkout. I don’t go during peak hours, but it’s consistently an issue. It seems like there probably is a higher rate of shoplifting in this particular area and there are no self checkouts. However, the corporation really needs to get more employees in the store so that more cash registers can be opened. Raise the pay, whatever it requires to get this a fully staffed store so the employees who are working aren’t subject to the abuse of irrational customers who blame them for their wait times.

The service always great. The employee always respectful. Yet the prices seem to be to high. It's a lot of homeless in the parking lot & at night time that can be an issues but other than that I love them.

Pretty weird pharmacy I heard they play games with you, but I gave them a try anyways and I regret it. I will stay with Walgreens I don't care how far I gotta drive the customer service will be worth it compared to this place. No wonder - I can't wait til they all lose their jobs and the pharmacy closes just like Walgreens across the street. It is coming trust me that Albertsons has so many slip and fall lawsuits it's not even funny.

I personally like the people that work there. Direct and professional. I mostly go there for customer service, just make sure to avoid going during their scheduled lunch or you will be waiting around on your feet for a little while.They get a bit busy but are pretty darn good at doing their jobs so lines move at a nominal pace. Restroom sees a lot of people and they get dirty at most times of the day.

It is really expensive compared to other stores and the people that work there are rude and act like they are doing you a favor for them to help you. The people who work in the pharmacy are unbelievable they lie about everything and they have a male pharmacy tech that is so RUDE AND LIAR and the pharmacist let him do it. I had been using the pharmacy to get a product and now I can't get it any longer. They don't have as many customers as they use to.

Probably the only grocery store in this area of Bakersfield that has some higher end products. Good selection of meats and cheeses at the service deli. Decent variety of meats and seafood at the butcher counter. Regular prices can be a bit higher but they always have good sales for a lot of products so you can find everything you need if you grab an ad paper on your way in. The current staff there is also amazing. Super friendly and will go out of their way to help you.

This store is about average in terms of customer service. As to selections on the shelves, they have a decent varieties. However, some items can be overpriced, especially ones that won't kill you if you eat them.

I cant go in here without getting harassed the whole time im shopping! Dont reccomend this place at all. Price ard horrible i paid 4 buck for a 20 oz gator ade the other day! Cashier are ok though but the manager is a $#@!&!!!!

I go about twice a week. Always a sale. Clean store. Great selection of fruit and vegetables. The meat is beautiful to look at and to eat. The staff are always friendly to us and to each other. No grumpy people. A guy in the deli cooked for a fundraiser and was in the paper here.

I usually shop at Walmart but Albertson is closer to where I live. Exceptional store. Fresh meat counter friendly employees fast checking out. Fruit and vegetable section had things I've been looking for. Excellent

They always have great fresh fruits and veggies. The store is always clean and the staff are professional, courteous, helpful and patient. My main purchase, today, was fresh seafood. I bought some great salmon... and I do not plan to share with anyone! Yep, gonna eat it all by myself.

We stopped at the deli to get the scrumptious and savory fried chicken dinner w/mouthgasmic potatoe wedges and Kings Hawaiian sweet rolls. A perfect meal for 3 adults right at $20.00 The fried chicken was on point! Hot, fresh, greasy and moist. Wedges are the closet to the old Shakys wedges from years ago. The lady behind the counter was fast, friendly and accurate. Wonderful job Albertsons deli!

Been a minute since my last visit. Cashier was friendly and attentive. Check out was fast and easy. Parking lot can use a lil TLC. I was able to grab what i came in for. I found what i needed. Not sure about other products but it looked well stocked. Bravo Albertson's!!
