I love thrifting so I had to check out this location. It is organized by color so I really enjoyed that. They have plenty of women and men's clothing. However, it does get pretty packed and the aisles are very narrow so moving around is quite a challenge. I would suggest coming right when it opens when it's not too packed. Parking gets full quick so heads up.

This thrift store was the reason i had cloth for every school year it was afforable and decent condition now they asking $10 for a pair or ripped jeans. And for a pair of decent shoes $30 at this point i rather go to ross or marshalls i might be paying a few extra bucks more but at least is new

This shop is a ..... Well they get free clothes from people with good soul and they sell it for retail price. Is up to you to spend 100-200 dlls in second hand items. Drivers selection between good items and great items. Photo showing how they interchange good stuff before delivery to the shop with other thrift stores..Stay away from this. It's super gross and expensive and some staff is very very mean, I saw twice a manager or owner yelling to an employee.

Valley thrift is not what it used to be. They have bad service and majority of the things that are sold our poor quality And overpriced Found some pots and pans. Lids are all missing so they can't sell it without a lid ridiculous. I believe they do that on purpose. Like I said poor quality And service!

I have found some cool pieces of jewelry for decent prices. But the clothes are overpriced and nothing too great and if you find something decent, it is ridiculously priced in the clothes department but you can find shoes, jewelry and bags.

Valley Thrift Store on Foothill Blvd in Azusa and Community Thrift Store on Arrow Highway in Covina are owned by the same business entity. These are both for-profit enterprises. Many people think their donations are going to charity. Unless one considers the many low income people who shop there as receiving "charity" by buying items from one of the two aforementioned stores by doing so, they are not "charity" thrift stores. Judging by the types of items on their sales floors compared to the items seen in their donation areas, they likely sell select items online or by the pallet to others who in turn sell the items online for their own profit. Many people may have no problem with this. However I want to inform those who would rather donate to a true charity organization that these two stores are not true registered charities. There are many other stores in LA county that are true charities. One way you can tell is that if the store charges sales tax, they are for-profit, not a charity. Charity stores are exempt by the state from having to charge sales tax.I've attached a couple of photos taken at Community Thrift and Foothill Thrift Store which I'm pretty sure they were forced or advised to post to inform the public that they are not a charity. They don't exactly make it easy for the public to see these signs. Though they are posted in a public place, indoor plants have been placed to partially obstruct view of the signs. I have been able to study the photos and this is what they say :"This is a privately owned retail outlet. We support charitable organizations by buying donated items from them for __ This is a for-profit store. We appreciate your patronage and hope to serve you well."

Great variety of goods but some areas were too messy with stuff laying around everywhere. Pretty crowded when I went here. First time went but unfortunately I can't find what I was looking for.

It is very crowded inside with the isles being small, it can be hard to push a cart through and when they are restocking the shelves, they block off walkways. The items are clean and fair priced however after buying some beautiful vintage items, I got home and tried washing the items- only to realize that this store marks their decor items with PERMANENT marker.See pictures attached, I tried scrubbing for a few minutes and letting the items soak and their markings still don't come out. They even wrote it on wood..... I am at a loss for why they do this when they have stickers that they also put on the items. Very disappointed, as these are items I wanted to display in my home, but now with writing on the front I am unable to.If anyone who runs the store reads this, I would highly recommend not ruining they goods you are trying to sell, by writing with a marker and just use your sticker method.

Very big store and love that they have clothes organized by colors and have plenty of neat/decent home goods too. Some stuff is also brand new in boxes and with tags. Just like anytime you got thrifting you gotta have time to look 😊 Got a Champion brand sweatshirt for 7.99 with tags!! Definitely going back

Like any thrift store you must learn the "game" to maximize your benefit. The key is to come in regularly and buy the best you can based off the discount colors/percent. I have found some good deals but it seems all thrift stores are raising prices. This store is famous for charging nearly $20 for used shoes? Learn the system to win.

I called the store on behalf of somebody looking for an old cellphone in any condition that they needed for a promo their wireless provider was having.I made a few other calls to other stores and har no luck however I did appreciate that they put me on hold and went to check it out for me.However when I called this establishment today, the woman who answered the phone seemed audibly annoyed from the time she answered up until the point where she intentionally disconnected the call halfway through my short explanation of what I was looking for.Maybe she was having a bad day, but customer service is customer service.

Stay away. This thrift store mark their prices based on online retail prices. Just went their recently, and wow unbelievable they're prices have skyrocketed 3 times as much as what they would normally price their items for in the past 6 months. They get all their donations for free and I have never been to a greedy thrift store than this one. On my recent visit, 2 days ago I saw non electrical just regular bikes for $800, furniture for $1,200, used up pans for $40-$50 and they even put stickers that say non-sale items meaning even though they have days that are 50% off these items will never be on sale!! I used to love this thrift store, but everytime I go their prices are high and higher! You won't find bargains at this thrift store anymore! They don't care about giving great prices to their community anymore or helping those in need. So please, stay away, don't give your money to support this thrift store! You can find cheaper items online and you can find the same new items at a retail store and BRAND new instead of a used up old bike for $800 and old pans for $40-$50 you can buy a bike and pan cheaper at Walmart!! Very disappointed at how this thrift store just cares about getting more money off people! If you don't believe me, take a look for yourself look at the prices when you go and compare at how much you can get them new online, then if you go back to the thrift store in a month or 2 their prices are even higher! Very ridiculous! I won't support this thrift store anymore! They have gone insane with their prices!!!!

This store has great finds and I love going here. However, today I went and had a terrible experience with a cashier named Roni. She was so slow at checking out my items and she even stopped a few times to fix a fan she had on her register. She even looked as I put my pin in which I thought was so weird. When she was done, she placed my receipt on the counter and didn’t hand me my bags until I asked her if I could have my bags. She was unnecessarily rude for no reason. She also kept giving me dirty looks.

Very crowded. It's harder and harder to find any good quality items because the place is swarming with resellers who block the aisles while looking up prices on their phones. Prices are kind of high too.

I come here mostly to find vintage items and this place never disappoints me! They have a bucket filled with porcelain dolls. They always have new things every time I go. They have a good amount of cute clothing for teenagers and adults. Theirs also toys for children. Theirs always new beanie babies as well. Prices are also great!

This place is huge! It is packed with people so much that you can barely get around. Line to check out looked like about 30 people. Clothing arranged by color, not size. Would take hours to actually be able to go through. Left because I did not have that kind of time.

Love this place! Location is good but parking can be limited. Staff is friendly! My favorite thing and this place is that they are constantly bringing new things out! All of it new or gently used ♡ sometimes the prices can be a bit high but it's worth it because they have deals on certain colors that can save you big coin$ you can find a few true gems here!

Great bargain buys (Wed for seniors Sat for everyone, always one or two colours full price).I bring my mom over often as she usually find what she is looking for at a very reasonable price. My main concern is that the isles are tiny.Usually not a problem unless you go during rush hour discount days.

Husband and I stopped there for the first time while traveling through. It was crowded and prices were a little high on some items but we still managed to find some treasures...we needed the cart to get them out to our truck 😁

They get a lot of great stuff. But they can get a little pricey. They have certain color tag discounts. And Wednesday is there senior discount day. I think you can figure out what's a good deal. My kids love it here.

They have the quickest cashier's. Even when their is a big line. Your on front before u know it. It is not big. But a little of everything. I stopped going to saver's their prices were outrageous. And waiting line is terrible. I am very satisfied with Valley Thrift.

It’s honestly the best my mom and I always go there like every week. The employees are super nice. The place is always very clean and neat. The prices are decent and clothes are in very good conditions. This thrift store is honestly the best by far. :)

Not only is everything extremely expensive EXAMPLE a small no name brand glass vase will set you back $20...didn't buy of course. Why should I when I can go to Target and get it brand new for half the price. You'll also leave feeling as if you need to shower because just everything is filthy. I use to go and find cute items for good "thrift store" prices here but I don't know what's happened over the years. Will not Return.

One of the best thrift shops around. I know that this is out of there control, but there is a group of everyday shoppers that hawk the racks as employees bring them out to rack in their place. These guys truly raid everything and leave behind items that stay on racks for longer periods of time. They take away from the experience of find something unusual or of value.

If I could give this place a 0 I would. This place must be under new management, because it has gotten so expensive. $40 for a USED sweater, that is INSANE! It wasn't a high end brand sweater. The service is horrible. Those cashiers all they do Is gossip, pay no attention to what they are doing and they are very incompetent. The place also has these group of men that are there all the time, all they do is gawk at women, and when you complain to the establishment, they make no effort to do anything.

"Secret" shoppers are not so secretive and follow you everywhere throughout the store to the point that it becomes creepy and you start wondering if you're about to be trafficked. Plus, it's the same 2 men every time so they may want to consider hiring a couple more to make it more discreet? Anyway, never stolen from here or attempted to but I get followed everywhere.

Best organized priced right and color code system is awesome employees are friendly and helpful, and most of all they have an open restroom which make it easy to buy more!
